Stopped in for lunch and was quickly seated. First time I have been to a cheesecake factory and it is beautiful inside, very high ceilings and colorful decor. I ordered the Chicken Madeira and Steak Dianne as my main entree and the pretzel bites with cheddar cheese fondue as an appetizer. The pretzel bites were amazing, came with cheddar cheese and hot mustard. The steak was cooked perfectly and juicy ( medium rare ) and topped with buttered mushrooms The chicken was cover in melted cheese, mushrooms, and asparagus. The plate also came with a generous portion of mashed potatoes that were also perfect. For dessert I ordered the pineapple upside down cake cheesecake and I did not want it to end. Definitely will visit again.

Let me start by saying that Jennafer was an awesome server! Great service and great food! Prices are as you would expect for a restaurant like this. Recommended. Oh…. Cheesecake was phenomenal too!

All entrees were hot and delicious! Since they stopped using the cast Iron skillet for Macaroni & Cheese this was the 1st time it tasted really good. They were out of our favorite appetizer Calamari so we had to choose something different. Appetizers: Dynamite was too thin for me but the Cheeseburger wraps hot and delicious!

Best appetizer I have ever eaten! Sweet corn Tamale Cakes. Don't leave without trying.... sorry, picture looks a bit messy, just dove in and began eating before I remembered to take picture. Presentation was beautiful, laid out on a corn husk. Coconut Cream Pie Cheesecake taste just like an Almond Joy...yum! Service was fantastic from our waitstaff.

Definitely make reservations if you come here or the wait time could be horrendous. Everything was very tasty and the servers were nice! Loved the dulce de leche caramel cheesecake I got. Also they were out of a lot of things but didn’t really affect us much since the menu is huge.

Again this was our first time to try The Cheesecake Factory on our Anniversary, (it was a perfect timing not so much customer on a somewhat 3 o’clock and we have a blast! From stuffed mushrooms I can say it’s perfect, the bang bang chicken and shrimp t’was definitely flavorful and the chicken Riesling was hearty, umami flavor and delicious. The ambiance is so nice and romantic.

Delicious 🤤 My husband and I came for Friday Date Night. We went around 4:30pm there was no wait our server was attentive and the food was delicious. I love the portion sizes, definitely enough to save some for later!! I had the very cherry cheesecake and it was phenomenal I recommend trying it if you like cherry! The Parmesan herb crusted chicken is my favorite.

Had an issue with our brunch Flatbread but server and manager made it right. See pictures. Looks nice but was under cooked and soggy not prepared with ingredients listed on menu and was soggy. Tried to eat it anyway but it had no flavor and completely fell apart. Took a long time to get our order. However, the lettuce wraps were superb, beautiful and delicious. Lemon raspberry cheesecake was excellent. Service was great, no wait to be seated. Atmosphere was comfortable. They didn't seem to be short staffed which is unique these days. We will return.

Service was great. Atmosphere of the restaurant was ok. It was the food that was terrible here. VERY VERY dry Alfredo- almost no sauce. VERY VERY cold clam chowder (waiter said they forgot to turn the hotplates on 🙄). Turkey on the sandwich had an odd taste to it. Not sure what that was about but it murdered my appetite.

Always enjoy the food here today. The service was very lacking though. Didn't get refills of drinks or bread until the end of our meal and we were wanting boxes. Never checked on us, someone else brought it appetizer and meals. Our waitress was no where to be seen, while others were very visible.

We liked our two visits, though sadly they were out of Ahi tuna AND the sweet corn tamale, which are two of the reasons we go. 😭 Everyone is always happy with the menu options, which is hard to do! We love wasting off the appetizer menu! Thai lettuce wraps are a favorite, long with the Ahi Tuna slices, the Sweet Corn Tamales, and the salads are good as well. Our kids enjoyed the (overpriced) corn dogs and pepperoni pizza (which I think is the same size as the adult but cheaper). My father loves the gf cheese cake.

