This place MUST BE shut down. We booked it for one night for 6 people. Looked like ok for 2 families. No way! The sofa-bed is so run down it hard to imagine anyone can fall asleep on it. Super old AC - don't want even think how bad / moldy it could be inside. I would rather sleep in my car with my kids than inside this place. We checked out 10minutes after checking in. You and your family deserve better than this , trust me. I stayed in many motels and had never seen such horrible conditions. Here is some reality check photos vs online pictures .

The old Asian owner is a curmudgeon who doesn't have a sunny disposition and his wife isn't that Pleasant either. The rooms itself are pretty spacious but dated. Comes with a fridge microwave and a bed and those are it's finer points. Other than that the old chain curtains need to be replaced there should be double blinds on those windows because pretty much anyone walking by can look into your room as some of the curtain fans are busted I practically had to put a towel on a hanger against them to ensure more privacy! But looking at the pretty much run down condition that the owner keeps the place Fat Chance of them ever getting new curtains. The bathroom shower curtains were dirty the bathroom fan was noisier than a car with a missing muffler. Look if you're solo or a couple and looking for a cheap place just to lay your head for a night or two it's fine but I definitely wouldn't recommend a family staying for a week or more in this place. If you have a list of cheap motels in that area that you're looking at this one should be the last on your list!

This was the worst place i have ever been too so dirty. There were mites everywhere in my room. The washroom is really bad too. They don't even care about the customer. Thisbhotel is a 0% good and 100% bad, dirty, unorganized

Extremely dirty, unorganized, non maintained motel, I have seen in my life. The bedroom are not clean at all, bed sheets are so dirty, furniture and bathrooms are old. The bathrooms tub was shaking when I had shower, and I found a mouse coming out from room. I have complained to owner/manager, non action was taken and they refused to refund or compensate. I paid $110 per room per night. Expensive, Disgusting and Gross Restaurant

I'll give it "three stars" for not trying to be something they're not. Definitely a "what you see is what you get" motel. What you see - a budget motel, in a commercial area, in need of some upgrades. We needed a room for one night, near Montreal, over Labor Day weekend. This was what we could find under $150. What we got - a clean, dry room with one bed, a working shower, a working TV, clean towels, a small microwave and a small refrigerator. Working WiFi. A parking space directly in front of the room. (All the rooms are on the ground floor, in one long row) What we didn't get - no ice, no coffee in the room or in the lobby (only hot water), no premium channels on the TV, no closet or clothes hanging fixtures. No pool, no gym, no breakfast. No great view out the window. Basic accommodation, good for a night or two while on a road trip, but definitely lacking in amenities.

The good stuff: It’s a simple place to stay. The bad stuff: Just after entering the room, the inside smelled like cigarettes. Some lights don’t work. One of the rooms don’t have air conditioning. There’s also a broken full body mirror closet in of of the rooms. The place needs more cleaning.

The motel was not dirty and the air conditioning was effective. The crowd was respectful. The reception lady did her job. The bed was very comfortable.

I have given it 3 stars but it's a solid 2.5. Extremely basic but at least it's clean ish. Was pretty quiet and I slept well. It's inexpensive so don't expect too much. Could do with new bedding and towels but what was there did the job. I'd stay again.

The tub was clogged the whole time. Several times mentioned but no one fixed it.

Clean, quiet, nice rooms with mini fridge and microwave. Staff is super nice and friendly. They speak French and English and are very hard working couple. Highly recommend staying at this motel over higher priced places.

Minimum convenience, but cleaning every day. Half an hour from city center by car.

I called the motel 1 week after i was there, because i couldnt find my keys, and the lady was so rude and told me they have no keys and hung up on me. They are only somewhat nice when you stay there.

Stayed at this place for a few days. The rooms are clean with basic amenities and it's in a good location with ample parking. I checked late after midnight and it was a smooth process.

Very shady rooms and reception they need to do a better job at cleaning. We were here for a night only and I had 2 bug bites on my knee the next morning don't know where they came from.

If youre reading this review, i would advise you 2 things. 1. Bring a deodorant with you if you're sensitive with scent 2. Bring your own bedsheet if you're worried about those kind of things But if youre planning to stay in a motel then you probably dont care much about these things anyway. Regardless, i would definitely say that the rooms were very clean from the inside, no concerns there. Weirdly enough, there werent any locks for the washroom. Other than that, you have your own AC, fridge, microwave and a table to eat for 3 people ish. I would recommend this if your looking for something with budget in mind.

Badly situated big time. Extremly hard time to communicate and be heard, no matter in english, or/ou en francais/french. Ill stop here.

Decent for the low price. Acceptably clean, though I think the bathroom could use a deeper cleaning. No bugs, no smell, AC, wifi, mini fridge, microwave. Kind of hidden from the main road, be careful not to miss the sign.
