We loved our stay at Long Beach Resort! The room in the Family building had a wonderful view we got to wake up to every morning. All the services offered were excellent, but what made our stay so special were the people working at the resort. Always smiling, ready to help and make your stay even more enjoyable. We'll definitely come back to this hotel the next time we book our trip to Egypt!

Great resort complex. The queen room was splendid, clean, quiet and with a wonderful view. It had all the necessary comfort. The staff were exceptional, very kind and attentive. Plenty of different activities all day long, different bars, restaurants, dance floors. There is a coral reef where one can do some snorkelling or diving. Different variety of good quality food choices. I very much enjoyed my stay here. :)

Watch carefully what price you will pay and invest time to find something better for same money, read reviews and believe them. I was absolutely disappointed when we got there after 5 hours of travel with 2 years old. We got in rooms at 2am, even though I gave a tip of 20$ to check in boy, we got room that was pure disappointment. Everything in room is old, over used, windows are barely working, it just makes no connection to photos we were seeing before. Resort is huge, you will spend a lot of time walking to restaurants, pools, and walk to the beach is a good 10min. Everything of amenities is just to be said that there is, like mini golf, sports etc if you want anything good, you need to pay. Beach is just very bad, too shallow, there is no positive thing to say. Food is maybe 6/10, but I got stomachache 2 times so my personal is 3/10. Staff is fine but they expect tips all the time. General opinion is 3/10, will not come back and will convince anyone to go somewhere else.

We were on a vacation with our baby and other family members (8 person). We had such a good time here. The Premium rooms looks very good. The food was delicious. The beach was perfect for our baby (1,5 year) and for us as well. The stuff were nice. Omar, the guy who cleaned our room was friendly, precise and took into account the baby's sleep time. We would like to come back again. :-)

I stayed at Long Beach resort for three nights with my family and we had a mixed experience. The resort is very large and beautiful, but it also has some drawbacks. The main one is the club cars that transport guests from one place to another. We had to wait a long time for them to go to the restaurant or the beach, which was inconvenient and frustrating, especially if you have children or elderly with you. I wish they had more club cars or a better system to manage them. Another issue was the check-in process. We arrived at 3 pm, but our rooms were not ready until 5 pm. The staff apologized and offered us a late check-out, which was nice, but it did not make up for the wasted time. On the positive side, the rooms were spacious and clean. They gave me an extra bed for my toddler, which was very helpful. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was well-equipped. The balcony had a nice view of the pool. The food was good, but not great. They had a variety of dishes, but they were mostly the same every day. I would have liked to see more local and international cuisines. The quality and taste were decent, but not exceptional. The beach was very good and sandy, which is rare in Hurghada. It was perfect for kids to play and swim. The water was clear and calm. There were plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. The beach bar served drinks and snacks. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Long Beach resort, but we also faced some problems that affected our satisfaction.

We booked another hotel, but we were transferred to Long Beach resort by luck. Hotel is busy, as most of them. Rooms are cozy, nice sized and clean. Staff is helpful. Meals are versatile so anyone can find something for himself. Because of the size of the resort, there is organized transportation by small busses circling whole resort all the way to the beach. Beach is shallow but you can find good, deep places for swimming. In September water is very warm and clean.

Came here for 10 nights and tomorrow is my last day. There is A LOT to do here. Beach is fantastic. Food is great. Most staff are friendly and helpful. Loads of pools, food/drink bars through the front of the resort and on the beach. Other amenities such as gym, sauna, barber, spa etc. also available. Can play most sports on the beach and can also go horse riding here (but for a really ridiculous price of €20 for 15 minutes). The beach is fantastic. Now for the negatives: - Reception staff can smile a bit more, especially the senior ones. They look miserable. - It is 2023 and they have no wi-fi in the entire resort (only in reception area). - No consideration for pushchairs or wheelchairs, and therefore for families and disabled people. No ramps, no lifts - just stairs and hills, everywhere! Even with an infant in a pushchair, they gave us Building 94 which is right at the back of the resort. - Many rooms/buildings are old and falling apart (paint peeling, sealant coming off, dead flies on the ceiling/walls, shower/bathroom rusty). They are slowly starting to refurbish them. We had to change rooms and the second one was a better experience (new room, closer to the front and on ground floor). I would only return if it is guaranteed that I will get a new room close to the reception. Otherwise, there are dozens of other resorts to go to nearby. -

First time for us in an all inclusive resort, and we’ve been absolutely seduced! The resort is huge, which makes it possible to be quiet most of the time, despite the very high number of clients. And this, even by the main pool, which is really spacious and very nice! We’ve also been very impressed by the food! The resort has a buffet restaurant in the morning, noon & evening, but also several restaurants à la carte! We have tested their Italian restaurant, as well as their very chic restaurant "Podium", and it was absolutely delicious! It is also good to know that the resort offers many different activities all day long, for the little ones and for the older ones, which makes the stay really pleasant! And on top of that, the staff is adorable and always at your service! In short, if you are looking for a charming and all inclusive resort in Hurghada, Long Beach Resort is made for you!

