Fitness Sur Mesure is like my second home, the environment is what I enjoy the most from this gym. Staff is friendly and I love the motivation I get from stepping in this amazing gym. Prices are low, which is a great plus. I really recommend.

It’s ok as a gym. It could be better but it has the basic training equipment needed for a good workout. I have to confirm others’ reviews that the stuff there is outdated. The shower room and locker room are always clean, in general the place is clean when you look fast but then when you get close to the ground doing your workout you realize there is a lot of dust on and under the machines. I appreciate they don’t give you paper towels to clean the machines after a workout (eco-friendly move) but the towel rags available for this need to get changed every day because they get stinky and I noticed they are often left there for days! I like supporting smaller businesses (compared to larger chains) so I appreciate that this gym is affordable, quiet, has an open concept and people there are friendly without being annoying. I will probably renew my yearly contract with them.

A very nice and clean gym located in a very nice place. Fitness Sur Mesure provide amazing infrastructure, as well as the attitude of employees, are also very good and friendly. Big parking in the back, that is very effective, especially in winter. Contrarily to other gyms, FSM has all the machines needed including, upper and lower chest press! I recommend this gym for those individuals who want to achieve their SMART goals.

Decent price, pretty clean, not too busy, friendly atmosphere, good choice of equipment but badly needs more weights and plates. There are only two 2.5lbs plates for the whole gym and only one pair of dumbbells for each weight level. Clientele is also hit-or-miss, people rarely reset their weights, most don't bring towels, a few work out in bibs. Overall a very good gym for the price.

This gym is an iron paradise and probably the dream of every Bodybuilder. The staff is super friendly, there nice music and you can even buy your meals/pre-workout/supplements at this gym! High viarity of machines . Lots of staff that cleaning . Fit plus gym is definitely my Go-to gym whenever I am in town!

Amazing gym!! The staff is amazing and caring. They are always willing to help out. I was scared going in but everyone was so welcoming. I recommend this gym to everyone!!! Super clean and amazing equipment!

One of the best gyms to go to. Whenever I visit Montreal, Fit Plus always takes care of me by providing a clean place to workout and get the workout I need. Keep it up !
