H.O.P.E is a fantastic vegan option for those looking for a comforting, satisfying, healthy meal. The meals in my opinion are best enjoyed at the Restaurant fresh but still maintains some of its delicious flavors in transport. My personal favorite dish to order is the Orange chicken, Beef-less green beans, and the curried dumplings. If you enjoy Thai tea be prepared you will want more. Overall I would recommend to everyone not just vegetarians and vegans.

Delicious, nutritious and moderately priced. Love this place. The dumplings are super yummy! The salad with organic tempeh is pretty good. If doing carry-out, be sure to ask and check for utensils.

Ordered on Postmates. Left notes in all caps about having celiac, Nima sensor came back with all of their dishes that I ordered with a gluten found result, and the back of the capsule was “full of gluten” (Vs cross contact or GF). Never going back.

I wasn’t sure what to expect from HOPE - their website didn’t list all that many dishes on the page I perused before going to dinner with a friend, so I figured there may not be too many options. I was wrong! They’ve got an awesome menu with a bunch of interesting dishes I want to try. For this visit, we got the satay app, Tom yum soup, and kao soi. All of it was delicious and so so flavorful. Would absolutely recommend and return!

Wow I’ve ordered here many times before , but my most recent order today I waited 37 minutes which I’m fine with, but the fact MY FOOD WAS COLD? And tasted like it had dirt in it?? I can’t even explain it so odd def going to go back and complain and not eating here again. The fact I waited 37 mins for COLD FOOD . ALSO JUST TRIED THE BROWNIE NO WHERE DOES IT SAY DARK CHOCOLATE MOST DRY BROWNIE IVE EVER ATE, $6 for that outrageous and not to mention their homemade nuggets are PLANT NUGGETS FROM TARGET, AND THEY RESALE COOKIES FOR WAY TO MUCH AND EVEN MADE THEIR FOOD PORTIONS SMALLER NOW AND THEIR WAS ALSO DIRT AT THE BOTTOM OF MY KETCHUP.

This is by far the best Thai food-vegan or not. I drive 40 mins. round trip to pick up food when I get the craving for their unbelievable Thai Kick wings, their pumpkin curry (and yellow curry) along with their Pineapple Fried Brown Rice and the Garden/Veg. Lovers Delight I believe it is called. You will get to choose a protein and I tried the chicken which came sliced thinly and you wouldn't ever know it was plant based. Be advised the entrees do not come with rice (Curry dishes) so order separately.

Incredible vegan spot. The chicken tastes so good you'll forget it's even vegan! Highly suggest (um, everything on the menu) but the Orange Chicken and Green Curry Dumplings are the top picks. his place saved me during the pandemic and so happy to still eat there now that they are open for seating.

This vegan asian spot has me wanting seconds. The employees there were amazing and took care of us, even though they closed the registers 15 mins before closing. They made it happen for us after me and a friends late night workout. I’ll be beach for sure! Plus I want to try their spring rolls.

I've been eating here for over 3 years and I've never had less than an excellent meal. The beef-less beef and P.E.T. are highly recommended.

My friend made plans for us to go out for Thai food, much to my surprise I didn’t expect it to be vegan. As we pulled up, I was slightly disappointed. But that quickly took a turn. The food was amazing! I enjoyed everything, especially the drunken noodles and the jalapeño sushi role. There is a reason why they say you shouldn’t judge a book by it’s cover. Pleasantly surprised!

Food was AMAZING! We ordered Muay Thai Wings, Mac and Cheese, Yellow Curry, pineapple fried rice and Kai Ga-Tiam and can't decide which was our favorite. Can't wait to go back to try other things on the menu

The curry dumplings are to die for! 100/10. We ordered them as an appetizer and saved the sauce to keep it as a left over for the rest of the food we ordered. We ended up order another round. We also loved the Mac and cheese, spicy noodles with beefless, and the hot wings. First time here, but will definitely be returning soon!

This is one of my favorite vegan restaurants. It's actually a Thai restaurant and it's so amazing. Start with the soup. It's so delicious and authentically thai. I've never had a bad meal here and it's definitely one of my staples for Los Angeles. Yes, it is completely vegan!

Amazing vegan restaurant with a central location. The menu is versatile with different multi cultural vegan diet that is suitable for all season. The restaurant also offers lunch and dinners combos. The portions are big and the food prizing is fair. The beverages menu is unique particularly the organic lemonade with ginger! Customer service is very friendly and food preparation is quick. I highly encourage vegans and non vegans to drop by this place.

