This place is terrible. When my nearest waba is closed I place orders here. I order a veggie bowl with brown rice. And they only filled 1/3 of the bowl. I put my finger as reference to see the emptiness of the bowl. Checked order before taking off, goes inside to show them and they don't see the issue with it. They didn't even bother to include forks, sauces nor napkins. Previous order they've literally only put in a bowl of veggies no rice.

Worst experience ever ! Charging me $10 for avocado ? It’s $2.49 and the cashier still told me “it was the taxes “ so WaBa girl charges $10 in taxes ? His excuse was he worked 3 jobs ? Working three jobs can can’t ring up customers right ? To top it up for he gave two girls free Avocado to two girl? This guy needs to be fired

Had the Boom boom Tacos and they were great!

I only order plant based options. They are a good option for plant-based vegetarians or vegans. There was not much left on my plate this time because the food was that good today.

So I guess they have renamed their items and you are just supposed to guess? I ordered a chicken bowl and when I saw the plain bowl of rice with some dubious chicken on top, I asked the guy about the veggies and he got all defensive. Talking about that's what you ordered! So I said; I'd like it with vegetables please. He got an attitude saying that it's extra! I said that's fine. And he still had an attitude like I asked to get it for free. Thank God for @flamebroiler cuz their food is way better and so is their service. Never setting foot in this place again!

I always come here. They open at 930 am. Me and my daughter were there before 10 am and while parking car we saw male cashier leaving from back door through alley. Back door is opened till 7 pm. It was locked so we thought maybe not open yet. It was. While walking to front entrance we saw cashier walking down street towards Eastlake. We walked in and cook was cooking. He saw us said nothing. We waited about 10 mins for cashier. Nobody came so we left. Why did he leave restaurant unattended? Usually cashiers are on the ball.

I have no words to describe how this store makes me feel, they careless about customer service, always missing something, tried call ahead still get it wrong I'm paying for whatever add'ons or substitutions I'm requesting. Please do something about it. ( just double check the orders before you send them out!)

They say they open til 1030 but stop answering the phone at 9:45. Offer curbside pickup option with the check in button once you arrive providing vehicle info. However no one comes out

Food was fresh and great service!

The girl who took our order today had an attitude. She didn’t greet us and at times just ignored us which is rude. Our dine in experience wasn’t as pleasant as we hoped, I hope other customers don’t have this same experience.