Upon arrival, we were promptly seated and greeted by our server within a minute. Our server, I believe, was "Jae S" according to my receipt. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. The appetizers came fast, and the crab bites were delicious as were the stuffed mushrooms. I would have liked to have seen the crab bites a little larger or perhaps a few more, but they were great. For the entree, I had chicken Madeira, which is supposedly the most popular entree. It did not disappoint. I would have liked to have had a little bit more asparagus, but it was all delicious, and the mashed potatoes were real mashed potatoes not made from potato flakes. For dessert, my date, which was celebrating her birthday, ordered cheesecake. The server brought it with a candle and happy birthday spelled out and chocolate syrup on the plate with sprinkles around it. The portion size of the cheesecake was huge. Expect to spend about $120 for dinner for two. That could be more or less depending on your drink choices. We did lemon water and shared a dessert and it was $84 not counting tip. It really is a nice restaurant and I recommend it.

Topnotch service and topnotch food! I had the Chicken Madeira and a Georgia peach cocktail. The staff are professional and friendly, presentation phenomenal, great experience from the moment I walked in to the moment I left! Bravo! And I must add, my server Jessica B is simply amazing!

My husband and I went there for my birthday brunch. We didn't order anything elaborate. The food was as good as it always is. We didn't mention that it was my birthday so no fanfair for that. We simply enjoyed being out on a date. It just happened to be on my birthday 🎂 . We did order cheese cake to bring home with us rather than attempt to eat it in the restaurant. We were too full from the meal for that! The service was good and we didn't wait very long at all for our food to arrive.

Food and service was amazing! I took my mother here for her birthday, she got the Godiva chocolate cheesecake and I got the cookie dough cheesecake. It was delicious. They even wrote "happy birthday to you" in chocolate and put sprinkles on top and a candle. Our server Jamar was so sweet and friendly. Needless to say we had a great time and they helped make my mom's day special.

Food was pricey but they give you A LOT of food so it's SOMEWHAT worth it. Now my plate they charged me and EXTRA $6 for chicken in my carbonara pasta, and it look like they took a chicken strip and cut it in half, VERY disappointed. But overall it was good! I'll will only go back if it's an party or a date! My waitress Aubrey was the nicest thing ever, she knew alot about the menu and other things that was their to offer‼️She was amazing Thank you Ms. Aubrey....

Amazing cheese cakes 🍰 must to taste. Try it, if you haven’t tasted their cheese cake. We took mango cheese cake it was so cheesy :D It was delicious and so yummy with all the cake and delicious topping. I am going again for sure

Took my mom here for her 1st time on her birthday. The food was amazing, and we had the sweetest, most polite server we could have asked for!

Great atmosphere and excellent attentive service. Plan for a long wait. Better yet make a reservation. $100 for a family of 3 including entrees, drinks, and cheesecake slices to go. Nice place to celebrate with a slice of cheesecake

We walked in just to get cheesecake to go. The line was long and there were several servers in the line too. Apparently, after they get off they have to cash in to get their tips and they have to do this in the line for cheesecake. The gentleman in front of me was very nice and told me if I had any questions to let him know since he works there anyway. He answered a couple questions and shared his favorite cheesecake flavors with us. It made waiting in line a little more bearable! My pineapple upside down cheesecake was 🔥🔥🔥!

We always greatly appreciate our servers being friendly wherever we go. Cheesecake Factory servers are almost always nice and friendly, and I don't think we've ever had a bad experience. But our server tonight was not that. She was friendly in the beginning, but after we were discussing our free cheesecake pieces with the rewards program with her, she got defensive and rude. We had three people at the table with free welcome cheesecake slices. She said it was only one free cheesecake slice per table and went to ask the manager and came back saying we could only do two with two different transactions. We read that the promotion is one slice per guest. She then had to ask the manager to come and help us. The manager was respectful and helpful but also could've been friendlier. But then our server gave us our cheesecake with mine missing some of the bottom and leaning forward. She was nice to write Happy Birthday on my husband's piece but wrote it a bit messy. She did come back and ask if we wanted a bag for our to-go boxes, but she never said have a good night or anything. My sister said thank you, and she said you're welcome but didn't have a friendly tone. I even came by her one last time to go from the bathroom to leave, and she looked right at me and didn't say anything. I said, "Have a good night," and she definitely heard me and didn't say anything. My family was very respectful and very friendly the whole time during the situation so I'm not sure why she had this kind of attitude. A server should be respectful and friendly always. This restaurant definitely needs to train their staff better on the rewards program. As always the food was delicious, but unfortunately, we did not have the best experience with our visit. Hopefully this server is kinder and friendlier if she faces something like this again.

