    **update July 2, 2023*** The latest photo is of a large fry. ****update August 30, 2020**** Today we decided to get 2 medium coffees and 2 smoothies. We placed our order through drive through. We paid and was asked to advance to the first waiting spot as our order was not ready. This was fine. Here is where things went downhill. We waited 3 minutes. A lady comes out and asks what is the order we are waiting for. I answered two medium coffees and two smoothies. She told us that they are making it for us. I said great. 3 minutes go by and another lady comes out and asks the same question. Another 4 minutes go by and here is when my frustration come in. I get out of the car to go in to cancel my order. During the time when i go in my order gets brought out. The manager came to the cash and I tell her that I want to get reimbursed because it has been over ten minutes that I have been waiting for my order. She told me that it got delivered already. I said it took too long and I will bring it back just reimburse me. Basically what i am trying to say is if there is a delay tell me the first time and not have two different people ask me what my order was. Great place for kids to play. Birthday party service was great. Would have liked the space to be isolated where we were placed but over cost wise couldn't go wrong.

    Waited more than 15 minutes to order .. still nobody came to take order and just came back without ordering… worst customer service ever. Went to ask one of the employees that I want to order he just ignored all people like he didn’t heard anything .. worst place ever this is not a fast food branch this is slower foood branch.

    Manager on July 9th 2023 at 8:30pm is doing a terrible job. Waiting in line for 15 minutes to pay at the cash because the system would not accept payment, ignoring customers, talking to employees saying we will not take more orders and when trying to ask questions actively ignores the clients. If you’re closed close the doors, turn off the ordering portals, inform clients. I am operating a vehicle that will not fit the drive through. My order was placed and could not pay before they decided to stop accepting orders. Just wanted a damn coffee

    I live closed by and lately food and service is extremely poor. Rude staff, and below standard food. The worst was today Canada Day. In the morning got pancakes for one of my kids got home were frozen, solid frozen. The cheese burger was like it has been sitting there over night. The 7up flat no ice. If you are under staffed do not open but give quality service and food.

    If there was an option for -5 stars, this place would be the first to get one. This location always has an issue with it. Long wait times inside and outside, wrong orders, missing items, on top of rude and clueless staff. Today, September 9th 2023, at 9:15. We went through the drive through. We paid for pur order and pulled up to the window. The woman at the window wasn't very welcoming, but considering it's a late night, we thought nothing of it. She handed us the drinks, then 5 minutes later, she handed us out take out bag. My boyfriend asks her "is everything inside?" And she replied with "yes". I checked the bag, because as you know, mcdonalds at this location ALWAYS forgets something. Lo and behold, we are missing a big mac. We catch the attention of the lady and she asks "the big mac is missing?" We said yes. She said "it's missing? It can't be" and proceeded to get Farzhana (unsure of exact spelling). Farzhana goes on to ask another 4 times that we can't be missing our big mac, that we never paid for a big mac and is implying that we're trying to get something for free. We said she can check our bag and receipt, that we've paid for a big mac but it wasn't given in the bag. She then said that it can't be. So we gave her the bag back so she could check and she started freaking out saying we threw the bag at her (we did not, we held the bag out the window until they grabbed it, how could we have thrown it when it was already in her hands?) And yet she's still denying that we ever bought a big mac in the first place. When we said we wouldn't steal a big mac as she was implying, she kept interrupting us. As clients, she should be letting us speak, we just took the bag from you! How could we have eaten a whole burger in .5 seconds??? Does McDonald's need to check our whole car to find that missing burger? We asked for her name and she said she couldn't give an F@!k if we complained about her to her superiors with a try-me and arrogant attitude as she slammed our bag onto the metal counter (completely squashed our cheeseburger by the way) and threw the big mac on top. She then ran away screaming her head off while we sat in the car with no idea what's happening. The original window lady (she looks like a carbon copy of this Farzhana girl, might be related) then grabs our bag slams it into my boyfriend's hand and refused to let go of our food that mind you, WE PAID FOR, then giving us a dirty look before letting go. McDonald's, as a big company, you should work on having your staff trained in customer service. Truly disgusted.

    Advertised at 24 hours, but there’s a closing time of 11pm but it is closed before 10:30pm most days through the drive through and dine-in. When you at regular business hours some employees are very rude and mess up your order. They should really update their hours.

    Sunday, 8:40pm July 09. Worst manager I have ever seen. This guy SHOULD NOT BE A MANAGER. My worst McD experience. Machine take orders but you can’t pay, and the cashier won’t let you pay. So waited 15 min in line to pay, only to be told that it’s closed. Correction, he didn’t communicate to any customer, the kid at the cash was the one pulling the manager’s weight.

    Rare are the times i go all out on my reviews and this is one of these times. I don't know if it's because of the presence of Mcdonalds officials or a change in ownership/management but it stood out, drastically might i add. Years back i've had the worst experience ever being served uncooked chicken and today... The food was the utmost freshest i've had in YEARS from all Mcdonalds i've visited. The staff was customer oriented and welcoming. I have to do a special mention to Naila, who was on the forefront of it, all dashing left and right to completely deliver this new McDonalds experienceto it's customers. Bravo to the team!! Ps: forgive me for the blurry picture of the great Naila. Cheers :)

    One of the cleanest Mcdonald's I've been in a while! I love that they still have table service since many other Macdonald's had eliminated that! Of course the food has the same good standard as any other Mcdonald's which comes to no surprise!

    Service with busy time is around 15-20min wait Food is always the same for what it is but starts to be $. You cannot really have a trio under 10$ Atmosphere can be a problem with beggars and drug addicts around... It is not the cleanest place but they try hard.

    Food takes forever to prepare and then when it is prepared they forget about it and leave it on the side so when I finally ask about it they claimed it was sent out but after debating me for over 10mins another worker came up to her and said:wasn’t this the order. Finally after 45 min of waiting I got my food. If I wanted to wait that long I would go to a decent restaurant.

    Quicker than usual, first time having a chicken wrap which was delicious, the seating is nice and it wasn’t very dirty at all! My only complaint is the noise of the kitchen and I feel bad for the workers who have to deal with the incessant beeping

    Order was prepared quickly with no mistakes (a Saturday at 3:30 pm) and the decor is nice. Seats were in good shape and the man cleaning up was very courteous.

    I've never been here but I saw the tik tok where they have an English employee. So if I ever have a chance to go here I will! Thank you for understanding that the bill they made is so stupid!! Way to protect that employee and their job in this horrible times!!!

    Ordered using the self serve machine and it showed an option to set the delivery to our table. I choose that option and didn’t even get a receipt with order number to check back.. we were waiting for more than 30 mins after placing the order..but no one turned out to our place and we ourselves went to the front desk to collect our order after 30 mins. Another point.. the kids play area definitely needs regular cleaning..it’s really dirty.

    The janitor in this store is the most corteous in the world. The store is always clean and neat. And the playground for my kids is super comfortable.
