Love, love, love this little corner spot! I always sit outside and enjoy people watching while enjoying a good meal! If you're easily star struck don't come here because ur bound to run into someone but no one ever really makes a big fuss because those people, also just want to enjoy their meal and their "me" time. And one must respect that too. But service is great and food selection is good too. I love TOAST!

This was my first spot of choice while visiting LA. I found this place on Instagram and was sold with the great images. Upon arrival, parking was a bit difficult. Luckily, I was able to find metered parking across the street. My partner and I dined outside in the lovely weather. As for the food, the menu was full of delicious items but I went with my normal breakfast choices, a little pricey but as expected. The staff were friendly and the service was pretty quick. Must try for anyone visiting!

Breakfast was delicious. The portion sizes are really fair and they have some of the best fruit that I have had in a long time. Everything we ordered was cooked well, and they have a lot of great options on the menu to choose from. We arrived at 10 AM Saturday for brunch and were able to sit down right after arriving. Parking in this area can be tough at times but I was able to find metered parking a half a block away. Our server was also pretty quick and all the food items came out fast as well. We ordered the Eggs Benedict, which was terrific, and the French Toast, which also was delicious. The portion sizes are really large, and as mentioned, the fruit side was especially fresh and tasty. We ordered lattes as well which I recommend because they really give a large portion, and it had a great flavor to it. Overall a great breakfast, and I would recommend to anyone. I plan to be back in the future to try other items.

Super cozy. Jesus was our waiter and he exuded genuine warmth. I’m a fussy eater and he made no drama about me wanting to tweak things on the menu. Food was fabulous! Will definitely return.

Visiting from Austin, Texas. I can say its hard to pick a breakfast place because there are so many. So we really pick this on at random. We weren't disappointed. You know it is good when the table is silent aftee the food comes out.

If you're looking for a great little place to have brunch with friends you should definitely check out post on 3rd Street they have a extensive menu and they have gluten and vegetarian options which is fantastic if you're in a big group. Take a look at the menu online I definitely recommend the avocado toast the breads and french toast are fantastic they are at bakery as well.

Fast ⚡️ efficient 💰 and great service 🔋 Even through tough times with the pandemic, and low staff, Toast never fails at delivering fast and delicious breakfast every time I visit. And I have been coming to this place since 2015! The chefs are the same since then and are a huge part of what makes Toast! The servers are always friendly and a great team and will not let you miss anything. The portions are also so good I stay full and usually skip lunch!

انتبهوا يا اخوان من الفاتورة! EVERYONE! You have to check your receipts every time you go there! This is my second time. That I visited their restaurant, but when I received the bill I noticed there is 18% gratuities that was automatically included and we were a party of two. We noticed that they charge and take advantage of the Arab ethnic population. I actually checked the next table near to our and he showed me his bill no gratuity was added. Please make sure you don’t get ripped off like they tried to take advantage of us. According to their company policy! (Orders over $100 will be charged a 10% prep-charge. An 18% gratuity will be added to any parties of 6 or more, or bills exceeding $100.)

Loved this place! We had the chilaquiles & the open face! Also some of the best orange juice I’ve ever had, I’ve never tasted anything like it.

Cute place, but food mediocre at best. Breakfast potatoes lukewarm, tasted like they had been sitting under a heat lamp for a couple of hours. Sourdough bread delicious but I asked for it dry with butter on the side and it came with heavy butter on it. Corned beef hash very different, had little squares of meat which would have been okay except that there were lots of fatty pieces. California omelet was better but not much avocado except for one large chunk. Too many other better places around to eat at rather than here.

Toast Bakery Cafe is a quaint cafe, it’s a Los Angeles staple for brunch on 3rd street. Every time I’m on 3rd it draws my attention, outside seating is comfy and your not on top of each-other if you know what I mean. Service was friendly and knowledgeable. They are known for pancakes and toast, but the savory menu did intrigue me as well! So that’s what I ordered the stuff french toast, if you love banana budding and caramel and sweet it’s your go to! But I would consider this more of a sharing meal for your table! Cause just alone it was good but I wouldn’t want it all for myself! Overall, vibes were good and I’d definitely come back, gotta try more beverages and maybe try that burrito!

