I
ordered
the
Amber
Ramen
and
the
crispy
chicken.
The
Amber
Ramen
appears
to
be
their
main
dish,
and
is
a
shoyu
based
broth
(soy
sauce)
with
an
umami
sauce
blend
of
dried
bonito
and
dried
sardines.
This
means
that
this
Amber
ramen
broth
is
not
vegan.
The
dish
is
also
served
with
thin
noodles,
bamboo,
egg,
and
chashu.
I
think
the
broth
was
tasty
for
what
it
is,
but
doesn’t
come
toe
to
toe
with
a
tonkatsu
broth.
The
noodles
and
chashu
were
decent,
and
the
egg
was
okay.
The
bamboo
shoots
and
other
toppings
were
sub
par.
If
you
are
looking
for
a
ramen
restaurant
that
can
accommodate
both
a
vegan
and
a
non-vegan,
this
can
do
it.
For
those
looking
for
a
rich
tonkotsu
ramen,
this
is
an
easy
pass.