We got UberEATS delivery to our hotel and were blown away by the flavors and textures of this incredible vegan restaurant. No rice came with our order, which was annoying, but the food was still worth it. We had the orange chicken, garlic beef with green beans, Muy Tai wings, and some delicious chocolate cake. We were closing our eyes to fully take in the near perfect comfort food. Will return on future visits to LA.

The food is to die for!!! Soooo good! I came here on friend’s recommendation. I ordered orange chicken and rainbow salad with bbq sauce. Boy was it delicious! The orange chicken could use more sauce though. I struggled without vegan orange chicken after Panda discontinued theirs. So I finally found one I’m hooked on! The service is also excellent, all the staff is very positive and welcoming. This is definitely my go-to spot moving forward!

An absolutely incredible and delicious dining experience!! I’m allergic to dairy, peanuts, tree nuts, and avocado, and even though the restaurant uses nuts in quite a few items, the staff took such good care of me and made sure kitchen equipment was cleaned before preparing my meal. Alison my server was truly wonderful and patient with me while I navigated the menu. That pumpkin curry was fire!!! I will definitely be back here!

This place was absolutely fantastic. Our server Fifa was definitely a highlight of the overall experience. He was not just kind, attentive, and helpful. He was fun. We asked loads of questions and for his recommendations. We wanted to try many dishes and just take the leftovers home. Our budget was 100. We ordered 5 appetizers and 2 main dishes. Appetizers and main dish pricing were similar. This was a down point for me. I wanted to try so many. The appetizers were a better portion size for the price than the main dishes. This was another down point. The downpoints prevent 5 star. But the overall amazing taste and service experience leaves a highly recommend for a moderate price point. It was well worth just under $129.00 (parking included in price cost here but not in meal). This was for two people. Of course, takeout is popular, so you can get away with a 15 to 30 dollar price per person if you ordered 1 to 2 items. Without tips. The atmosphere is minimal, simple and nice!

Food and service is great! We ordered the bbq drumsticks and roti with pumpkin curry. Both very delicious! For the main, we ordered beefless string beans and pad see ew with fried tofu. All the food comes out hot. Definitely want to try the other dishes. We also made reservations for first seating because this place can get busy! And why does LA have valet parking for a small parking lot! Just park in the street!

Really one the best Thai food I’ve had. Panang curry was too good. I’ve never had Tempeh out in the restaurants but it was great along with Panang curry. Mac and Vegan cheese is one of the most popular items on menu and it reaches expectations. Mango and sticky rice was seasonal only so took chocolate cake, a little too dense for my liking. Haha. Service was very attentive and made sure we Liked the dishes served. Ambience was cozy and its a not a very big space. Parking is valet only and $9, but can find street parking a little ahead on Radford Ave.

One of the best restaurants I have been ever. I am not even vegan, but this is the best Thai food ever, even Including the non vegan places!

Best Food in The Valley. Not just the best Thai Food, the best food in general. The service is also the best I've had. Nam and Ben are absolutely gems -- they are always there when I stop by, so there may be some favoritism here, but they're my favorite (everyone's great though). They are always very kind, and whenever I walk in to pick up my order, they go to grab it without me even mention anything. The other day, Nam was outside on her way back into the restaurant and saw me coming, and seconds later she was at the door with my order before I could make it in. These are things that obviously aren't required, but they do it and it will never go unnoticed. It is greatly appreciated, and the main reason (aside from the delicious food) I continue to come back. They are genuinely good people, and it is always great to see them. You guys are the best. - Jerrod

So I haven't dined here yet, but have picked up several dinners and this is by far one of the absolute best restaurants in the valley.. and it's vegan / vegetarian! I usually get a boring pineapple fried rice as my wife says, to test the waters. Wow!!! Healthy portions and amazing flavors. Next dinner was a special Thai curry that looked delicious even in the Togo containers. No kidding... it was a symphony of flavors that made it hard to stop eating. Seriously amazing food, incredible flavors and epic proportions!

Definitely my new favorite vegan place. The "beef" here has an amazing texture that's like the real thing. The Mac n cheese was incredible. The desserts were amazing, best coconut ice cream I've ever had. 100% a place literally everyone needs to try.

One of the best vegan restaurants I have visited in the valley. Love love love the dumplings. Their Satay is also a good starter as well. Their use wild rice in their fried rice and it's always cooked so well. Highly recommend.

