Yeah the place looks really nice but there is a stench of sewers at night, As it's a muslim country, our women get funny looks as they are not covered, If you use the shops outside of the resort, then be very careful as they trap you and try and get every penny out of you. That said, there is a shop before you leave to the left-hand side of the gate, they was very helpful, not greedy, very nice people. There is a variety of food in the restaurant, but it's not to everyone's taste. Our children are a little picky and didn't eat a lot of their food. The rooms we stopped in were average, it was a 3 bedroom and there was 4 of us so it was a squeeze, the bathroom was nicely decorated though. There are at least three decent sized swimming pools on site with slides, the beach was not what we expected, It was very pebbly and stony. Overall it was OK but we would never go back

The most awful holidays we had. Starting with first day of arriving and finishing with leaving the hotel. We have booked 3 rooms, in one of them alarm was going non stop, no one was even bother to come and fix it, so we had to sleep with this alarm, AC wasn’t working, no hot water, hair dryer isn’t working either, no towels in the rooms unless you give the cleaners some money. Life guards are stealing towels and covering the plank beds so if someone is offering money they can give them and earn money. We have booked a table in Italian restaurant. The food was disgusting, we just had a couple bites and got food poisoning.When they brought starters we were shocked 😄 pictures attached. On the last day we have been told that we will get a room to have a shower. No words can describe what room we’ve got. It was unbearable to stay in, all messed up. I have attached the picture. We went to reception, the guys was too busy talking with each other and not even felt embarrassed of the service they provided. I have asked to speak with manager, the guy with with a white shirt (unfortunately there was no name badge, but i was told that’s him) just shaken his head and showed no pride and interest to talk to me about the situation. Ohh also, some evening events aren’t free. So if you are even considering to spend your hard earned money to come here, I think you need to reconsider and look for a better place to spend time.

A nightmare: first of all you have to double check your reservation details to avoid being charged with extra money for drinks ( they called it soft all inclusive SIGNATURE rate) better call it SCAM rate . Rooms are totally outdated and of course ZERO hygiene , you can barely say they have a sandy beach which is 10 mins walking from rooms , the only positive comment that you will never gain weight being there coz even the simple breakfast meal is a disaster.

Absolutely awful. Do not go here if you don’t want to get sick. We spent 11 nighs here and we couldn’t get a proper room. Rooms are unlivable. We had cockroaches, feces on the toilet, used towels, A/C leaking down the wall into electrical socket. We couldn’t even lock the room from the inside. Staff is quite arrogant and they do not speak english. Restaurant serves food but most of the time there are no dishes. Once they do arrive they are dirty and greasy. People are not using the tools to get food - instead they use their own hands. There are no sunbeds on the beach in the morning. Hotel allows people to leave their towels and they resereve all the sunbeds available. This is a disaster. Do not go here.

Long winded review: Excellent points: -The staff are amazing, they are very talkative and love having a conversation with you. We made a very close bond to the animation team, who were lovely and spoke to us every day without fail. -Outside the hotel, nice shops and pharmacy, they have good English and help with any worries. Ok points: -3 different pools to use, only 1 pool could do with a bit more cleaning, but it looked more like oils/creams in the corner of the pool, which understandably may not be helped during the day with people in and out of them. All the pools: beach has a shower and toilets close to them. -Showers and toilets get cleaned regularly, i put this in the Ok point as they take 30-45 minutes to clean and will not let you in the toilets at this time. Needs improvement: -The mini bar advertised in your room, is not a mini bar, you get 1/2 bottles of water. -Management do not care about what’s happens to you- we went as a group of 8, 4 of our towels got stolen when we went for lunch and after 2 hours of my own time, looking at CCTV and being with the manager, he told us that stealing was not accepted in the hotel, but then tried to get us to pay, even though we had evidence they had been stolen! -Sewage smell around the hotel regularly. -Food is very basic and every meal revolves around chicken and rice, 7/8 of our party refused to eat in the restaurant. -In the restaurant no body understands the meaning of queuing and people will cut in front of you and the staff will serve them, meaning you could be waiting 10 minutes for something and a family will cut in front of you, get served and you have to wait again. -The showers had no hot water in, one of party complained about this 6 times to reception for our 2 week stay and they made a joke saying ‘why do you want a hot shower when it’s hot outside anyway’… this was never sorted out. -Another party had a problem with their Aircon and it was leaking water, when reception was made aware, one said they would move them to another room and another staff member said no, they had to argue amongst themselves about it… then our party member said no, they want another room due to it being dangerous to heath and one of these members had asthma and it could really make them poorly, it took them 2 hours to give them another room key. -My room was not cleaned for 4 days, we had to ask reception for our room to be cleaned, when everyone else’s rooms was being cleaned every day. -Now please read this carefully, we do not blame the hotel or staff for this situation but we do blame them for allowing this guest to stay: A Russian guy moved one of our party’s sun bed and put his own bed in his place, in the shade, when one our party’s asked him to move politely, he got into their face screaming, and a CHILD got in the way, he slapped their arm, and then also pushed the CHILD into a table, which made him bleed. The animation team were amazing and stayed with the children, the staff tried to calm the situation down and asked the man to move, but another member of our party stood up and tried to ask him to move, which this man then pushed his sunbed into this party members shins! This party member then asked for police but they refused and moved this man down the beach with his bed and told our party to have a nice stay and that was it… later that night, this same man started an argument/ fight with another family. We saw the whole thing but staff didn’t get involved (neither did we, as the argument was with another Russian family and we didn’t understand what was said/ going on). -When checking out, we never got a curiosity room, we had to shower on the beach and change in the toilets. TOP TIPS: -Never drink the water, always have bottled water or water at any bar. -Always barter your prices, everything is about money. -Get your towels and sun beds early, by 7:30am-8am,spaces were taken… Please be aware that a towel does not reserve your bed, we watched plenty of people taking beds throughout the day! Lifeguards/ attendants also take them for a tip.

The location and sea is wonderful,but is not used Very well. Rooms have very low standards with very bad views ..even for honeymooners like me 😕 And if your room is in the 3rd floor,yow won't be able to get shower because of low water pressure in toilets. Staff is not cooperative at all and even quite rude Food has no variety,, I've even got diarrhea for the 3 days I stayed here 😔

Disgusting place to stay and full of disrespectful staff unless they want a tip, the pools are vile, same goes for the food and rooms! We had to complain about the air conditioning leaking three times before they changed our room to another which again, had a leaking air conditioner and a broken shower! The water which you expect to wash with runs a brass colour at times, completely different from the images show on the page and I wish we read the reviews before booking. Do not go here!!!

A disaster of a hotel! The rooms are dirty, old and with cockroaches. There is no water in bathroom. The food is disgusting, tasteless and everything is so dirty. Unfriendly and innumerable staff. Worst vacation ever! Don't buy boat trips or safaris from vendors on the beach. fraudsters!!!!!!!!big scam
