We took our dog for the self service wash. $15 isn't bad but it was really gross in there. I thought they would somewhat spray each stall or something... there were used towels lying around and dog hair everywhere. I get it, people take their dogs there to clean them, but come on.... it was just bad.

This store has the best customer service. All the employees go out of their way to help customers. The store is clean and shelves are neat. Fish dept is awesome. Elizabeth is a great fish supervisor. All employees are knowledgeable.

Used to love Feeder Supply, lately it has gone downhill. The dog wash is hardly clean, the store has lacked stock. Set up the auto order for every two weeks hoping that would help alleviate any outages of the dog food brand I purchase, but no. They just call and say they are out of stock and then cancel the order, as well as they have yet to deliver the food on the day it’s supposed to be delivered. It seems I must find a new source for my pet needs. I liked the idea of supporting a locally owned company, unfortunately they don’t seem to care about their own company.

Very helpful, many services such as free shot clinics, nail trims & more I'm sure I don't know of. Went a lil crazy when adopting a cat...she didn't care for lots of it & they were great about the returns. All the things you need & more.

Bathtime without the mess at home or hurting my back (I don't bend like I used to)! Of course I was more excited than she was. ;) Area and equipment were clean and well maintained, with a note saying that they're doing extra sanitizing between clients due to Covid–19. Blow dryer was at a nice cool temp while being powerful enough to get the job done, yet quiet enough not to bother Herself. I really like that this location has separate cubicles with gates (see second pic) for each tub instead of an open area with multiple tubs. If your pup (or you!) is super shy, nervous, reactive, etc, I highly recommend this location because of this. The only downsides were the condition the aprons were in—ties on one were so knotted as to be unusable, while the other had a lot of stitching pulled out, meaning the top of the apron sort of flopped around, not giving the coverage it should have—and having to hunt through all the stalls to find the shampoo I needed. The latter would have been a real pain if I wasn't the only person in there at the time. Both are things that management could easily rectify. All in all it was a positive experience—and Grey thought the after-bath chicken foot was great—and we'll definitely be going back.

Large selection of wet snd dry dog food. They carry Hill’s Science Diet for my Shih-Tzu.which a small kibble chicken and rice that she loves. They also carry Mother Hubbard’s P’nuttier small cookies, another product that small paws love. The Feeder’s folks are friendly and helpful here. The only thing that is missing is an App. For my smartphone. That would really be helpful! I was asked if I had a feeders card with them snd was surprised when they could not find it. I’ve gad the same ph# for 20 yrs. Weird…I used to have a card back in the day. Now they don’t have card’s and I assume they purge acct.’s as well, after a few yrs. An App could fix that quickly!

Feeders Supply always has what i need for my animals at reasonable prices. Their selection is extensive and their staff friendly. Some of these locations have store cats that just laze around the store and you can pet them. It's awesome

My dogs absolutely love our trips to this place! And the staff is always extremely friendly and helpful.

I like this location. The staff are neither pushy nor condescending like one of the other locations. Many spends any, i don't mind spending it with you guys. Thanks

I get most of my son's bearded dragon food and stuff for his enclosure from here. Dust is friendly. The store is clean

No Service what so ever and the SAD part is it was only like 2 customers in there other than myself n my 2 kids,,,, all I wanted was to get my babies some fishes but No floor employees was around I asked the cashier (who was not busy) to page someone,, as she did n NO ONE came after 10mins of waiting we left,,, if you dont wanna work save that spot for Ppl who do,,,, UNPROFESSIONAL

They are decently stocked and have most of everything you'd need. If you need to engrave some tags I'd suggest coming with some time to spare as it can sometimes break down. The staff is amazing here though!!

Clean and organized. Friendly cat running around. Exotic Zoo...OMG...it's outstanding. Staff is very welcoming at every visit.

Nastiest feeders supply I've ever been too. Dog washing stations were absolutely foul & staff were clueless. I will drive to fern creek feeders from now on