I've been eating here for years, we love it! But last night there was an issue with my food past the delivery time. The owner herself delivered my replacement food! I would have already given them five stars, but that is the exact definition of above and beyond. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough!

I became a vegan recently for health reasons so when my friend wanted to go out for dinner, I suggested this place in Studio City. It's located in a small plaza on Ventura Blvd. The plaza offers valet parking only so we found metered street parking a block away. Another option could be to park in the large plaza across the street with a Trader Joe's but I'm not sure how strict they are about parking and walking over there. My friend NH and I got the following: -- Spicy Noodle: stir fried flat rice noodles, mushrooms, onions, tomatoes, bell peppers, sweet basil, garlic - NH got this and she really enjoyed it. She thought this place would be "white people spicy" so she ordered SPICY and regretted it because it was really spicy. She said next time she's getting Medium Spicy instead :P -- Papaya Salad: shredded green papaya, carrots, green beans, tomatoes, garlic, peanuts tossed in a traditional Thai lime dressing - obviously I got this without peanuts since I'm allergic. This was my first time having papaya salad and it was really good! The papaya and carrots were so refreshing and crunchy and I really liked them. I hate green beans though so NH ate mine. I got it Mild Spicy and it was still pretty spicy for me. It was really good though! -- Coconut Ice Cream: NH got this for dessert because she needed something cooling after her spicy entree. She thought this was good and very refreshing for a hot summer day. -- Mango & Sticky Rice: I'm currently on a raw vegan diet so I got this and just ate the mango, which was ripe and yummy. In hindsight, I should have asked for it without the rice instead of wasting it. Oops. Overall we both enjoyed our meal here and would definitely be down to come back. I love that this place is 100% vegan so once I'm off my raw vegan diet I can order their other foods besides the salad!

Adore this place. Always amazing staff, knowledgeable on menu, and friendly. The is always a 10/10, comes out in a reasonable amount of time and taste delicious. Love the amount of options they have on their menu too. The only thing I can think of that is a bit annoying is the location. Small parking lot and in a busy area so street parking can be kinda annoying. Other then that can recommend this place enough.

We had dinner at H.O.P.E. while traveling through Sherman Oaks on our way back home from Beverly Hills. They're focused on the preservation of the environment, a holistic approach to food and nutrition, and the sustenance of the ingredients they use. We asked for outdoor seating because my young son is not vaccinated, and they accommodate us. We are vegetarians, and H.O.P.E. only serves vegan food, but regardless of that, this was one of the best Thai experiences we've ever had. The food was served with an artistic touch, very pleasing to the eye, but it actually tasted even better than it looked. I ordered the yellow curry, my wife ordered the panang curry, and my 4-year-old had the appetizer, Chef Mod's Mac and cheese. They were all exquisite. The pasta in the mac and cheese was cooked al dente, with some chew left in it, which both he and I loved. The sauce had a tomato base and was slightly tangy, and the vegan cashew cheese was delicious--melted and stringy. It was very slightly spicy, but he didn't mind it. I had to stop myself from eating his food. I ordered my yellow curry spicy (the highest spice level available) and it wasn't over the top spicy. It was perfect for my taste. We ordered brown rice on the sauce, which my wife and I shared. They not only split the rice order into two plates, but they shaped it into hearts. They looked to pretty to eat! My yellow curry came with slices of carrots, large potato chunks that were not overcooked, slices of onions, with a sauce of green chili paste, coconut milk, and turmeric. The depth of flavor was surreal, with a hint of sweetness balancing the spice. I nearly picked up the bowl and slurped it from the side. (I'm glad I didn't do that, by the way). My wife's panang curry was equally good (I had several tastes of it). Spicy, with a hint of sweetness, and a rich flavor. It was made with panang curry paste, coconut milk, carrots, bell peppers, basil and green beans. The flavors were balanced, full-bodied and drop. None overpowered the other. Our meal was truly 5 stars, from all aspects. It was one of the best Thai experiences we've ever had. H.O.P.E. also serves dinner vegan Mexican dishes, which I was tempted to try. I bet they are delicious, because this place cares-about the quality of the ingredients they use, about the preparation of their offerings, about the exquisite presentation, about the experience and health of their patrons, and lastly but not least, about the future of this planet that we live on. What more can be said? Check out the accompanying photos. I highly recommend you experience H.O.P.E.: Healthy, Organic, Positive, Eating.
