Great place for a good poutine. One of the best ones in the South Shore. They're very generous with the cheese curds. There's always a long line up, but it's worth it. Friendly staff and fast service. Cash only.

One of the best poutines I’ve had on the island of Montreal and surroundings. This place has the best cheese curds to fries ratio I’ve seen (very generous on the cheese curds!). Every time I’ve been there has been in the late afternoon and there’s always a lineup, although thankfully it moves quickly. Very tasty poutine, the only way it could be improved is if they used sweeter potatoes to balance the saltiness of the gravy (personal preference). Will keep going back whenever I have a fast food craving!

Well after se research as to where on the south shore of Montreal served the best poutine... We were directed to Alpha. What a good choice. The food was reasonably priced and the poutine was authentic and had a perfect sauce to cheese/ fry ratio. Seating was spaced out and it wasn't a long wait for our food. One word of advice would be to keep in mind the large poutine is huge lol!

Delicious poutine it was huge, same as the smoked meat sandwich, the service was fast, not expensive even in post-pandemic, cash only, nice halloween deco, we loved it

Best poutine in town hands down. The same could also be said about their sous-marin special with the smoked meat. I've been going there since I was a kid and quality has always been top notch. Highly recommended!

Huge servings. Must love cheese. There is more cheese curds than gravy or fries. Fantastic. Hotdogs are also good.

It’s definitely worth taking a drive on the south shore to try their amazing poutine. Best poutine in a very very long time I’m always amazed by the size and quantity of fresh curd cheese and the sauce is on point. No salt no pepper needed. Worth the wait in the line up and worth the drive from Montreal anytime. Cash only.

When I think about famous Canadian poutine, this is what I mean. Delicious and great portions. We will stop by again tomorrow when we drive back from Quebec city.

The poutine was one of the best I ever had. They are extremely generous with their cheese. The only downside is that they don't take any card payments whatsoever. Cash only.

Huge portions of cheese on potatoes it’s really impressive. I never served like that as I am working 10 years in restaurant. I bought it for my kids but only they complained sweeter the sauce or potatoes.

Cash Only! Great place for big portions at a great affordable price! Famous for their poutine, their sizes are double the usual; a small poutine is the size of a medium and at only 10$! Even the extras are inexpensive (4$ for extra cheese curds).

Best poutine in a large area coming from a poutine lover since I was 4. Dont save your cheese for last, with every bite have a mouthful of cheese. They overload the poutine with sauce and cheese so you dont have to be cheap about the cheese with every bite you take

I have been going there since I was 8 years old , the food never change! Taste is great ! The staff is wonderful! The food is consistent and delicious! I live in montreal and for me it's the best place to get a poutine! My daughter loves going the grab a cheeseburger and thier fries are amazing!