Stayed here for 5 nights 27/01/2024. Rude staff, all men staff constantly flirts with every female, even when they can see they’re in a relationship. The staff don’t look like they enjoy their job the way the serve us (rude). Constantly bothering you when you’re sunbathing to buy and do activities. All the hotel staff care about is money, they’ll try their hardest to get more money out of you. Food was terrible, bland and tasteless. Don’t have much options for British food. Very disappointed in the food, except through the day time. The day time snacks were the only thing keeping me and many others going. Don’t have much vegetarian options. Evening entertainment was boring every night. Alcoholic drinks were vile except a tequila sunrise. The vodka is definitely not vodka and smells worse than tequila. Other than that, the only positive things were - Nice beach and stunning views Nice pools. Would I return to this hotel? No.

Our first time all inclusive, as it was part of a package. Huge hotel, lovely grounds, well maintained with several swimming pools. A lot of activities especially for the children, but there are some peaceful areas if required, apartment also quiet. Accommodation was excellent as were the staff. We managed to speak to 2 of the senior managers who were very approachable, helpful and open to our views and opinions. The 5 a la carte restaurants were of a high standard which we could definitely recommend, as was the Mexican restaurant, which only caters for lunch. These were all more preferable to us than the more general restaurants.

Rooms need renovation and they already started to renovate the entire hotel. This is usual from what I 4ead about the other hotels. Stuff is nice and welcoming. Great gardens 😁😁 very beautiful. Nice big pool, huge beach and great reef for snorkeling. Food is good but not much variety for vegetarians.

Fantastic place to stay with everything you could want! Great for families, couples or a girls trip. The only thing I would say is be prepared to haggle. The shops on site don’t have prices on anything and they always hit you with the highest most ludicrous amounts! The sales guys are pretty relentless too, even if you have a red flag up which does impact your zen! Shout out to Mohammed at cave divers who ensured we had an amazing trip scuba diving, and Lauren on the animation team who is fantastic and always willing to go above and beyond for anything! Would definitely consider a return visit. :) thanks guys! Emma & Marcus

Place with best Arabic food ever. I think a gain some weight after staying there one week 🤫😜😋. It was amazingly good, tasty, fresh,cooked in a poetic way. In all inclusive option u have guarantee they will not kick you our from the dining room 😅😉. Besides lovely pool, promity to sea side, snorkeling possible. Beach bar 🏖️. In evenings many events .This is how relaxing holidays should look like.

Great resort, very comfortable. This is a great hotel, a big complex, Several restaurant choices of good food and a wide variety. All the staff were friendly, chatty and helpful. Good all-inclusive for a stress free stay. A Well-kept clean big resort, nice as all-inclusive go. Pool areas are lovely. I would give 5 stars except for the shuttle cars as we don't find them easily and had to walk most of the time, apart of this it is Exceptional

Hurghada long beach resort having 1.2 km beach and also having amazing sea marine with lots of sea Morgan and lots of fish types and well. Hotel totally renovated during last two years. Totally new guest rooms and restaurants. Staff well trained and able to give a memorable experience to all guests. 6 swimming pools are available as well for your enjoyment plus aqua swimming pool as well.

Food is so boring and just a bit to eat. Even have 2 different restaurants but same manu. They seem like saying different manu but 99% same. The location is bad. Far from everything and even tour pick up us 1st and get back time last. The room is very clean and big. Nice beach and pool. However, only this one. Application for information, so idiot and map need to be updated. Staff just told me to see the map only but can not find what they say. I do not recommend it here.

Holiday with my wife. Top hotel and service . Special mention to Osama health spa and massage team you are all amazing and definitely worth the money for massages and facial spa treatments. Would highly recommend the hotel for its friendly approach and also the food is amazing so immerse yourself in the Egyptian culture and you will have a great time .

We had the most fantastic stay at this hotel. The Bedouin tent is the most beautiful place to go to and chill, Aqua lounge, sky bar sheisha corner you’ll find the most fantastic host Ahmed who made us feel so welcome. We will be back!!!! Thank you for the best time x

A wonderful place to rest. The hotel is huge and amazing. The staff is very nice. There are not many people because it is a huge space. Lots of pools. The food is varied and very tasty. This place is heaven! Thank you for an amazing vacation!

