Had a craving for chicken and waffles but did not crave going to the original Chicken and Waffles place in LA, so my boyfriend took me here (his go to). Fell in love…..with their chicken and waffle. Chicken breast was not greasy, had a perfect crisp to it and the right amount of spice. Paired with their crispy AND fluffy waffle, I was in heaven. Complimentary coffee is served which is definitely a plus! The staff was super friendly even though it was busy, another plus! Was not aware this was a small franchise until I left (I tend to stay away from chains), but this does not deter me from returning! Great place!

Great friendly service and an tastey Waffle. I will be back, and so will you after you try them. ENJOY Just returned to this little gem this morning. They were not busy when I stepped in, but I spoke too soon. They quickly got packed. Maybe its because of there delicious waffles, and menu items. I ordered the Red Robin, I think that what's it was named. But anyway it was very delicious 😋. The bacon was crispy not burnt. I will be going back to try some if their other amazing waffles, or Chicken.

We love the croissant waffles SO MUCH!!! We daydream about them often, and will forever think about them when we eat any other waffle. The grilled cheese waffle and tomato bisque is my go to item. The bisque is thick and creamy with bits of tomato, and the cheese is perfectly melted in-between those crisp flaky waffle layers. Oh, and that spicy sauce for the chicken and waffles is a must!

Stopped by as I was finally in the area and boy was I glad I did. The chicken was juicy, the waffle was crisp, the croissant waffle grilled cheese was excellent, and thr tomato soup paired really well with it. I'd love to return for a dessert waffle sometime!

Love this place! Nothing compares to their waffle flavor. Their chicken and waffles is amazingly tasty and so is their Nutella love. The hardest thing is finding the right time to come bc it's always busy and u can't come hungry. They do have complimentary coffee and water, which is so sweet to enjoy while your food arrives. Definitely recommend it!

Had my first trio to Waffle Love today. I should have known I would find a new favorite food spot. I love waffles in general, but Waffle Love has a fantastic . Chicken and waffles is one of my favorites. Now I have to eat thru that whole menu. They have a breakfast sandwich with a croissant Waffle! I will back back soon!

Cute little place with friendly staff and delicious food! Got the churro waffle and added ice cream, banana and whipped cream on top. It was sooo good, crunchy waffle, good size and the toppings all tasted great. Also got the grilled cheese and I gotta say it was scrumptious. Crunchy waffle as bread, hot tasty cheese and that sauce was stole the show. Washed it down with a soda. They had a table out back where the parking is. So I sat there, they had an umbrella over the table. It's a small place with great food. Will definitely be back

This experience I had here was amazing! They were warmth and welcoming, and helpful with decision-making! I got the breakfast sandwich and y’all, the special sauce is WOW. The flavor was shocking and I still can’t figure out what it is I’m tasting! Highly recommend!

Came in for the First time after looking up a breakfeast restaurant while I was out in Reseda. I saw Waffle love was close by and scene great reviews so I had to try it out! We were greeted by Amanda at the register who was extremely knowledgable on the menu and had awesome recommendations. Julian ran out the food nice and hot. Olivia was coming by to check up how we were doing as well as Amanda. This place has given me the best customer service ive ever gotten in any breakfeast restaurant.. I felt so comfortable and the waffles were the best waffles ive ever tried in my life.. Thank You for the Amazing service I will be back to visit every time I am down here to get some good breakfeast !!

Wow! Absolutely perfect! Food was amazing and a pleasant place to take your laptop and get work done. They had oldies playing and a pleased volume. The atmosphere is very calm and inviting.

Our Family has patronized Waffle Love Since the Very Beginning.. Before there where store fronts.. When you could Only look online and see where the Waffle Love TRUCK was then you Drove to it that was How We were introduced to Waffle Love in UTAH...Now They have multiple store fronts in multiple cities/States..And it's STILL Great!! Just look at the variety of waffles..Grilled cheese's to fresh fruits.. What's NOT to Waffle Love? NEVER BE DISAPPOINTED..You have to try them.. it's the Dough!

