The experience at this resort was different, I say that because everything there was perfect. The food was delicious, I was able to enjoy many restaurants that are provided for free. The beach was very clean, the people there were very friendly organizing all kinds of activities, it was a pleasure to spend my vacation there! Superb rooms, equipped with everything you need. Sunrise Garden was simply a "paradise".

A great hotel for families with children, the entertainment crew offers new portions of entertainment every day, which is even impossible to mention due to their quantity. The high quality of the classes conducted by the smiling entertainment team makes the time of your holidays run in a wonderful atmosphere. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone, regardless of age, you will be 100% satisfied and you will want to return there more than once. We will remember many wonderful memories and friends whom I had the honor to meet there. Thank you for everything.

Everything is perfect. The location is marvelous. The beach is nice. The aqua park is amazing. The room is comfortable. Food is delicious and variable. All the staff are really super co-operative with special thanks to the receptionist Mr. Rashad and housekeeper Mr. Ahmed. The animation team is excellent with special thanks to Mr. Karim.

Can not fault the staff so friendly and helpful from reception, to bellman to cleaning. We did have an issue with the 1st room and was moved to another to a better standard. There was a few issues with the rooms, and rooms need modernisation. The pools was lovely very clean as well as surrounding areas. Food was fine could do with more variety for children. Overall we have had a lovely time at sunrise and made memories

The services, team, facilities, food are simply a benchmark for other hotels. Exceptional stay. They care about every detail while you are there (cleanliness is maintained all the time, they even care about the sea water cleanliness from natural dirt) the lifeguards are everywhere in the aqua park. The varieties of food in restaurants are exceptional too. What i really like a lot is the team smile all the time for all people and the animations team made the weekend fully loaded. Sure will be there whenever possible.

I stayed here for 5 days during my vacation. Staff is extremely friendly and kind. Location is great. Resort looks gorgeous and honestly there isn't a single part of it that looks bad. Beach is rather nice, and path to it is very pretty. Food- it was perfect, it had great variety and everything I tried tasted amazing. Special thanks to animator group, they do they best for me to be fun.

In the main dining room, Naser went above and beyond to make sure we had an enjoyable experience. He engaged with every family member and had us laughing at every meal. The rooms are very clean and exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. It was a quick and easy check in. We had 2 amazing refurbished rooms with pool views. The rooms were clean and modern. The staff are what makes this hotel even more special from the gardeners to management always friendly. The choice of restaurants and quality of the food and drink is first class ( you will never to hungry) The gardens and beach areas are spotlessly clean and with the animation team working non stop to entertain you, you will never be bored. Excellent resort with brilliant facilities. The resort looks lovely and well kept. The staff are excellent making sure that you enjoy your time. Lots of activities for families with children including the aqua park and kids pool. Separate kids section with fun activities to keep the little ones occupied. There is also a private beach with crystal clear water with an area to snorkel and see some reef! The animation team are excellent especially Gaser! Would highly recommend coming here when visiting Hurghada!

Good hotel. The staff was really nice and polite. We arrived at 1.30am, we were kept in the lobby until 3.30, our rooms were cleaned then. We had a late dinner - not what you'd expect to eat after half a day on the airport/plane. 2 sandwiches with 95% bread and one thin slice of cheese. Really disappointing, especially for an all inclusive service. In our room, the sheets were stained and the tobacco smell was unbearable. We were too tired and we slept like that. It faded out few days later after we kept the door and window open despite the heat. We didn't have shower gel, 3 days later I had to wait for the person cleaning the room to ask for it, they didn't notice. Our room had a terrace in front of the pool. Good noise cancelling, we could sleep in the afternoon. There were some issues with the room key card, we had to change it often cause they stopped working. The furniture is a bit old, definitely doesn't look like 5stars. The sheets and towels were changed daily, which was good.The food was diverse but nothing impressive. There were activities every night, not the best quality though (bad sound systems, more suitable for kids and not necessarily for adults). Yoga and belly dance in the morning on the beach. The beach was clean, the water amazing. Bar and snacks close to the sunbeds. Wiiwii from the animation team was really nice and funny.

So as far as the hotel itself it was good, the rooms was spotless and everything was always being cleaned. The pool was not as clean as it could be every time I went in I had hair on me, it was not nice. The reason for only 3 stars is we went to the Mexican restaurant and then we all came down with food poisoning. We have been home for 3 days and still unwell. Spoilt a really good holiday.

Beautiful hotel, amazing people and delicious food. We had the best housekeeping staff, always smiling and so friendly. He is a credit. Spanish, Boulevard, Mongolian, Egyptian and Indian restaurants were all outstanding as usual. Pool bar staff fantastic, remembering drinks orders, always smiling and chatty.

Great resort: very friendly staff, always smiling and all into service, (and never asked for money, like we are used from egyptians). Food is great, and a lot of choices. We will definitely come back.

