We recently had an extremely unpleasant experience with this pizzeria. We had placed an order through Uber Eats, and unfortunately, we never received our pizzas. We decided to call the pizzeria to clarify the situation, and what followed was an incredibly frustrating experience. The person who answered our call was not only incredibly rude and inconsiderate but also responded with insults. Instead of attempting to resolve the issue or investigate what might have happened, they chose to belittle us and dismiss our concerns. What makes this experience even more perplexing is that, according to them, they had delivered the order to Uber Eats, which was not true. This demonstrates a complete lack of honesty and accountability on the establishment's part. This experience has left a profoundly negative impression, and we seriously doubt ordering from here again in the future. Ordered a pizza and got the wrong size. Quickly resolved over phone. Even though I said no sides as where already eaten and delicious. It's only just the pizza they still made it all. Just swapped over pizza. Great service. Thanks. A great pizza place that I will keep ordering from best in Tilburg.

I ordered from this place many times. The most recent orders, I ordered a double pepperoni pizza which has double cheese and pepperoni. When the pizza arrived with barely any cheese on it, I called the store. They told me that I was not correct, that the pizza did not have the extra cheese and I that I got the right amount. As I was reading the description off the website, i was being told over and over that I was incorrect and that the pizza did not have these toppings. To make matters worse, the pizza was burnt and lukewarm upon arrival. No solution was offered. I never ordered from there again.

Wrong ice cream and they are turned was already melted and frozen again....so thay go straight to trash and also wrong cookie than I ordered.

I ordered a pizza with peperoni and ham inside and there was none! Prices are way too high and the employees are somewhere in the sky.

Very long delivery. Over one hour waiting and they didn't even leave the restaurant with pizza. Delivered pizza was cold and burned.

They are liars. They didn't send the order and Uber Eat was told yes, the pizzas never arrived at home. I will never order there again, one of the employees was very unpleasant and he was yelling and disrespectful the entire time.

More than 2 hours waiting for the food Called to the line the guy was super rude and yelling at the phone because I was asking for our food and couldn't give explanation. Talking about the pizzas! They were cold almost, one was too small fitting in the palm of my hands.
