Went here on an impulse try after reading the reviews here and they don't tell any lies. The food here is really really good, and thats without trying the actual dish I wanted haha (I went late and they happened to be out!) The hostess was very personable and friendly, letting us know all the menu options in detail as well as trying a few things. To say I will be back soon is an understatement! If you have time definitely give it a try even if its not your usual type.

Delicious, so flavorful and savory! It was my first time coming here, they let me and my friend try a sample of their believe stew, it was so good. I decided to order a bowl with chicken, and a sauce that was reccomended, it was very tasteful. My friend had ordered the salmon bowl, I tried some of it and it was delicious. We also got to try a sample of the mango Italian ice, loved it, tasted natural. Would definitely reccomend this place and will be returning for the stew, or even the salmon.

It's kinda hidden since the sign outside lost its color but as soon as I walked in I was greeted by super friendly staff...I am new to eating healthy so the staff educated me on some tasty dishes yum yum 😋😋🤤🤤😋😋...I will definitely go back and keep tasting different items on their healthy menu...I'll get some pics the inside is clean and colorful..lemon water is on the counter for all customers..a must try experience for anyone looking to eat healthy in a delicious way....

The food taste is excellent , but portions are way to small.We are big eaters and it don't satisfy as Joan & sisters or Pelican restaurants:).

Yessss. Bong bong bong. They have a location in Long Beach and this was my first time here. I can’t get enough of the believe stew they have it’s a jerk style black bean and coconut situation. I also had the vegetarian egg roll as well. But in any case this place isn’t fully vegan, they just have a good section with vegan and veggie options. Staff is great. Indoor seating with a couple outside. Outside doesn’t have views but it was low key cold inside so like to enjoy the sun. Thank you Grilled Fraiche!!!!

Have tried both their breakfast and lunch menu options. Everything I've tried there has been delicious, flavorful, and filling.

The customer service is as good as the food, and the food is awesome. When we walked in the have us a sample of their bean soup. It was about one tablespoon but it was enough to make us buy a bowl to go. Really treat and savory. We ordered shrimp quesadilla with a salmon burrito (with grilled veggies) and both were superb. Like the kind where we totally stopped talking and were just eating. So good. I'm getting plantains the next time I go. My stomach can only fit so much. The staff was very friendly and even offered water to my dog. A big plus.

I have passed by thisnrestarauny for a while now since it opened and I finally got the courage to go. The woman at the front desk was very polite and helpful when i ordered. I did not expect the food to be as good as it was and was pleasantly surprised. It was also a very healthy option which made me feel even better. I will definitely be back

We've been here 2 times and BOTH times the cashier, food, and service were AMAZING! I have not had anything I haven't enjoyed yet and seriously don't think I will. The cashier was super kind and gave us samples of food they had available to try and everything she gave us was delicious! The hamburger and Mac and cheese are a MUST!!! will definitely be coming back to this spot frequently

Food is delicious. The lady taking my order was extremely kind and gave me suggestions when she learned it was my first time here. They were playing reggae music which is always a vibe 🙌

Garlic noodles with Salmon are delicious. One of the best spots in South Central.

The food is Delicious just need to change the food containers the containers start to get soft and soggy from the hot food but overall we love it.

Hidden gem. The owner was open and welcoming. Eager to please and with the food, more than satisfied. When telling him it was my first time he gave me samples of some things and broke down the menu. The Halal Chicken street tacos were totally unexpected, best I had! A huge recommend

It’s so delicious, whether it’s the rice bowl with shrimp or the chicken burrito. Anytime I eat out, I only eat at grilled fraiche. Everything is fresh and taste like a delicious home cooked meal. Before the pandemic, I’d go to all these highly decorated food places but the food was mediocre and super expensive. If you want a great tasting meal that’s at a reasonable price, I’d definitely recommend coming here. And don’t skip out on the bread pudding! 😊

Food is amazing. Ordered the garlic noodles with chicken another with salmon. Both delicious, noodles are buttery. Salmon tacos great. Soft tortillas. Shrimp bowl with big juicy seasoned shrimps. Loved the bread pudding. On the $$$ side but didn't have to drive far for delicious satisfying food. Will definitely have again. I highly recommend it. 👌

After a fulfilling day of corporate volunteering in Watts, our group had the pleasure of heading to Grilled Fraiche (South Central) to nourish our hardworking and hungry volunteers. From the very beginning, our experience with Grilled Fraiche was exceptional. My initial conversation with Justin to discuss our group of 20 people was fantastic. He provided much-needed guidance and set the tone for our visit. Afterward, when I reached out through a catering email, I was connected with Angelica. She expertly guided me through the menu choices, helping us decide what to order and how much. The entire process played out seamlessly according to our plan. One delightful surprise that added to our experience was the Believe Stew samples. What began as a sample quickly transformed into us buying three large bowls for the table to share. They were absolutely delicious! Our partnership with Grilled Fraiche was integral to making b goodly's corporate volunteer field trip a resounding success. Connecting with the community and bonding as a team through lunch at a local small business is vital to our all-inclusive service. I'm thrilled that we chose Grilled Fraiche for this purpose, and we look forward to returning. Thank you to Justin, Angelica, Carlos, and the entire team at Grilled Fraiche for making this experience memorable. We'll certainly be back for more.

All I can say is YUMMY. I want to order everything on the menu. The grilled salmon & grilled veggies, garlic noodles & plantain...just absolutely delicious. My new favorite spot for healthy, tasty & delicious food.