I wish I'd taken a pic before I scarfed half of it down, but we got the House Breakfast for Two and it was AMAZING. Fresh fruit, fresh OJ, high quality coffee. Joaquin was our server. He is a rockstar. Ask for him and thank me later.

Convenient location and very casual restaurant and bakery. I love their outdoor seating arrangement. This place is great for breakfast or brunch. I opted for the breakfast combination, which comes with your style of eggs, potatoes, and either French toast or

The Stuffed French toast was tasty. (It is served with a nut topping, which I skipped) I also tried the Key Lime cheesecake, which was delicious and light, with a more deli texture and taste, which I really enjoyed. Not too sweet or heavy. I will definitely go back to try other menu items next time.

The Food: The bread and spreads were top notch! The pesto bread was the best and cooked fresh. Both the pesto spread and the jam was made on site so it was super fresh. I had the eggwhich and fruit which hit the spot. The fruit was fresh also. The potatoes were a little lackluster in regards to crunch and flavor. The service: The servers seemed nice and helpful. We did have to ask for napkins a few times before we finally got them but it wasn't too bad. I would say service was 4.5/5 for that one reason. Location: of course the parking is difficult in this area but if you can find a meter (which is not exceptionally difficult on a Sunday morning) then you can park close to the location. You can choose to eat outside or inside. If it's a nice day, eating outside can be a pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend this for a breakfast/Sunday brunch location for a small group or couple.

Popped in for breakfast. Very helpful staff who obliged with our request to sit on the road and people watch. I'm not American so the portion sizes always catch me out. We had a very generous breakfast. Be hungry if you're going. Quality ingredients throughout. It was very good. Thank you

Delicious bread, home baked with a side of pesto and jam. Yummy tehina. The shakshuka was good, but very small. Expensive for the portion size, bread is extra $. It's always full when I drive-by, even at 10am on a random Tuesday.

Standard, basic breakfast/brunch spot. Loved the location on 3rd and plenty of outside seating. Service was prompt and food was okay. The portobello omelet was the best. Salad was good too. The 3 mini cheese burgers were just ok but the fries were good. The ultimate breakfast burrito was NOT good. It had too much potato and I couldn’t taste anything else. Otherwise, it was a good place to grab a quick brunch.

Came for Saturday brunch and was pleased when our party of three was seated outdoors right away. The service was attentive and excellent. We found street parking right across from the restaurant without too much trouble.

Kiddos and I wanted a reasonably priced breakfast close to our hotel on the wharf that had good pancakes, this was the place! Kids had pancakes with bacon and eggs and I had Toast Bakery hash. The portions were huge and price was similar to what I would pay in Denver at la place like the pancake house. Food came out fast which was good since my kids were really hungry. They are pancake lovers and said these were very good and corn beef was tasty and had nice big chunks. Definitely recommend!

Great spot for breakfast! We sat outside and it was so lovely. I have several food allergies and was able to piece together a breakfast from the sides menu and was completely satisfied! My husband had the stuffed french toast and said it was amazing! Definitely a spot to revisit!

The pancake was so tasty and delicious. The smoked salmon was delicious too. The croissant french toast was not what I expected and was ok.

Amazing food!!! GF options are great. I had gluten free pancakes that were so delicious. I was sad to learn they don't do GF French toast anymore. But they do pancakes and have GF bread for sandwiches! They have espresso and great coffee. Overall great experience there.

My favorite breakfast spot in Los Angeles far Portions are generous , fruit is super fresh, and the fresh squeezed o.j. 😋

I really liked this place. I got the ultimate breakfast burrito that came along with a fruit and Israeli salad side. - It could of done a-little better with a hotter green salsa and possibly more available on the side. The blackened chicken was slightly dry but it was still all delicious. My friend ordered the snitzchel and to my surprise it did not include any sides. Just 6 or so good sized chicken tenders. Overall good experience, good service. Pretty slow on a Wednesday afternoon. Make sure you order correctly - it seems all the dishes have different types of standards they meet.

I went to this cafeteria last week to eat delicious foods and flavorful drinks. Honestly, the staff was very entertaining, beautiful place, and tasty foods. A part of the cafeteria has comfortable seating and a bookshelf that was good to read books and magazines. Eventually, this cafeteria was a great place to visit always when eating. Thank you very much. Till next time!
