Amazing hotel, amazing views. Staff are incredibly friendly. Lots of amazing food choices and the entertainment is amazing!! Different shows every night, fire shows, music, dance shows - all amazing. Our room had amazing views of the pool and the sea would highly recommend!! Could not have asked for a better resort!

I was with my family from 27/5/2022 till 31/5/2022 .The rooms are excellent in cleanliness , everything you need were in the room , the housekeeping stuff are always smiley and very cooperative. The reception's stuff are professional in attracting the guests and helpful in all aspects. The quality of food is super excellent and the varieties never seen before. The animation team are super qualified giving a joy during the day and night with the several shows done daily. The bar's stuff and at the pool restaurant are smiling all the time , always ready to have orders and executing them quickly. The restaurant specialized for serving grill is professional for the quality and the way for serving as well as the chiefs are very kind and always want to have a feedback from the he guests Yes we enjoyed every minute in our 4 nights stay and I am strongly recommend this hotel.

Wow, had a week with my girl friends and everything was just perfect. Staff could not do enough for you. Always greeted with a huge warm smile in every area of this beautiful hotel and grounds. The food is just amazing with so much choice, variety, and dietary requirements met. Super fresh ingredients cooked to perfection. The A La carte restaurants are just incredible, with the seafood restaurant at additional cost worth every single penny. The pools, grounds, beach and lagoon are pristine when they say 5 star they mean 5 star. We cannot wait to come back. Thank you for a truly wonderful experience.

We first visited your hotel in 2021 exactly a year ago. It was a time when the pandemic hit all countries. Our experience at your hotel was amazing so we decided to visit again this year the same dates as last year. Last year was excellent, this year was even better. All I can say is a big thank you to the staff and management of course that made our stay so relaxing and pleasant. We were lucky to have the same room as last year which was spacious and exactly opposite the pool with a view to the sea too. The room was well looked after each and every day and the attendant made sure we had everything we needed. All the restaurants we had dinner at were superb too with a variety of tasty dishes and first class service. The pool was another pleasant experience, heated, clean and no overcrowding. We honestly can’t find something negative to say about the hotel and facilities because there weren’t any faults. Congratulations for your staff Mr Serkan

I am so proud to have such a resort in my beloved country. This resort is super cool. Every thing is perfect rooms restaurants food quality and variety Pools , beach and last but not least the hospitable staff in every where . They welcome you all the time as you are their own guest. We would really come back here again and again! First of all, the hotel has a beautiful bay, great sunbathing opportunities and a beautiful complex, which offers a lot of space! The rooms are always clean and have plenty of space to feel comfortable! However, we would especially like to give a huge compliment to the staff at Crystal Bay. The service staff is incredibly friendly, accommodating and extremely cordial. We had great conversations, were always well served and never had to worry about anything! We are extremely grateful for our time here and would always come back again ! We can also highly recommend a trip in February, as the weather is quite warm enough to jump into the water as well! (Sea as well as heated pool)

It is very nice and big hotel. Rooms are comfortable and clean. People working in the hotel are very friendly and helpful. Food is delicious and so many choices. We have loved our stay and we might really consider coming again next year. The hotel has some great features that are not available in other hotels (the lagoon is one of them). However, in order for the hotel to get the full mark, you need to look into the comments about the food in lunch and dinner buffets. Also think about improving the animation program by adding more shows. Overall, we have enjoyed our stay and we would love to visit the hotel again. Thank you Sami

Of 20 years of family vacations, this is in our top three all time. Absolutely one of the best hotels, experiences, and staff! A wonderful time. The food was great, but honestly the staff is what made the experience stand out so much. We were a group of 9 in two suites and the feeling amongst all 9 were we need to come back and soon. The restaurants were all outstanding, and the facilities were very much high end western standards or Better! What we left with was an experience that was meaningful and all about family which the staff ensured our desires and expectations were exceeded. Thank you to them all!

Amazing hotel, rooms very clean, the whole hotel is kept in great condition, but what makes the difference is the staff: they work very hard and always with a smile on their faces, very polite and they would go out of their way to please you. Animation team is great too, they always open to talk a crack a joke. The best holiday we ever had, would highly recommend. Thank you for the amazing service and hospitality.

