For a cut rate chain of stores this is really expensive. The universe has been kind to me and giving me a memory 4 prices and I looked at the prices here and they are more expensive on their clearance rack then regular Amazon Prime prices which are already inflated because of the free shipping. I have to be honest I was very disappointed with the store and its layout and it's Cut Rate feel with expensive prices.

Ignoring customer / Poor Customer Service / Waiting on hold for too long / Unprofessional / Rude Manager (Veronica) / Security closing the store before the actual time / Closes the store before time than whats scheduled!!! / Manager, Security and employees are chatting and gossiping instead of assisting customers! / Not taking their job serious and ignoring costumers! This store always closes way before than whats scheduled. This is not the first time this happens to me. I called 23 minutes before they were closing and I was told that the manager Veronica wasn't accepting costumers in store. Store Manager Veronica Not following the store hours. Very Rude Manager (Veronica) and Security for closing the door on me minutes earlier. I often purchase items from Nordstrom rack this really disappoints me. Sunday 3/5/23 6:54 pm

Located on Level 1 of FIGat7th. Nice selection of designer bags and shoes (locked up in the showcase). Some of the selections that I saw when I went were Women’s Gucci loafers, sneakers, Chloe slip-on sandals, Gucci handbags, Men’s Gucci watches, and Longchamp travel bags and backpacks. Didn’t see very much selection of designer clothing though. Nice selection of in season TopShop clothings though. Also, very nice selection of make-ups (Burberry, Urban Decay, NYX). Regarding customer service at this location, probably one of the best customer service experience that I’ve encountered at a Nordstrom Rack. Incomparable to customer service at locations like Nordstrom Rack at Beverly Center Connection. Minus one star due to parking situation here. If you choose to park at the FIGat7th parking structure, you can enter the parking structure on 8th street. Once you park, REMEMBER which elevator you used to come up to the main floor because there are two elevator structures that leads up to the main floor. Once you get off the main floor, you have quite a long walk to FIGat7th. Take the escalator down to level 1 and Nordstrom Rack is there. They do validate parking but you still have to pay. I probably stayed for about 40 minutes and I ended up paying just $1.00. I believe under 3 hours (with validation), parking fee should be no more than $5. But this rate is only applicable on weekends and different rates apply on weekdays. If you choose to find street parking, good luck. There are some meter parking spots on Figueroa street but there are A LOT of stalled vehicles just temporary parked there. Very hectic.

Very rude managers they close the store 15 min early all the time. I spent $450 this week came back 2 days later right after work to get some socks and underwear real quick at 8:45 and they would t let me in. These pictures are at 8:45pm on Thursday 29th

This is one of my favorite places to pick a few pairs of shoes I might of missed earlier in the season.. They have all the things here for everyone. But the shoe departments both men and women really have a great selection and the price point is sickning! You can't help walking outa there with at least 3-5 pairs of shoes ...oh yes! Trust me! Idk what happened here back in 2020 it was a nice clean organized store . It’s looking just like Ross. Went yesterday and is not what it used to be, It’s a mess A HUGE MESS !!! .

Well I found what I want . but need to organize more properly. specially the clothing section. size is all mixed.

Here in the North, we be wracking in the Storm with those amazing Prices! Defenitly worth visiting. Always found something for me or presents. Staff is mehh

Always following me around the store I feel so uncomfortable I don't want to look majority of the time I want to spend my money there but I'm not going to spend my money somewhere where I'm just automatically being followed because of how they perceive my outer appearance to be they judge me a book by its cover so no you get one star

very disappointed with the Nordstrom rack after finding out that their return policy is totally different than the regular Nordstrom I can't help but feel discriminated against cause I can't pay full price it is the same company but shoppers at the rack are like the stepchildren 😞

I enjoyed popping into Nordstrom Rack to look at the clothes and came out as the owner of four new shirts. There's a broad selection in this shop, which I liked.

Very poor shopping experience. I had to walk out of the store because the employees are absolute trash. Ended up driving across town to beverly center to get what I needed & pay more money. It's just not worth it to shop at this nordstrom rack at 7th and Fig. This is what I get for trying to save a buck. Lesson learned.

The selection is sub par. Cash registers are poorly managed, another customer was allowed to cut in front of me, complete waste of time. Not shopping here anymore.

Convenient Location Just Wish There were Bigger Sizes

Not a very big selection as this is one of the smaller stores in their chain of Nordstroms Rack stores. This one is located on the bottom floor next to the cafeteria and restaurants adjacent to Gold's gym.

Had to look for a worker,felt loss prevention was more concerned with me than they should,still have super high prices but very clean

Wanted to purchase some t shirts and the bag looked tampered with. I asked the manager for an extra 5% or 10% off with a final sale she declined.

Great store with great staff! Helpful and friendly even with a super busy store and the DTLA homeless issues.

In stores you will find named brands/items if any with a $300 +/- (more or less) KNOCKED OFF! MAY I ADD "IN GOOD CONDITION"!!! I ENJOY THIS SPECIFIC location and I hope Your experience is As Well. ✌️☮️

This Nordstrom rack has very fast and friendly staff, but I do have to say that the environment's lighting is a little dark and the racks of clothing, which I suppose could be considered a plus or a minus, are incredibly dense with clothing. I unfortunately was unable to find what I was looking for. A short time before I had visited and found a sweater that I really liked. I returned to see if I could find another one but they didn't have anymore.

Men's selection is quite small. Good deal on clearance shoes though.

Can always find a great shoe deal here in a clutch purchase to make the look count!

It is a small shopping area with a good food court, gym and stores. This place is local from where I am, but it is good to see opinions when in the need of new items.

Wonderful store with fabulous products! Came in looking for boots and left with boots, a Kate Spade tote & a matching yoga outfit. Love this location ❤
