This hotel is one of a kind. Has so much to offer! The staff In all areas of the resort are lovely and are so approachable. I highly recommend this hotel for all ages especially families. No words can describe how much fun me and my family have had. Really don’t want to go home. Love this hotel.

We stayed here 9 nights. The food was pretty delicious at first but from day 4, it became boring. The breakfast is all the same every day and there are little variations for lunch and dinner. The rooms are spacious but not very modern and less recommended for 2 adults + 1 child. The single beds are not comfortable at all. Staff is friendly and helpful. The deepest pool is 140cm, so for adults not comfortable to swim. There is a beach at the hotel which was the final hope for to swim, however you can walk hundreds of meters into the sea and it still goes to the knees - no possibility to swim. Ah, and the Wifi is absolutely terrible...

Came here with a friend and my 2 young children 2 & 6 years old. We have had a wonderful time. Food delicious, drinks are great. The staff can’t do more for us they are super friendly and welcoming! 😁 camel ride on the beach and playing in the pool have been a highlight of the trip. Entertainment and the staff amazing. We love the beach bar area!!! ☀️🐫🍺🧋🍹

Really nice hotel in a great location. Weather in june was super hot but plenty of drinks and ice creams to go around. Really clean and tidy and staff are always on hand to help out. Plenty of food places to eat. Food was Really good. Animation/entertainment in daytime was really good and get you involved in the games.

I think that the service here is good because the workers here are very respectful and kind. The rooms are good too as it provides what you need during the holiday however the cards to get into the room are a little naff but keep them away from your phone and you’ll be fine. The location is good too, not too far from the airport however there isn’t much around the hotel. However I good time overall.

i have loved my time here. don’t want it to end. very clean and good value for money. Lots of fun evening activities for all ages. lovely resort and staff are very welcoming and friendly. beach parties are definitely my favourite. highly recommend

The hotel is really nice great entertainment every night with an amazing entertainment team with lots do do like water polo, volleyball a foam party. Music they play caters to all groups of people. In addition a good selection of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks to choose from adults and kids with good entertainment for the kids later on with parties and discos to go to

very welcoming,Zezo made a lot of effort with all the guests, he would come to us every day and make sure everything is good, we made good friends with him. The food has lots of variety, the hotel is super clean. The garden maintenance is well looked after and pretty. The pools are massive and well maintained. I would definitely come back

Love this hotel! Lots to do with great evening entertainment. The pools are amazing!! The rooms are lovely and cool. It’s a very clean hotel with very friendly staff. The food is good, lots to choose from, we would definitely come back, it’s good value for money.

The grounds are beautiful and very clean. The service is fantastic, especially around the active pools. The entertainment team are welcoming, entertaining and very friendly, especially Zezo who takes the time to include everyone and make them feel welcome

e holiday overall was fantastic the food was also very good, I will add that there are many restaurants however you only get to eat free at 1 per week of your stay, the entertainment team was fantastic and involved everyone as much as possible always to dance or play events playing with the kids and dancing with them too. The service was excellent and always eager to provide 5 star service. The facilities are clean and well kept. There are plenty of pools and things to do with the kids to keep them entertained! Massive thank you to Hallos for quality service! Wonderful stay highly recommend!

Exceptional service throughout our stay. Our one year old ended up sick and in hospital and the service and support we had was exceptional. The manager, the waiters, the entertainment team and guest services couldn’t have been more helpful and have made our very stressful situation so much easier and stress free. They have been absolutely amazing! We have had a numerous dealings with Megan at Guest Services who again has been amazing and could not have done any more for us. She is a credit to the guest services team. The entertainment team have also been brilliant throughout the day. Annie has been amazing with us every single day making each day fun and enjoyable. She has helped us in every way we have needed and has been amazing with not only us but our little boy also. The team at BlueMarine have been a credit to this hotel and the names individuals above are a credit.

Thanks a lot for all the staff of the restaurant and the bars, they are really friendly and kind. I love the food at restaurants it's amazing with lots of difference items. Special thanks to the entertainment team, we have joined the activities every day and their shows at evening it was a wonderful experiences The view of the beach and the pools are more than amazing. We had a great experience at this resort! Everything was perfectly organized and we had a lot of fun here. The waiters are very polite, food is extremely good and the guys at the bar really know how to prepare a drink. The animation team are also friendly and engage in conversation with you to make you feel like at home. The rooms are clean and are kept that way for all the duration of the staying. They really put a lot of effort into making everything as good as possible for everyone. Highly recommend!

Here for Christmas and loving it. The rooms are great and always cleaned and tidied. There are too many pools to choose from and always activities going on around them. The entertainment team are great and always friendly asking how you are and if you want to take part in the activities with them.

