Get yourself a card calin and get cash back to buy in the store. Also, get discounts. The best thing about this local is the service to bathe your pets. Everything is there. It's the best thing if you have a pet like mine who's afraid of everyone, so you can't take her anywhere for grooming, and you don't want to leave your own bathroom full of hairs and messy. It is amazing, and it is free service. You only need to leave it clean after yourself, and bring your supplies, but if you forget, you can buy there. Everyone wins. Update: I wanted to try raw meet for my dog and they have a wide selection of meats, frozen food, etc. Check it out.

Loveeeee this place ! I bring my dog here for nail trimmings about once a month and although my dog can sometimes have a little bit of an attitude, everyone that works there is super kind and understanding ! Special shoutout to Hannah for being super awesome and taking such good care of my dog while trimming his nails and helping me shop for whatever it is that I need :)

Lots of product options and friendly staff to give advice on just about any topic. They're also very patient when trimming claws (my dog was stressed). However, don't take off-the-shelf flea medication if you afford a more complete prescription from the vet, which would also cover parasites.

First time there and I like it! I went there to cut my dog's nails and the service was very professional, all the personnel was very kind and sweet, they gave us good assistance to buy some stuff, and the variety of products was awesome. Highly recommend!!!

They give free nail cutting services if you have their Mondou loyalty card, and their loyalty cards are also free! In a way i was a-bit scared to cut my dogs nails in a Mondou, cause I’ve been used to pet groomers , I booked an appointment online and it was really quick and easy to do! I even got to the appointment about 10-15 mins late and the girl took me anyways! Also my dog doesn’t really like getting her nails cut and it usually takes a lot of time and effort to finish all her nails, but The girl i got was super nice, and really knew what she was doing, It took 5mins and she was already done.

The best thing about Mondou, besides the knowledgeable staff. Is that they offer monthly nail trimming for our bunny. Mondou members get a lot of benefits. Plus they are the local store to carry our favorite brands of food for our bunny...

My dog ​​had an appointment for trimming his nails today, Unfortunately, this did not happen due to the dog's stress. The person in charge was very nice and explained about the adaptation to trimming but the supervisor was not responsible to my question and look at me so roud and said we don't have any appointment for your dog and you have to call!!!! She didn't check available date and time in the system. I never coming back to this branch and never suggest to any one else.
