    Picked up a new phone this morning at my local Best Buy store. I asked whether someone could help me set it up (actually, just make sure I was able to put the new SIM card in). Person in charge sent me to Geek Squad desk. Kid at desk who was doing absolutely nothing (store wasn't busy) told me I would have to purchase their $180 Extra Special Customer coverage (or whenever the heck they call it) if I wanted help. Since I only go into Best Buy maybe once every 5 years, this meant I would spend $180 to have someone help me put a SIM card in my phone. Needless to say, I opted out of that generous offer. Obviously, I'm not going to buy anything from "Best" Buy in future. The whole point of that store is that (in the past) there was always someone willing to help you. Not anymore. If I want no help, I'll buy my phones from Amazon or Walmart.

    Sales staff very professional and welcoming. They seem to care a lot about their job up here. Very clean store. Anytime you walk in you will be greeted and you don't have to ask for help to find anything that's the first thing they asked you when you walk in the door. I will continue to use this Best buy and only this Best buy because the service here is excellent!

    Floor associates were helpful if you needed them, otherwise they were not bothering you every minute. They didn't even bother me to tell me the store was closing or closed. They let me finish my selection and purchase, while they were doing whatever they needed to do before they left to ho home. This is the only location I shop at over the past 2 years since moving to Louisville, and I have never had any problems with returns, exchanges, ordering and picking up online orders at this location. And never feel pressured or rushed while shopping here.

    Chris, at the door, was so king and helpful. I had to get my client a phone and I knew they had great options. Great selections of prepaid phones and plans. Their stereos are nice but not many options. Other than that, they have a great staff who knows the products. Everything is neat. I would suggest going here for your simple home needs and phone services.

    Good store for all your electronic needs. From Fridges to desk Top computers, cell phones to TV and stereo systems, are all available here. Curbside delivery available. Car stereos and car dash cams are also sold and installed. A person with Best Buy Total membership also gets an extended warranty ( 24 months ) and free installation. A very good store to shop at.

    I loved the attention of the people there, I just got all my home appliances from there and so far I have no complaints. My TV came earlier than I thought so the online store gets 5 stars too!! Thanks ☺️

    Do not use geek squad. You are better off paying double to take your pc elsewhere. They did not remove the programs I asked to be removed. I told them to figure out why it's crashing and fix if possible. I also told them not to do a tune up because they disable a lot of the main apps and programs I use and it also causes the blue screen of death every time they do to which I found out awhile back when online support kept doing it and it also makes my computer run worse. After getting it back they said my ram was bad and it failed when they tried to overclock it. I never asked them to overclock anything. After further checking the ram was fine on my own and using the model number I found out the ram was fine. I found out it wasn't compatible with my system but was close enough to where it only crashed every now and then. They're the ones who sold me the ram saying it was compatible. Please if you need an expert in computers whether you're buying new or just need repairs I recommend going elsewhere. Needless to say after my total tech runs out I will not be renewing. Was hoping to get some stuff done but now I have to wipe my pc and reinstall everything to get my apps and other programs either working or working correctly again.

    Worst Best Buy experience ever, usually you can find someone eager to help and knowledgeable about their products. Nobody knows anything about anything at this store and definitely not willing to at least find someone to help. So after not getting a tablet like I came there for I went to buy something that on the shelf with a whole stack of them priced at 19.99 went to register and it was then 24.99. Nobody wanted to do anything about it so I said never mind forget it. Only a few dollars difference but after the horrible customer service I felt this store didn’t deserve any of my money.     This store canceled my TV instillation after waiting all day via email. Had to schedule.myself for a week later. I called Best Buy and they said my store was closed due to no power, not true at all. No phone call and so disappointing after sitting around all day! Obviously customers don't matter at all, they just email. I rescheduled and hope they come,but I'm prepared to be disappointed again

    I honestly don't know why corporate doesn't step in and either teach their associates customer service or clean house. I purchased a TV 5 days ago and purchased a $150 warranty. I noticed it had a few dead pixels in the corner. I attempted to exchange it today and was told because it's a "manufacturer defect" they would not exchange but could only consume my warranty to get another. Which at that point I would have to buy another $150 warranty if I wanted it. Both the return associate and manager told me I only had 72 after purchase to recognize and return a product with a defect. After getting no where I left and called corporate. I was informed that everything they told me was a lie. There was no 72 hour policy and they would not have to consume my warranty for an exchange. Corporate set up an exchange easily. I would recommend to anyone buying anything of high value from this store, to learn the actual policies before hand bc they will definitely try to gaslight you and get you spend more money on a warranty.
