This shop is hands down best vape shop I've been in, and I've been in SEVERAL throughout many states. The ability to actually try the product (at 0%) before I bought it was amazing, Made my choices more confident. The people are professional but so personal and engaging. Couldn't ask for a better experience. My go-to store from here on out.

The woman working here is always very helpful. She is very nice. I was a saffire vape customer but they keep closing all of their locations. Came to this woman one time and I was sold. Best vape shop in town by far! Thank you ma'am!

I love this place! I refuse to go elsewhere! The juices are amazing and great quality! Carolyn is the bomb! Always make me feel comfortable and welcomed in the store! She is my therapist, my vapor guru, and the reason for my loyalty to this company!

This place has excellent service. Every time I go in I feel like it's a personal experience. The staff is very helpful and the management is excellent. Store is always clean and neat. There are times the owner knows what I want more than I do. Got my first Vape here she was very helpful and got me everything I needed . Even if you're a new vapor they will help you get exactly what you need . If you had to go for any place for Vapor out here I recommend this store 5 out of 5 without question I love this place.

These are the nicest people I have met. They took they're time explaining every little detail to me and my friends. Its a little shop and some might misjudge from the looks of it. But you know what this has been my best experience at a vape shop ever I will definitely be going there for all of my needs. Not to mention the sales are hard to beat. This is a wonderful store and it made my day a lot easier and fun. These folks are awesome! I'm fairly new to vaping (quit cigarettes about 5 weeks ago), and they are very knowledgeable, and able to explain everything very clearly. I bought a new tank, and something didn't seem right, so I took it back. They tried to troubleshoot, and then just replaced my tank. They have an awesome flavor selection as well. I got a bottle of what they told me was their most popular, "unicorn venom", and it seriously tastes like cotton candy dissolving on your tongue. They also offer a 15% discount for military! Even if they didn't have a discount, they've earned my continued business!

The only store in town that had what I wanted. I bought a Lost Vape Triade DNA200 with the red ostrich leather back. (BEAUTIFUL MOD) Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable of all there products. They even stressed battery safety which I wish more people would get into the habit of doing. Great price too. Most stores sell products for double the price of a reputable online store. DFW was right on par with some of the best online sources that I use. Great, clean store. Friendly, knowledgeable proprietors. Fair prices. Thanks guys, I'll definitely continue to be a customer.

Came in to get a small bottle for my trip to Louisville, the lady that helped me was extremely nice and helpful! I will come back. I got a delicious flavor, vanilla espresso and Carmel! I see why it’s popular. Will recommend.

The best!! I have been in 5 other stores that sold me devices and liquids that didn't work for and I still was clueless to what I truly needed to replace 3 pack a day cigarette habit. The knowledge, kindness, patience and overall best value is second to none at DFW. For first time since month of vaping I do not want a cigarette. I'm so pleased with their service, quality and the value. I'll never go back to other stores.

This is one of the best vape stores in the city. I stopped in with my wife to check out the juice selection, we left with juice, and a lot more. Without being "sold", we asked a couple of questions that we anticipated paying an arm and a leg for, but the knowledgeable staff assisted us in ways we did not expect. My wife has coils that are not easily available and are very expensive, through the staff, we were able to find the exact same coil at a better price. "Granny" and her staff are THE BEST. The accessories and mods are THE BEST, and the juice selection is top notch. This shop has earned our return business after what we anticipated to be a quick "let's see what they have" stop. They went above and beyond, and if you are passing by, I guarantee you will leave with the same feeling.
