honestly
don't
know
why
corporate
doesn't
step
in
and
either
teach
their
associates
customer
service
or
clean
house.
I
purchased
a
TV
5
days
ago
and
purchased
a
$150
warranty.
I
noticed
it
had
a
few
dead
pixels
in
the
corner.
I
attempted
to
exchange
it
today
and
was
told
because
it's
a
"manufacturer
defect"
they
would
not
exchange
but
could
only
consume
my
warranty
to
get
another.
Which
at
that
point
I
would
have
to
buy
another
$150
warranty
if
I
wanted
it.
Both
the
return
associate
and
manager
told
me
I
only
had
72
after
purchase
to
recognize
and
return
a
product
with
a
defect.
After
getting
no
where
I
left
and
called
corporate.
I
was
informed
that
everything
they
told
me
was
a
lie.
There
was
no
72
hour
policy
and
they
would
not
have
to
consume
my
warranty
for
an
exchange.
Corporate
set
up
an
exchange
easily.
I
would
recommend
to
anyone
buying
anything
of
high
value
from
this
store,
to
learn
the
actual
policies
before
hand
bc
they
will
definitely
try
to
gaslight
you
and
get
you
spend
more
money
on
a
warranty.
