Staff can not do enough for you. They really want to make your experience a good one. Food only the seriously fussy would complain, there are 6 different restaurants from Chinese to Hot Stone. These run alongside the 2 buffet restaurants, which offer freshly cooked dishes, barbecue stations outside cooking meat, and fish. Rooms are clean and spacious, from garden rooms, pool rooms, and pool bungalows. You are bound to find something to meet your budget. Pools are numerous and aqua park on site. Kids Club and entertainment throughout the day to keep you active or just chill by the pool supplied with water or alcohol by the attentive staff. The sister hotel next door is open to use all their facilities. Spa available and Bazaar onsite.

Have a nice vacation! Aug 2023 It was a very nice vacation! The temperature was 43 degrees, but a pleasant one, as long as you stay in the pool, in the shade or in the air conditioning. The staff was nice and professional. The beautiful environment. The food is diverse, fresh and very tasty. Lots of sweets and delicious fruits. Recommendation for the hotel: a greater diversity for alcoholic beverages. Love!

Great hotel, service fantastic first week but was lacking the second week we were there, staff expected to be tipped continuously the second week. Great food options available. Animation staff didn't really engage, no information displayed on kids entertainment until the second week.

Very nice, but everything is very old. They say that it was open in 2010, but the AC system is from the 80' s I think. The rooms are very big and pretty clean. All personnel are very nice and friendly. A lot of food but personally I didn't like it. Overall a nice experience, I recommend it, but it is a 5*stars resort only by local standards, from my experience 3.5*stars at most.

Hotel is very out of date. Maybe it was 5* 20 years ago, but now it needs major refreshments. Area taken is pretty large but this is a pro and con same time. Cleanliness is under question too - it wasn't dirty there but.. Staff in general is friendly and nice. Food was awful - broad choice but nothing interesting. I ended up with eggs, cucumber and tomatoes plus cakes for desert. Alcohol included in AI was terrible. Cheaper and worst you can find only glass cleaner. Special note for animation (entertainment) - I was before in Egypt in other hotel and can say the difference is HUGE. Comparing I can say there is no animation in Titanic.. And finally the most important - why most of people are coming to Egypt - the sea! Hotel's sea access is terrible shallow. You have to go for about 200-300m until you get something more than half meter. Or you need to use the pier to get to the snorkelling/diving area. Dive center on hotel's territory works like a conveyor. Two 20 minutes dives will cost you 50EUR and you will have to wait all the time: 9:00 booked dive, 9:55 you only get in the water for 20 minutes to swim around the local coral. 13:00 booked dive, 14:15 you are getting in the water for another 20 minutes on 8-9m depth. All other time you are just waiting for dive instructor/guide who is guiding groups one by one almost without stops. Bottom line - better spend your holiday money in Europe, you will get better service and better hotel.

We stayed at the Titanic Palace Hotel, the best hotel in Egypt The large, clean and unusually beautiful territory of the hotel Clean and comfortable beach places for relaxation, many pools and various entertainment for both children and adults. We got a lot of unforgettable emotions here. Very good service, polite friendly staff, thank you all for your help and a well spent time The food is very tasty, a large selection. Every evening there are shows and often festivals and discos, everything is very impressive. It was a wonderful vacation for our large family, we are very pleased that we chose Titanic Palace

3 adults, 1 kid (13months). The hotel is very well located only 20min by bus from the Hurghada airport. We felt very welcome at all times. I have to say that all the personnel and the overall Egyptian people are very welcoming and pleasantly helpful. Thumbs up for the cleaning crew, who had kept our room very tidy and sanitized. And the way that they treat kids! It was simply great to see everyone interact with our baby boy and don’t feel that sense of a fake interest. The resort is very large, with a plenty of swimming pools, water slides, sports and activities for adults. Good thing is that it’s also directly connected to the Titanic Beach resort which is located right next to it, which is newer and offers wider selection of restaurants. However that was never an issue as you can reach it easily. The resort could use some repairs, however it’s in a ok shape for a family vacation. What I would like to highlight is the beach and the sea. The water level was never higher than above waist (high tide) and above ankles (low tide). This way it made it perfect for kids to play in the water. In case you want to do snorkeling you can reach the coral reef by walking 500m either through the sea or using the moat. About food, there was a good selection, however after a week it felt a little repetitive. Finally, I would definitely recommend visiting this resort also but not exclusive to families with babies/kids. We are definitely coming back one day.