The hotel is really nice. The room is clean and housekeeping does a great job. Everyone is nice and asks if you need anything. Food is great. Lots of choices, so you won't get bored. I have travelled all over the world and have never experienced such friendly helpful staff. Throughout the whole resort every single member of staff could not do enough for us. Just returned home from a holiday at this lovely hotel. me and my friends really liked everything here. the rooms are very comfortable bright and clean. the cuisine is very tasty and different every day. animation here is at the highest level. we had a lot of fun with a lot of different programs. special thanks to Abdo and Amira, they were with us all the time and helped with some questions, we will definitely come back here!

Both the hotel and the staff were absolutely amazing and we definitely intend on coming back to this hotel again. The hotel has so many speciality restaurants and are all in the most amazing settings, with attentive staff and delicious food. The grounds are meticulously manicured and clean. The hotel room was huge and cleaned every day by a great cleaner who looked after our every need. The staff in every part of the hotel were always smiling and friendly. We loved it at the TUI Blue Crystal Bay Resort and would love to come back here with our family and grandchildren.

Staff were very polite Food at Buffet and A La Carte restaurants was fantastic, especially the Indian. Hotel was spotless and exceptionally well maintained by the ground keepers. Drinks on arrival offer were of a good standard with a great selection of cocktails. The fitness activities run by Abdul were really fun and the animation team were really nice and made a real effort. I visited the spa twice for a massage and they were amazing. I would happily return to this hotel.

Hotel was amazing, cleanliness and hygiene are of upmost priority. All the staff spend meticulous time assuring that every part of the hotel is up to standard. The staff are all so welcoming and approachable. The only thing i would say was a down part was the communication regarding the Christmas and New Year celebrations but that i believe was more down to TUI then the staff. I would definitely visit again as thoroughly enjoyed my time here. The food was exquisite something for everyone and no cases of the 'Egyptian belly'. I would like to note that after Christmas the hotel got very very busy but the staff continued their duties to the same meticulous standard.

Had a beautiful stay here last week. Staff cannot do enough for you. We upgraded to a swim up room which was lovely but the only let down was it's a long way to get to the bars etc but did notice that a couple of rooms ringing the bar - would have been great if there was a bar nearer or that they came a couple of times a day

From A (like arrival) to Z (quite a shame to leave) everything perfect. We had a relaxing holiday and found the hotel to be of an exceptional standard. Staff were friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. Great choice of food throughout; our particular favourite was the Indian restaurant. We enjoyed a personal invitation by the manager to join him and senior staff at the garden BBQ. He found the time to address every table and speak personally about the hotel and his wishes for an exceptional holiday. Whilst the animation staff were very friendly and approachable and did their very best to involve all guests, there were evenings when we had no idea what entertainment was on offer. Perhaps a notice board would be helpful to be able to plan ahead. Overall a fantastic holiday and hotel which we hope to revist in the near future. The grounds, gardens and public areas were cleaned and maintained regularly throughout our stay.

A great hotel with fantastic people working here. Rooms were spotless, comfortable, tastefully decorated, newly refurbished and the grounds were impeccable. Staff are really helpful and easy to find. The food is great too. Was quiet when we went but we got lucky - a really great place for kids too, there is also free access to the neighbouring properties to use their pool/water-park etc.

My girlfriend and I came to stay here for a week in May and had the best time! Our room was perfect, spacious and clean and had everything we needed. Other than that, the staff were really friendly and did everything they could do to make our stay more enjoyable. Astrid from the entertainment team in particular was wonderful. She made us feel very at home and was always very attentive. The entertainment itself was also good fun! Thank you! Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful resort and amazing people. Everyone was super helpful and friendly, nothing was to much trouble. My husband got sick on our last day - to much sun! And guest services called twice to check on him and to send him food to our room. We sat by the beach every day and mo, was fantastic! He brought us bottles of water every hour along with any cocktail or drink we wanted. The spa was beautiful, and we laughed with them all the way through it was so relaxed! We will definitely be back!

