I been coming here for a couple of months.. it's so great to have this here in Watts.. it's the best thing for health and for saving money. Friendly customer service! Everything fresh made . My favorite is Puebla Chicken Tinga (see pictures) and cheapest too at $5.10 .. I'm 200lbs and I can EAT. And that's a great size portion to be in a meal prep container, I'm very satisfied with it. there's many variety of meals, breakfast/lunch/dinner . You should forget eating pizza, or McDonald's, whatever the case may be, and come here! You'll definitely save money and see health results. . HIGHLY Recommend

The food is bomb, however, the portions have dramatically shortened as opposed to when I first started coming here 3 months ago. They dont like to put a lot of spinach in any of the dishes and the dishes with Salmon in it are more expensive then the other dishes, but have less food. I also noticed that the sauce is being calculated in the weight of the food when initially they used to separate the sauce. This could be why the food is seemingly portioned differently. I like the company and what they are doing, and the quality of the food, but the portions dont always add up. Lastly,a few times I came, they were randomly closed with a sign on the door saying they would return later. I believe they should transition the shifts to overlap so when one person can take their 30 min break without having to close the business down.

Superb customer service the young ladies at the counter are awesome they are always happy to answer all your questions let you know what new meals are coming out or new. Even ways how not to miss out on your favorite items when you come in the store and they're all sold out .Honestly I come here very often there are always new food choices I Love the flourless cookies and the bean chips they also have soups and chili that will not disappoint. Trap Kitchen is ( A MUST TRY ) my absolute favorite but trust me you can't go wrong with any of these meals here. You gotta try the Salmon and the Carnitas bowl.

OMG!!! My first visit was so exciting! I purchased meals for breakfast and lunch AND snacks as a treat and to lessen what I would prepare as I meal prep each Saturday for the following week. OMG!! Every item I purchased was absolutely delicious!! Every. Single. One. Of. Them! Looking forward to doing this at least one week per month as a treat. I am vegan-ish and all my items were the bomb!!!

This is a grab and go where they will heat individual meals at the location or you can take it home. Meals are fresh and really, really tasty. They're also very inexpensive with meals costing less than $6 each. It's a very good addition to a community that mostly has fast food spots.

Just found this place. Nice size meal. A few vegan selections. Better then HF because you don't have to cook or wait for delivery if you don't want to. Do offer delivery.

The food was good. I Love the Mushroom Philly. I ate my food tried charging my phone and the worker had to close the store for his lunch break. What a bummer.

Simply the best healthy meal prep options in Los Angeles. The store is clean and well presented and the food is good but don’t except a gourmet restaurant food lol The really good thing is that everything has a nutritional value listed on the packaging which is important to track calories. Usually I would have to go to Downey or LA to get something like this at a pretty high price. But thank goodness for this! The food quality is great, the portions are great, the variety is great, staff is great, and the price is great. Great, great, great👏 If I could suggest one thing, it would to include some asian inspired meals like sushi rolls for example. It was my first visit, so idk, maybe they do seasonal stuff. Either way, great place! I really hope to see this everywhere around the South Central LA area in the future! 🙏😁

I was near by the area and looked up for healthy food places near me and it brought me here. I loved this place so much to whoever the owner is, you have such a amazing business. I wish you served hot drinks like teas and coffe & maybe an IG page. Overall I the homegirl salmon plate was delicious.😄🥰✨ Thank you for amazing food. 😇

I got a taco bowl , it was good , along with the customer service which was great as well . Not to mention how affordable the food is !! Great job Sam & EVERYTABLE employees .
