The professionalism, courtesy, and one-on-one with the actual owner was beyond any expectation. John Thomas listens to concerns, really understands, and helped with creating beautiful custom work. I will never shop anywhere else for jewelry and would shout from the roof tops that everyone else does the same! Oh, and the fact that he advertised with my wife's custom wedding ring really made us feel very special.

This is definitely the best place is town to go and get an idea of what you like for an engagement ring. We did end up buying at a different store, but we loved shopping here. The staff was so welcoming and friendly. It was fun trying on different rings, and narrowing down what I liked and didn’t like. We never felt any pressure to purchase.

They did an outstanding job remounting and polishing my tanzanite! It has so much more flash and color! Very helpful with mounting choices and I was able to get it before Christmas. They have a huge variety of beautiful jewelry too! Definitely my new jeweler!

The prices are competitive, and the customer service is well worth the price we paid. They made us feel like family.