This was our second stay at the Sunrise garden beach resort, and it was magical every step of the way. Room was comfortable for the family with two babies. Beds were great. Food was really tasty, both in the snack bar and the main restaurant. The biggest impression is definetelly the staff, their smiles, kindness and readiness to help at any time was remarkable. All in all, I can recommend this hotel to any family, and I'm sure we will come again.

Everything was good. We had a very nice time in the hotel. The food was good all time and the room was also clean and close to the pools. The beach was very clean but there are not enough wind protections. The last day we had very hard wind and we had to spend the day near the pools.

We enjoyed it a lot...as we went in December, the weather was super good..the resort is well kept and maintained..food was also very good..the service was also impressive.. The cocktails could have been better..the presentation and taste was only average.

We spended a beautiful week in this hotel. Everything was perfect, employees are very friendly and always smiling, specially Ali who took care of our room, always super clean. Our room was at 3floor with nice view and close to the pools&beach. The resort wasn't very crowded at this time which we appreciated. Food was delicious, and we also enjoyed activities with animation team. Looking foward to visit this place again!

The hotel was great. All staff were friendly and welcoming. The pool was clean and plenty of sun loungers were available, the lifeguards were great. There were lots of restaurants but the only downside to the whole stay was the lack of vegetarian options for food. I really struggled to eat as even the meat free options (such as eggs for breakfast) were cooked on the same area that the meat was cooked on. It was the only issue I had but quite a big issue as it was hard to book into the Italian restaurant, we only managed to eat there twice so I was quite hungry each day.

I love this resort the staff are amazing the entertainment is incredible I recommend it especially if you have a big family . Rasmy is one of the animation team people he is amazing and super kind to everyone. the slides are lovely and fun . The food is really nice in the main restaurant it has something for everyone. There are lots of restaurants in the resort with different types of foods. If you are looking for a hot, pretty country I would go with Egypt.

Sunrise is really amazing. We are using to sunrise for 3rd time and every time all is much better. The facilities in Sunrise Garden are really amazing. The infrastructure, beach is superior. The staff and animations are everyday new and fascinating. You will be really enjoy every minute here

Great service at the restaurant!! The chef, cleaners, servers are amazing and nice. I will always come back to just be served by this amazing team. Animation team is good as well, but some of the foreign girls don’t know what they are doing. They are just standing there. Asking us where we from 3x (we have told her 3x). It seems that this foreign girls are here to enjoy themselves and party for them. The housekeeping is amazing, everything is clean and they always leave a creative touch. I will always come back to see this amazing staff !

Our family stay at Sunrise Garden Beach was simply fantastic! The deluxe room we had was incredibly comfortable, especially for our kids. They had plenty of space to move around and play, making their stay enjoyable. Surrounded by lush greenery, the hotel provided a serene and peaceful atmosphere. very cool hotel! the atmosphere is simply energizing with its positivity, concerts, discos and various show programs. Incredibly pleasant staff who will help and advise in everything. You feel as if you have come to a party with your friends. I recommend and RECOMMEND again. I will definitely come here again and more than once!!!

This was by far the best stay of any hotel we have ever stayed at. Hotel staff, entertainment team, food, drinks, games, fun, evening shows and much more!😀 Everybody was so helpful for us any time:) The rooms were clean, cleaned daily. A lot of gifts shops on site, everyone will find something for himself. We can't wait to come back to this place, it's like our second home❤️ gives 10 stars!🌟

A great place to have a rest, swim & take sunbathes. I was my first time experience of the beach holidays, and it was really pleasant. Nice clean beach, warm pool with the bar, tasty meal, friendly staff, great animation team that isn't annoying at all and colorful dancing/acrobatic shows at the evening. It's great if you are with you friends, but even single nerds (like me:) can find lots of entertainment, like billiard, aqua park and animation activities.

Animation staff are incredible!! All very friendly and made our stay even better! Resort is beautiful, food is amazing, entertainment amazing!! By far the best holiday me and my family have ever been on! Will definitely be returning for years to come! Would recommend this resort to anyone it truly is unbelievable!

It is a very nice resort, with many great possabilities all day and evening. We had 3 rooms, and they were all spacious and clean - and everything was working :) We love the beach location and the possability of snorkeling at the reef as well as the nice gym and many pools :) The animation team is really enthusiastic and the shows plus the entertainment for the children are also nice. Different themes, like the Halloween dinner with people dressing up in horror and ready for taking pictures with us, makes a nice change from day to day. Many restaurants and good quality drinks, together with the many serviceminded employees made our holiday most enjoyable and relaxing. Thank you very much to everybody at the resort :)

The hotel is very good and clean. The food is amazing. The rooms are very clean and the workers are helpful. I can't explain how good is the animation team and their shows. Also, I really want to thank them for the amazing Job.My comments are about the wifi it's not bad but it sometimes cuts off and an air conditioner needs to be added in the restaurant. To sum up this is an amazing hotel.

I highly recommend this hotel, It has met all my expectations and even more! Nice staff, very tasty food and drinks. But above all, the wonderful animators are the biggest asset of this hotel!
