A
pretty
average
hotel
with
decent
food
and
some
cons.
PROS:
*
There
are
3
"a
la
carte"
restaurants.
The
Italian
restaurant
had
2
very
good
meals.
The
stuffed
chicken
and
the
beef
steak
was
a
huge
surprise..it's
a
real
medium
juicy
steak.
So
if
you
visit
this
hotel,
you
literally
have
to
book
the
Italian
restaurant
twice
to
eat
those
two
meals.
Don't
even
think
of
ordering
the
pizza,
it's
terrible.
The
pizza
(vegetarian)
on
the
beach
is
a
bit
"better",
although
it's
not
a
real
pizza.
*
The
rooms
were
pretty
clean
and
there
were
always
two
1,5L
bottles
of
water
left
after
cleaning
*
There
is
a
club
car
that
can
take
you
quickly
to
the
beach,
which
otherwise
takes
10min
of
walking
*
Very
good
service
at
the
reception,
restaurants
or
bars
*
Very
good
entertainment
and
there
was
even
a
foam
pool
party
CONS:
*
Food
is
decent,
but
as
usual
for
this
hotel
level,
the
breakfast
is
every
day
identical
and
after
5
days
you
run
out
of
food
combinations
you
can
make.
There
is
no
fancy
meat.
Mostly
you
get
chicken
parts,
very
tough
beef
cuts
und
minced
beef.
*
The
Chinese
a
la
carte
restaurant
has
nothing
to
do
with
asian
kitchen.
They
use
local
spices
and
there
is
no
way
to
achieve
anything
remote
Asian
with
that.
*
The
oriental
a
la
carte
restaurant
isn't
a
la
cart
at
all
as
you
get
the
same
food
that
is
served
for
dinner
in
the
main
restaurant
just
the
presentation
is
different
*
One
of
the
worst
things
is
as
usual
for
Egypt
the
WiFi.
It's
free
of
charge
in
the
lobby
area
and
it's
super
super
slow,
that
you
can
barely
download
WhatsApp
images.
PS:
VoIP
doesn't
generally
work
in
Egypt
without
special
VPNs,
so
forget
about
calling
home
via
WhatsApp.
*
The
water
in
the
big
pool
ist
pretty
dirty
and
the
taste
left
on
my
lips
seems
to
be
body
fluid
of
people.
There
are
6
showers
at
the
pool,
but
literally
no
one
uses
them
before
going
into
the
pool.
There
isn't
even
a
sign
for
that,
which
is
a
usual
role.
If
you
go
to
the
indoor
pool,
which
is
much
smaller
there
are
almost
no
people
and
the
water
is
definitely
cleaner
without
that
disgusting
taste
on
the
lips
and
itchy
skin
after
swimming.
*
The
beach
isn't
anything
special.
If
you
want
to
see
colourful
corals
and
fish,
you
have
to
swim
all
the
way
to
the
edge
of
the
reef,
which
was
at
the
time
forbidden
as
there
was
this
shark
attack
in
Sahl
Hasheesh,
that
is
just
a
few
kilometers
away,
but
we
still
went
pretending
not
to
hear
the
whistle
of
the
life
guard.
Although
we
did
that
only
once.
*
You
can
forget
about
the
"juices"
as
they
are
artificial
as
hell.
Maybe
the
pineapple
one
kind
of
OK,
but
the
rest
is
just
not
drinkable.
I
would
recommend
rather
the
sodas
as
they
are
original
from
the
bottle
(7up,
Pepsi,
Mirinda).
The
also
make
all
kinds
of
nonalcoholic
cocktails.
They
are
nothing
special,
but
still
a
good
alternative
if
the
sodas
get
too
boring.
GENERAL
INFORMATION:
*
You
can
get
the
massage
50min
-
50€,
for
a
less
then
half
the
price
if
you
take
at
least
6
massages.
The
massages
were
very
good
and
professional.
*
The
trip
that
includes
paradise
island
1,5h
(very
nice
turquoise
beach),
food
on
the
boat(very
good
and
much
better
than
at
the
hotel),
20min
diving
to
7m
depth
and
45min
snorkeling
was
35€
and
non-negotiable
(we
tried
with
more
tour
guides)
pays
of
totally
and
you
should
definitely
do
that
as
the
coral
reef
they
take
you
is
amazing
and
incomparable
the
one
at
the
hotels
beach.
*
Go
to
Hurghada
city
to
see
the
Marina
(probably
the
only
beautiful
place
in
the
city)
and
try
eating
at
the
legendary
restaurant
El
Dar
Darak
(no
reservations
possible)
*
Don't
use
the
taxi
service
of
the
hotel,
as
it's
super
expensive.
I
recommend
using
"ABC
Taxi
Hurghada".
You
can
find
their
number
easily
on
the
internet
and
you
make
a
reservation
with
WhtatsApp.
A
taxi
costs
5€
in
one
direction
to
the
city...very
cheap.
*
You
don't
need
to
exchange
Euro,
GBP
or
USD
to
Egyptian
Pound
when
going
to
Hurghada,
as
all
those
currencies
are
being
accepted.
And
don't
forget
to
bargain,
bargain,
bargain
;)