It was one of the best vacations this year in this beautiful resort, which is located on the Coast of the Red Sea, which made us very happy. The food is very good and the beverage service is very excellent at the beach bar and swimming pools. Thank you Reda for the effort made to raise the level of service and hospitality

We just got back from an 11 days stay with our son (4) and daughter(7)... Perfect location, good food and the staff is superb! As a parent you cant be more happy when your children are happy... As such, it was an 11 days feel good experience😁 The only minor could be the rooms which are a bit old fashion, but it wasnt disturbing. And apparently, they are renovating the state of the rooms. I must say, this Hotel is a topper for families with children. We are certainly thinking of going back to this fine place!

We had an incredible time at Long Beach Resort in beautiful Hurghada, Egypt! It was absolutely fantastic, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience! (We stay from 28/06/23 until 11/07/23) First of all, we have to give a huge shout-out to the wonderful staff at Long Beach Resort. They made our stay extra special with their warm and friendly attitude. The waitresses at AL Dente restaurant, were out of this world! They were so attentive and made each meal a delightful experience. But there were two superstars that stood out – Omar and Hazem! They made us feel like a VIP throughout our stay, and we can't thank them enough for their kindness. The food was simply delicious, and they even surprised me with a birthday celebration I'll never forget. It was such a thoughtful gesture that truly made my day extra special.. The resort was a paradise. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning surroundings and top-notch amenities. Whether I wanted to lounge by the pool, hit the beach, or enjoy the spa, Long Beach Resort had it all covered. The rooms were comfortable and clean, making me feel right at home. Long Beach Resort really knows how to create a memorable holiday for its guests, specially for those who travel with kids. The attention to detail, the warm and friendly staff, and the wonderful facilities all come together to make it a 5-star experience. If you're looking for a perfect getaway, I highly recommend staying here – you won't be disappointed!

First I got to say that I absolutely loved my time at Long Beach Hurghada and my only regret was that I had only one week there. The staff was very friendly all over the resort and everyone was willing to help. From the reception when I walked in and all the way to my last minute there I felt respected and looked after. The food was great and plenty of choices available. The staff at the bars were amazing and I have to mention Michael and Reda, great people and I’m glad I met them. The room was clean and had the best view directly to the beach. If we had any requests the staff were doing everything they could to make us happy including serving us outside the working hours. On the last day when we had to return home, we had an issue with the transfer company but the staff from the resort sorted everything for us, we had no worry at all, we were offered drinks instead while waiting and they spoke with the company. I was amazed and I can’t wait to return back in Hurghada and for sure I will choose Long Beach Resort again, no doubt.

Huge resort that does not have its priorities straight. New hotel rooms are being built when the 'old' ones need attention and upgrading. Cleanliness - The resort itself looks very good, clean and taken care of. Too bad that doesn't translate into the rooms. They clean, but not up to mine or my husbands standards (for example, the shower was never wiped down the entire time we were there, nor before we stepped foot into the room). We had problem with ants in the room, and that was taken care of pretty quickly thankfully. Food - Nothing special. Breakfast was the same every single day (boring). Lunch and Dinner had some diversity, but was disappointed to see there is no Egyptian food (we had to go to the city to try some absolutely delicious traditional food). Not many options for vegetarians/vegans even though Egyptians are not huge on meat. Makes absolutely no sense. Also, when you go on excursions for the whole day you can request a packed lunch that is pretty worthless, but it seems all hotels give the same. Does not make it right, but I guess can't expect much. Take advantage of the other restaurants on site. The Podium had the best food (inside the hotel) we had in 10 days. Staff - Most of them were very friendly and wanted to make sure we had what we needed. However it gets really tiresome when they try to sell you on literally everything while you are enjoying (or trying to) your time on the beach, especially when the prices are outrageous (you can find the same exact things to buy or excursions to take for much much cheaper literally anywhere else). Beach - It's not as bad as I thought it may be, given that it's not a sandy beach. It's big and you have a lot of different areas to choose from. It does get windy, so I do appreciate the 'barricades' by the beach loungers. But the reef out by the pier is amazing and definitely not something you want to miss! I feel like it is a secret, because with the amount of people that stay, it is a huge surprise it is not always crowded. Entertainment - Horrible. For one, the team in charge of it does not know how to entertain. Two, it is way to loud to sit and enjoy it for longer than 10 min. And three, there is no time set to when it ends. We were staying in a room right behind the stage and were told they stop at 10PM every night, which was not the case. One night it was going past 11PM and when we called to ask, they told us it lasts until midnight. It's hard to know who was lying or if anyone has any idea what's going on. Kids - Definitely surprised by how kid-friendly it is! Outdoor playgrounds, family pool... The night staff really ruined a fairly good stay at the end when they refused to let our Uber to pass through the gate and didn't offer any help when we had to take our own luggage to the gate, which is a couple min walk UPHILL. It was the last straw really, so will not be back.