This place is outstanding. Great attention to detail in all areas. Staff make sure you are well looked after. The animation team make sure you are involved and made to feel part of their big family. Shout out to Momo, Hulos, Ali to name a few. They all have so much happy energy. Fantastic holiday and hope to return.

Great place for couples and families alike...lots to do...incredible grounds absolutely massive. Rooms are simple but clean. Nothing is an issue for them, service great but often feel like there is not enough staff to cover the masses of people...those who do work incredibly hard. No one begs for tips but it's advised to be polite if you have had good service and our waiters and housekeeping were fab. Too many pools to choose from but as it was becoming their cooler times the heated one were much better. Shopping centre in there is overpriced but expected. Taxis don't cost a lot and you can find other outlets close by. Will return again for sure...this time with better mosquito repellent.

Had an amazing holiday , start till finish. Animation team was good , so much activities during the day. Pools are clean and the rooms are well kept. Was given a different towel design everyday! Nighttime entertainment was top tier! You must visit here!

The hotel is beautiful very clean & the grounds are very well looked after. All the staff are very friendly & cannot do enough for you. The entertainment team gave us lots of fun during the day especially Sam who was always giving us plenty of laughs. Will definitely come back

Great hotel with very attentive hotel staff. Constant drink serving at the pool area by friendly individuals. Can’t fault the entertainment team, always wanting to get you involved in a variety of games throughout the day and host great aqua fitness classes which is guaranteed to get you up and moving. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Spent 9 days at this resort. 5 star service from all members of the staff. Our highlights include the entertainment team whom made us feel welcome, involved and entertained every day/night, in particular Sam who spoke to us daily, encouraged us to try out aqua aerobics and made us laugh countless times. Their dancing is also worth a watch.

My stay here has been amazing! The entertainment provided by Magic World has been great, especially Ahmed & Eslam who were enthusiastic and engaging for all ages. The hotel is beautiful and kept very clean. Everyone is very friendly and smiley.

This was the second time I’ve came to this hotel and it was just as amazing as the first. There was so much to do for my young daughter from the pools to the sand pits! The resort was always clean and a good vibe. The staff are so attentive and would do anything to help you. The entertainment team are amazing, always got me up dancing and joining in! All around great hotel and I will be back :)

Jaz is fantastic, the entertainment team are fab and the hotel itself is amazing. The maintenance team are fantastic keeping all areas clean and the gardens maintained. Food is a bit hit and miss but you will not go hungry. Waiter service poolside is so accommodating you will never go thirsty or have to keep going to the bar yourself. They really cannot do enough for you here 😉. Only one criticism the sales team are rife and you could have 4 or 5 different people from the same company attempting to sell you excursions or activities numerous times a day.

Jaz Bluemarine is connected with its sister hotel Jaz Aquamarine, you cannot tell where one ends and the other starts making it the biggest complex in the area. The grounds, rooms and restaurants are spotlessly clean and all the staff are so helpful and a credit to the hotel. We stayed for 7 days and I honestly cannot pick fault with a single thing. I would recommend Jaz Bluemarine to anyone, with it being so large there is something for everyone but don't let the size but you off. The grounds are flat and easily accessible for wheelchairs and pushchairs and the hotel offer a golf car service free of charge to get you from place to place if you need further assistance. This place really deserves 5 stars, I would give it 10 if I had the option.

Hotel team as a whole were fantastic! Poolside entertainment team were keeping everyone busy and entertained, even our 5 year old daughter! Always getting us involved. Food and facilities were first class. Room was excellent and loved the towel animals that appeared in the room after it had been cleaned. Entertainment crew are always smiling and keeping all guests happy especially Mr Banana 😁

Overall an amazing experience if you are looking to go with family. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Food is good and plenty for kids to do but I will advise to get a sim card from the airport or use your roaming because WiFi is actually worse than 2000s dial up Internet. Rooms are spacious and clean. So many swimming pools that you forget the count. Beach is about 700m but you can get a ride in these golf buggy things. Overall worth every penny

Amazing resort. Lots of food variety. The entertainment is fantastic every evening. Everywhere you go in the resort is spotlessly clean, everyone works so hard. We have had a few phonecalls to check we are happy with everything which is great. Everything is spot on I would recommend the hotel 100%

Hands down the best hotel Iv been to, can’t recommend enough!! Hotel and room very clean, all staff are super friendly and go above and beyond. Lots of different entertainment to choose from in the many different bars round the hotel. Very good staff, Always available if u need any help or any questions. Facilities are outstanding a lot to do and very clean. The entertainment team is excellent and are very friendly and always make sure u are doing something and also make sure u are included. Waiter service is good always make sure u have a drink and always available.