Myself and my boyfriend visited Hurgarda for the first time this year, and we are so glad we have chosen Sunrise Crystal Bay Resort as our place of stay. The service has been absolutely excellent. Mini bar constantly stocked, accommodating with drinks and food, a wide range of excursions and generally extremely helpful. The range wide of food choices have been incredible. We usually don’t go to all inclusive resorts, and like to go and venture outside to get a different experience of food. However, we have not had to do that once. Mediterranean, Indian, Grill, Seafood, Egyptian, Asian food choices, all in the comfort of the resort. Not to mention, every single one has been delicious. The resort is stunning, modern and has very good wifi throughout the whole resort. The sea is stunning too, and the beds are very luxurious. The animation team provide such good entertainment. Beach parties, foam parties, pool parties and a wide range of exercise lessons if that’s what you want on your holiday! Salah in particular has been incredibly helpful and so kind to us. We can truly say we feel like we have made friends at this resort with the team, and there has been no issues whatsoever with our stay. I cannot rave enough about this place. Absolutely stunning!

Wonderful holiday experience. Accommodation was good and clean. The best aspect overall were the staff. They were exceptionally helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Any issues that arose were dealt with swiftly and without fuss. Food was excellent with many options, good quality and very tasty.

Excellent holiday in this luxury hotel, amazing food in all restaurants and the service was 1st class all holiday. Especially enjoyed the bbq restaurant with such a choice of delicious food on offer all cooked to perfection. The pool area's are spotlessly clean and with plenty of room for everybody, the manicured gardens are lovely with the grounds team working hard in the heat (around 40°+ everyday for our stay). Would highly recommend this hotel.

An excellent, relaxing break. The resort has everything a guest would need. Staff were friendly and attentive without being intrusive. Our room looked a bit tired, but was clean and comfortable. Compared to our last break in the Caribbean at a Sandals resort, Crystal Bay offers far better value, has friendlier staff and food of similar high quality. My only recommendations for resort management would be to provide a resort map in guest rooms and sample menus for each of the a la carte restaurants.

This hotel is absolutely amazing. Very nice (English speaking) staff, excellent food, good animation. All staff is very helpful. The a la carte restaurants are also very good, of course every person has it's own liking, but all restaurants are of high quality. The large swimming pool is heated which is very welcome. The animation team is a very enthusiastic group of people. This is a place where I would like to come back very soon.

It is unusual for me to give five stars but this place deserves it. Food is good with many options for dinner, we loved the Mediterranean restaurant. The water park kept the kids entertained, and the fact the pools were heated is a definite bonus. Staff were extremely helpful. Views from our rooms were nice. Would definitely go back.

The place is absolutely beautifull and clean. All staff go out of their way for any guests and they make you feel so welcome. You will fall in love with this hotel and you will never want to leave, the staff make you feel like it's your home. Food is superb. By far the best place I have ever been. The only down fall is the beauty salon which is not part of the resort and therefore should not reflect the resort or its staff. Avoid getting any treatments in the beauty salon as the people working in there are not genuine and prices are extortionate.

I went to this place based on recommendation of my relatives. I went there having no idea about the popularity of this place. It was/will be one of the greatest resorts I've ever visited. Everything is perfect. The food is served elegantly and on time, versatile and delicious. The housekeeping services, the serving of beverages and snacks are all great and perfect. The views, beach, pool and parties are all marvelous. I recommend everyone to visit Sunrise Crystal Palace over and over. Thanks to them I had a great summer vacation.

We had an amazing stay at sunrise Crystal bay, it was the best family holiday we have had as there was something for everyone to do, I can not fault the resort in any way possible. Our children (aged 7,5&4) loved their stay here. They enjoyed the kids club that had so many activities on to do throughout the day and especially the kids disco which they couldn’t miss every night. Oriana who ran the kids club was amazing with the kids and the kids loved her. The restaurant staff were also very friendly and helpful. We had a great time here and will definitely be going back. It is a beautiful resort.