-Nice hotels with a lot of facilities -Old rooms ( can't be counted as a 5 stars hotel) -Reception guys aren't helpful. (Told us can't find our booking and put us into a stressful event after many phone calls with our travel agent he told us that they have another reception(for egyptians) which I think is a well known information to the hotel personals ) Food is average quality -A lot of international restaurants ( only for 5+ nights You can enjoy only one dinner for free at any of these restaurants . Excellent Location, great beach , nice weather, even if your room is located far from the beach you can enjoy the sea view

Hotel is very big have aqua and many pools one big restaurant and second for + 18 years ( as they said) , ping pong table for free and kids area. However you will face the following: 1- bad management in Reservation especially for groups , ( entered 11 am get my room 4:20) 2- furniture is old and not comfortable ( some rooms are renovated but still as old rooms no additional facilities) 3- Receptionist will not till you all the facilities 4- All rooms are paid for same amounts, no matter the location or room size. 5- big delay in response to your request 6- no shampoo or shower gel provided, just dispenser with bad quality of soap and not refill. 7- no air freshener in rooms sprayed after ending of cleaning 8- There is construction work, its places are not well isolated and there are not enough warning instructions, and equipment is left in the workplaces without arrangement 9- You will need to discover the other pools on your own 10- activities board is not located in right place and I think it's only one board 11- Assembly points are not marked well , just arrows pointed to the direction 12- it's not easy to know the system of numbering the rooms to find your room quickly , and some buildings had no numbers! ( like one I was in) 13- food and beverages quality is moderate to below expectations 14- very bad performance from animation team ( it's my opinion) and their activities confined at main pool 15- no uniform policy for example first and third date I received 2 bottle of water second I received one ! 16- I reserve 2 rooms and in both money safe are closed from previous customer. 17- no electric switch in bath to use shaving machine 18- sea shore is not good at hotel location In general I not recommend this hotel

I was there from 18 to 28 October. Not only there, but also in Egypt everywhere staff value Guests through tips. So if u want good service (on room, restaurant, on pools, help desk...) you must give something. Food is everything day the same, really not enough for 4 or 5 stars restaurants. Plus minus 3 stars is more than enough.

Very friendly staff, beautiful beaches and coral reef, fish etc were amazing. Facilities were varied and there was lotd of choice. Only down side was the mediocre food, and the resort was too large in my opinion. The snorkelling, and swimming plus hot weather completely made up for that though. Also, we had a very basic room, not the flash deluxe ones shown in some of the photos sent by other guests. The resort was clean too.

Everything was excellent! The rooms were okay, staff was very friendly and positive. Food in the restaurants was nice and fresh - plenty of choice. We absolutely loved the amazing guy Hami from the Vitamin Bar. He's the best! Serving every day delicious vitamin drinks for us. Overall - Very positive experience. We highly recommend the Hotel. Very nice place , a lots of swimming pools , specially the pool in the middle of the resort was amazing,it was like a snake going around for at least 400 meters ,and pools for kids with guards every where. The staff were very helpful and professional. The only negative thing was the shops inside the resort, they don't have a price tag on the stuff so they litterly robbed us every time we bought something. Me and my family loved the resort ,it is very beautiful ❤️❤️❤️

Amazing place. Even though it is pretty old ( some rooms are old and need repairs) it is awesome. 1. Kite surfing spot - professionals! 10of10 2. Stuff - professionals! They hear you, cater you and respect you 3. Aquapark - great for children up to 13 4. Sea - it is shallow, but has lakes with sea water where you can swim safely without waves, nice 5. Kids club - good 👍 kids 8and4) liked it a lot 6. Delicious food - fresh fruits ( mango, melon, grapes, pomegranates, pears etc) and tasty meals - if you love Egyptian food, you'll enjoy it 7. Gym - nice one on the beach, but really bad near reception. NONE of treadmills were working ( but you can always run at the beach though)

The sea is good, but it is not the best sea. I swam in it. The best place for the sea is the bridge to see the fish. The rooms are good and housekeeping excellent but far from the restaurant, reception, and swimming pool. The food is excellent. The animation team is not friendly, Aqua Park is excellent, and the staff in it is excellent. The accommodation in general is bad. I lost my reservation two nights to get good place that is close to the restaurant, swimming pool and the sea. There is no interest in the elderly. Workers in general. There is not enough experience in dealing with the guest in the end. Reception Team Zero

We went 11/01/24 it was very good, nice and clean staff so helpful. Food was very nice n fresh so much variety. That staff Abdullah. And Mubarak nice guys and helpful it’s such a big hotel plus nice views. we even went to Cairo and they gave us lunch bags. They have shuttle bus to take you to the beach from the lobby which was nice. When we first arrived at the hotel the receptionist said go have dinner first which was nice of him. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone
