I love this location. Staff is always friendly and helpful. It has 3 tubs for its dog wash. All of the same departments as the larger Feeders stores. There is more parking behind this store if all spots out front are taken.

If you're from Louisville, or you're not, this is a great pet shop to go grab anything you need for your animal friends

Had everything I needed and more. The store was clean and the clerks were very helpful. Feeders Supply has definitely expanded. They carry more items for cats now.

It’s always a delight to visit this store! The staff is kind, efficient, and knowledgeable, and they offer unexpectedly good deals. My cat comes here for her nail trimmings. She is a rather feisty and aggressive cat (I love her of course!), but the staff always does a great job and raves about how good she is for them. One day a few months ago, I was there purchasing my cat’s food, and they told me that since it was my 13th time purchasing the same product that it was free! I indulge my cat with top of the line food so I was excited about my savings. Today I visited the store to grab some routine items, and noticed that there was a 20% off EVERYTHING sale going on for Black Friday. I once again relished in my savings and left with a smile on my face! I recommend Feeder’s and this store in particular to all of the pet parents I know. Thank you!

I can’t remember their name, but whoever helped me with my beta fish setup- THANK YOU! First time fish caregiver, and they listened when I said I want to do it right. This employee helped me to buy my female half moon, a few plants and a log, a tank, tank pebbles, a heater, food, thermometer, and water detoxifier. This was all around $130. She is so happy in her new home. ♥️

My go-to for all pet needs. Feels like a small town store every time. Familiar faces, great service.

It might be too much to say but. I wanted a betta fish. So I research and bought the things they need. I follow everything to make sure that I’m able to give a betta fish a happy healthy life. I bought the betta fish yesterday. Every betta looks so sad which is I can understand because they’re always kept in a small cup. I brought home the betta and let the bag sit in the water until the temperature match up on the water in the bag. I woke up this morning and my betta is dead. I’m very heartbroken. The joy turns into sadness quickly. I can’t explain how sad I am. I called this branch of Feeders Supply where I bought the betta. I had the conversation with the staff from the phone for what I need to do to return it since they told me I can return it if something happen. The staff told me that I can just bring the betta fish body and the water from the aquarium. I confirm what I heard, Bring the betta and the water from the aqurium.He said yes. I drove there with the betta fish and the water and he said I have to get a separate cup of water from the aquarium and betta fish body with another water from the aquarium. Which is I brought the betta and the water. He said should be separate. He said “I’m sorry but we can’t accept that because it should be separate in a cup with a judging face. I told him I can separate it and he said should be another water from the aquarium. Since It’s been being complicated. I told him that I’m sorry English is my 2nd language. That’s why I confirmed to him before going there for what I need and sorry if I didn’t understand. He just told me that he can’t do anything about it. So I went back to the car. almost crying holding the dead betta fish. My husband went inside and talk to them. They helped my husband and they can communicate more since my husband is actually american and live here. We always go here and this is the first time that I bought fish. I have seen many staff that are so friendly there except this guy. I will never come back in this store and remember that someone makes me feel unwelcome and refuse my reasons even if he is the one I talked to and confirmed everything he said.

What do you say about a great pet store but that it’s a real GREAT pet store. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Sales are nice.

I love feeders supply. They have a great selection of quality food and toys and the workers are always friendly. Plus you can't beat local chains.

I think Feeders Supply is great but I have to say Y’alls crickets are the loudest, most deafening creatures to walk the planet I have never heard louder crickets and they’re destroying my peace. I cannot wait to see my frog crunch down on their loud little bodies.

Helpful staff. Nice selection of pet supplies for dogs, cats, fish and small mammals. Grooming station is a nice feature, but no dryers.

The oldest location I know of personally. This was my first visit since at least 2002 and to my surprise it was absolutely fantastic. It was clean, well stocked and wonderful.

Parking seemed limited, store layout is sectioned by cat/ dog/ other. Observed that there are many more options for dogs than cats. Not much of a specific selection for senior/ 10+ year pet foods. Staff was great, pets available for adoption on site.

The staff here is very helpful and kind. I like that I see a good portion of the same staff in there often and longer than a year. I go here multiple times a month for treats/food/toys/bathing and every experience has been good.
