If
there
was
an
option
for
-5
stars,
this
place
would
be
the
first
to
get
one.
This
location
always
has
an
issue
with
it.
Long
wait
times
inside
and
outside,
wrong
orders,
missing
items,
on
top
of
rude
and
clueless
staff.
Today,
September
9th
2023,
at
9:15.
We
went
through
the
drive
through.
We
paid
for
pur
order
and
pulled
up
to
the
window.
The
woman
at
the
window
wasn't
very
welcoming,
but
considering
it's
a
late
night,
we
thought
nothing
of
it.
She
handed
us
the
drinks,
then
5
minutes
later,
she
handed
us
out
take
out
bag.
My
boyfriend
asks
her
"is
everything
inside?"
And
she
replied
with
"yes".
I
checked
the
bag,
because
as
you
know,
mcdonalds
at
this
location
ALWAYS
forgets
something.
Lo
and
behold,
we
are
missing
a
big
mac.
We
catch
the
attention
of
the
lady
and
she
asks
"the
big
mac
is
missing?"
We
said
yes.
She
said
"it's
missing?
It
can't
be"
and
proceeded
to
get
Farzhana
(unsure
of
exact
spelling).
Farzhana
goes
on
to
ask
another
4
times
that
we
can't
be
missing
our
big
mac,
that
we
never
paid
for
a
big
mac
and
is
implying
that
we're
trying
to
get
something
for
free.
We
said
she
can
check
our
bag
and
receipt,
that
we've
paid
for
a
big
mac
but
it
wasn't
given
in
the
bag.
She
then
said
that
it
can't
be.
So
we
gave
her
the
bag
back
so
she
could
check
and
she
started
freaking
out
saying
we
threw
the
bag
at
her
(we
did
not,
we
held
the
bag
out
the
window
until
they
grabbed
it,
how
could
we
have
thrown
it
when
it
was
already
in
her
hands?)
And
yet
she's
still
denying
that
we
ever
bought
a
big
mac
in
the
first
place.
When
we
said
we
wouldn't
steal
a
big
mac
as
she
was
implying,
she
kept
interrupting
us.
As
clients,
she
should
be
letting
us
speak,
we
just
took
the
bag
from
you!
How
could
we
have
eaten
a
whole
burger
in
.5
seconds???
Does
McDonald's
need
to
check
our
whole
car
to
find
that
missing
burger?
We
asked
for
her
name
and
she
said
she
couldn't
give
an
F@!k
if
we
complained
about
her
to
her
superiors
with
a
try-me
and
arrogant
attitude
as
she
slammed
our
bag
onto
the
metal
counter
(completely
squashed
our
cheeseburger
by
the
way)
and
threw
the
big
mac
on
top.
She
then
ran
away
screaming
her
head
off
while
we
sat
in
the
car
with
no
idea
what's
happening.
The
original
window
lady
(she
looks
like
a
carbon
copy
of
this
Farzhana
girl,
might
be
related)
then
grabs
our
bag
slams
it
into
my
boyfriend's
hand
and
refused
to
let
go
of
our
food
that
mind
you,
WE
PAID
FOR,
then
giving
us
a
dirty
look
before
letting
go.
McDonald's,
as
a
big
company,
you
should
work
on
having
your
staff
trained
in
customer
service.
Truly
disgusted.
