I had a terrible experience for my cousin's wedding... she, being the bride, was always very concerned about pleasing us and her 8 bridesmaids, we went to spend the bride's day with her from 9 am to 4 pm when we left the room to going to the wedding and they didn't even serve us water, I thought it was a huge lack of respect because there are 8 bridesmaids and a dissatisfied bride who, in addition to not coming back, doesn't recommend the place... where the employees are whispering all the time, a lot of lack of ethics and attention to customers.

Very good makeup team, but the hairdresser had very bad service, he must be a beginner, everything I asked for he said he couldn't do. But the price paid is not for beginners. All the hair looked the same, in the same way. I do not recommend. 👎

Beautiful place and well located. I found it very quick to serve all the customers. There are a lot of people working but a lot of people to get ready, it was a little late.

I went there for work to photograph the making of a bride. I was surprised by the beauty of the space and the attention of the salon's team of professionals. Simply perfect. I indicate!!!!

Makeup artist Dani is excellent... attentive, super polite and cares about the client's well-being. Not to mention it makes PERFECT makeup. They styled my hair and I left the salon crying! There was no more time to tidy up! Detail, I already left the salon with my hair falling apart, completely falling apart. The girl who tried to do it simply DIDN’T KNOW! Regarding another collaborator (milary), I was appalled by such a lack of education, harshness and stupidity!

On 03/05/22 I went to this studio for hair and makeup, my sister closed a package with them where they wrote the prices on Instagram. Closed package with 5 people, 4 adults and 1 child. At the time of payment, the administrator and husband of the owner of the establishment, gave me another amount and still wanted to charge for utensils used in hair styling where as they did not inform which utensils would be charged separately. Finally, to my knowledge, Mr. Diego does not know how to manage an establishment with loyalty to his customers, they delay, they do not comply with the agreed value because when we close a package regardless of whether there was an adjustment in the following month or year, once the package is closed the value remains the same. His service was completely rude to us and ironic, etc.... I am very unhappy with their service. I just think you have to inform your customers when there are changes in prices and utensils charged separately in advance.... Note: the professionals who work there do their job very well (except for some because they want to do it their way and there are no customers). I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE PLACE AND I WILL NEVER SET MY FEET IN THIS LITTLE PLACE AGAIN.

The salon has a good structure and the services provided are good, but there are few professionals to serve so many people. Total lack of commitment to the scheduled time. I went to this salon on 03/09 and 03/10 and arrived late for both events. I do not recommend.

I had an incredible experience with this place, everyone on the team had impeccable service, on my day in particular there were two brides and it went very well with great professionalism, my bridesmaids and guests who chose to get ready with me were super complimentary, especially one of my aunts SP, who usually goes to a well-known and well-known salon in the city of São Paulo, when she saw the results of her makeup, she said that the makeup she does in SP was a breeze, I will never forget this Feed back Anyway, it was a special day, in which I was looked after by special people ❤️