I love that you can reserve a table online!!! It's a total savior. We have been here twice in the last year due to how crazy traffic/parking can be, but each time we have gone, they are out of a ton of things. It's just something to note in case you are thinking of coming here with someone who needs a specific item for dietary purposes! I do really appreciate the expansive menu as I feel like most anyone could find something they like here. I have also really enjoyed each meal I have had. The portions are big, seasoned well, and they don't seem to skimp on anything. Of course, the bread is always awesome. We prefer the brown bread over the more tough/hard to chew baguette thing, but it's great to have warm bread with a meal so I'm not really complaining! I will say that we had to wait a long time to receive drinks and bread, but once we got those items, it didn't take too long to get our meals. Everyone was happy and full. We still ordered cheesecake to go because you just have to! I really love the triple chocolate Godiva slice as it just tastes like yummy chocolate-y mousse/fudge. My friend really enjoyed the coconut cream pie slice. I do enjoy how many options of cheesecake they have as well. It's fun to peruse the menu and see what's available (even though I always choose the triple chocolate one hehe). Thanks for the good food!

We went all out with a drink, meal and dessert. It was a rather expensive meal, but it was girls night and we were feeling festive. Next time I will get the pineapple mule. It was really good. (We sipped each other's drinks). I got salmon and sprouts. Very good, but a large bowl of sprouts you could easily share. I had the raspberry and lemon cheese cake. If you like those together you will be blown away by it.

our waiter Brady was absolutely 💯 amazing and attentive. we came out for my birthday and he made me feel special. the food was delicious i ordered the thai coconut chicken hubby ordered canjun pasta. i got the georgia peach drink which was so yummy. and finished dinner with a scrumptious piece of happy birthday cheesecake 😋

It's a good place to dine out. For appetizers We ordered Dynamite Shrimp. We ordered Shepherds pie, Chicken Riesling as our main course. The appetizer was good. I was a bit disappointed with the shepherds pie but Chicken Riesling was way too good... As dessert we ordered Key lime cheesecake and fresh strawberry cheesecake. Both were top notch.

First time here, took the wife here for part of our night out in Louisville. Inside was beautiful and quite a site. The food was delicious and they had their own twist on classic dishes.

Every time we've been the service has been great. Today I ordered the steak Diane, or something along those lines. It was a little more well done than I had asked for but still very flavorful and very filling. The margarita was a little too heavy on the liquor taste, but not horrible. For two people the price was only $70, which is probably the least we've ever spent here, lol. It looks to be a very fancy place but it won't run a huge hole in your pocket. The servers are very truthful and polite, and my drinks never went empty. One of my favorite places to go for a nice night out

Amazing all around. Feast for eyes, palate and not to bad on prices either. Yes, they should think of making a "tour sampler of the cheese cakes" because deciding on just one or two is almost impossible. ;)

Loved the atmosphere. Super positive and the food was much better than expected. Only came for the cheesecake but was very satisfied with the Chicken Madeira! The banana cheesecake is my personal favorite.. the price is worth it.

This place is not all that great. Long wait to get food, out of just about everything that I would eat there, prices way to high for not so good food. Service not all that good neither. Definitely will not be back. 2 stars because my daughter loves this place and it was her Birthday and presentation of food on the plates was nice.

The food was great and our server was amazing. I like the appetizer bread. I preferred the dark brown one. I will recommend eating the bread warm. I had Bang Bang Chicken and Shrimp and it was really good. The dynamite shrimp looked so tiny but tastes good. The downside for me was the wait time on a Friday evening was 75 to 90 mins wait time.

Got here about 4pm on a Friday. Had about a 5 minute wait, if that. Always have had good experiences here. Server was awesome and quick. Got the chicken Marsala with mushrooms. Other 3 people at our table got the lunch portion or orange chicken with double rice instead of veggies and extra sauce on the side. Orange chicken was good, but they ended up eating my Marsala instead because they liked it more. Had the quesadilla without chicken for an appetizer. Was okay, but next time would get something else. They said they were out of crab for a couple months now, pretzel bites, and flatbread pizzas. Got a small birthday sundae for my wife, and the coconut cream cheesecake and the strawberry cheesecake. The strawberry is just the plain, but with strawberries on top. The plain is my favorite so I really enjoyed that one. The coconut cream was amazing also. Definitely not the place to go if you’re watching calories, but it was very good. Will definitely be going again.