My kids’ new favorite place is, without question, Waffle Love—and for good reason I might add!! This tiny restaurant is situated on Reseda Blvd just north of Nordhoff street. My kids and I have visited a few times but on this particular visit the customer service and food was on point! The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and super patient with a mom of very indecisive kids! 👀🤷🏽‍♀️ My son decided on their standard chicken and waffles, while I tried their cinnalove waffle and chicken and my daughter had her go-to tomato bisque soup and grilled cheese sandwich. EVERYTHING was absolutely delicious! The chicken breast was freshly prepared after we ordered. It was fried to perfection—crispy on the outside, nice and juicy on the inside, and packed with flavor! While no additional condiments are needed, their homemade dipping sauce is honestly the best around. The chicken alone is a perfect 10, so you can only imagine the excitement of your tastebuds when you dip it into their delicious dipping sauce. 😋My waffle was INCREDIBLE! All I can say is, if you like cinnamon, you have got to try this waffle. My daughter swears by their grilled cheese and tomato bisque soup and gave it a 10/10 in flavor. Definitely the best chicken and waffle spot around! Our visit was easily 5 star. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I love their hamburgers. It wasnt on the menu, but i could smell them so i asked for one. That is me with my burger. The store was clean and employees were eating hamburgers too, but dont tell the manager about that. Would come again to buy their grey sludge (gravy [second photo]). - Greg

This is such a great place. The waffles are amazing, both sweet and savory. If you haven't had cookie butter, try one with it. I had the red wonder and it was so good. My husband had the chicken and waffles and both the waffle and chicken were great. Came with plenty of chicken. Will return when we want a fun treat!

Such a wonderful visit at Waffle Love. I mean who doesn't love sweet or savory waffles. I had to go with the classic waffle that had Nutella, whipped cream, strawberries, and bananas. I'm not going to lie though, the avocado toast type waffle also looked amazing. Will definitely try that next time. My friend ordered the chicken and waffles and it had two gigantic pieces of chicken on top. We met the owner, I believe his name was Adam, and he was able to tell us about the history of the place. The story is also on the wall which is great if you want to learn more. Limited street parking out front but they also have a lot in the back. Can't wait to come back!

I don't ever write reviews but I just had to this one time. I was working and had an hour to kill so I decided to look for a place to eat and I saw Waffle Love on Google Maps. It looked good so I decided to try it out and I am amazed by how good the food is here. I got The Nash chicken sandwich and it was one of the best sandwiches I've ever eaten. I will DEFINITELY be coming back here over and over again. The service is also great. Everyone is super nice. Thanks for a great meal.

I took my girlfriend here to grab breakfast since I been here before and they are really good. I got the Breakfast Sammy, my girlfriend got the Red Wonder and I got my sister the Nutella Love. All 3 dishes are very good since I had it before as well. There parking in the back if you don't feel comfortable parking on the street. They recommend wear mask when you're inside but I don't know if its enforce if you don't. They also have hand sanitizer and has a destination entrance and exit area.

The waffles here is pretty freaking amazing and the service is one of a kind. I strongly recommend giving this place a try when you can.

Delicious!!! We've needed a place like this for a while now. Not just for desert but you can enjoy the food here for breakfast lunch or dinner. The waffles are so crispy and just the right amount of airy. The breading on the chicken for the chicken and waffles is tasty and compliments the crispy waffles just right. Multiple sweet toppings are available, so bring your sweet tooth. The service was so friendly and made me feel like I was visiting a friend's house. Very attentive and so welcoming. I can't wait to return.

Amazing they are all so nice and everything I got was amazing...Grilled chz and soup, Cinna Love waffle, Red More, Avocado Toast and the chicken and waffles... There chicken is actually some of the best fried chicken I've had OMG!!!

Today I died and went to heaven. I had never heard of this place until earlier this week and upon gazing at their menu online I knew the internal fat girl just had to go and try this place out. I was truly not disappointed. My son ordered the chocolate filled banana cream pie waffle and I got the cinna love. Both were extremely delicious!!! The waffles were nice and soft, the cinna love tasted like a cinnamon bun on a waffle and the grilled cheese was heavenly (a very sweet gift from the wonderful lady at the cash register)!!!! The tomato soup had an interesting texture when eating on its own but paired perfectly with the waffle grilled cheese. The staff there were incredibly warm and kind, food came out quickly and was beyond the best thing I have put in my mouth this year. Thank you for a wonderful experience! I will absolutely be back!!!!!!
