    I was in there a few weeks ago looking for a belt for my riding mower. Three different employees called three different times to get someone to help me. No one ever showed up, so I left. Today I was in there and went to customer service to ask about financing a new riding lawnmower. The lady told me to ask someone in lawn and garden. I went to lawn and garden and asked the employee there, she told me I needed to ask customer service. So I left. Lowe's used to be head and shoulders above Home Depot when it came to getting help, now they're no better.

    GO ELSEWHERE!!!! The customer service is nonexistent. This has been the absolutely WORSE customer service I have had ever in life. I mean I’m sure I could get better treatment at a Klu Klux Klan meeting. I purchased a washer and dryer from this location and when it was delivered, the guy said he didn’t have the proper parts (which I paid for at the store) in his truck and someone else would have to come back to hook up the dryer. It took a total of 9 calls and 3 Lowes visits later to finally get someone to come hook up my dryer. I had to purchase tools that the customer service agent claimed the delivery guy would need. Yes, you heard me right. The agent emailed me pictures of tools 🛠 for me to equip their workers. Finally, a guy comes out and tells me he doesn’t need any tools and used the same ductwork the original guy said he couldn’t use. After the guy hook up the dryer, he comes into my office and tells me I have a bad dryer. I asked him what did he mean? I bought a new Samsung set. How can it be “bad?” I then place my 10th call to Lowes for them to tell me they can pick up the dryer Sunday, but couldn’t replace it because they are too busy until later in the week which meant I would have to call out from work for them to possibly not show up as before. I’m so incredibly exhausted, disgusted, hurt and honestly in shock at how I’ve been serviced after spending so much money.

    I used to be a shopper here but every time you try to find the price for the pavers they just have abunch of numbers wrote on them near the cash register and the non English speaking cashier has to guess which one matches. I just left the cart at the register and went to menards.

    Where to even begin. We originally had purchased two appliances which we were told would be available and ready for delivery within a few days. Great. Upon the day of delivery no one calls or reaches out so I inquire at the Preston location that we purchased from for a delivery update and am then told the two items we were just told were available and ready to ship were now back ordered MONTHS! After a week or so we then voided that transaction and they did in their defense upgrade us to another set of appliances that were available, fast forward over a month after we were supposed to have our original appliances we finally had them delivered. After using the washer for only a few loads since getting it I come home to find my kitchen, hallway, and part of my downstairs bathroom flooded with water due to a hose popping off because of improper installation, fed up, I of course reached out to the appliances department at this location and was hung up on. Called back again, permanent hold. Called customer service at the front voiced my issues and how upset this has made my fiancé and I and was then hung up on again. Avoid these people and this location like the plague. They do not care. They will not help you.

    Poor Customer Service.. Kept getting to Run Around on my Delivery... I never received it on the days that they were supposed to bring my purchase. Spoke with three different managers and corporate. They gave me false delivery days.. Purchase Return-Refund... And have never been treated this way by Lowes!!!...

    The Lowes is located on Preston Hwy and Cooper chapel rd. Louisville ky. The store is organized and fully stocked. It is hard to find someone to help you and someone who actually has knowledge in their department.

    Here we have a lowes bucket, which was extremely valuable for carrying water to mix the concrete for our footer. The cinder blocks came from Lowes, as did all the wood, it's a diy'ers dream. Plus, it's super close and convenient. Staff here is top notch and they always are willing to help.

    Sales people weren't the friendliest that I have ever come across. Act like they didn't want to be bothered, the male sales person showed me some tile that I was looking to purchase and turned around and walked off, never ask if it was the right tile, if I needed anything else.

    This Lowe’s is awesome! This Lowes was very clean, no lines of course self checkout but Employees were Respectful an Helpful. Did purchase heaters for a great price. They have a Wonderful Christmas Selection. Would definitely Recommend This Location.

    Drove to Lowes to buy a twin breaker to fix a broken air conditioner at a neighbors house. It took a while to find someone to call for assistance. When the attendant arrived he didn't know what he was looking at so we bought more than we needed. They should really teach their associates to say I don't know, let me get someone to help you.

    If I could give less than one star, I would. I purchased a refrigerator on Saturday 4/8 and paid for it same day. My confirmed delivery was scheduled for Monday, 4/10 between 4-8 pm. Around 2 pm on Monday 4/10 I received a missed phone call from Lowes, no voicemail was left. I called the number back and after 15 minutes on hold and a transfer to another department I was told my order had been canceled. I asked why it had been canceled and the person told me "I don't know why, you'll need to re-order it which you can do online". They've not returned my money and there is no evidence in my bank account of a pending return of my money. Not a single person from Lowes that I've spoken to during this entire ordeal has even offered a simple apology for the issue, or offered to make it right in any way. Just...."you'll get your money back eventually and you will need to re-order it." I will not be ordering any appliances from Lowes and this particular location has lost all of my business completely. Very disappointed.

    Inside the store the staff was very helpful with helping me find what I needed when I obviously looked to be trying to find an item. FIVE STAR ratings for them. The THREE STAR rating is for the garden area. They weren't so helpful. I walked around for about thirty minutes looking for the perinennal flowers that were on sale. I never once saw a sign that would indicate the sale items. Much less, separating annuals from perennials. Yes, I could have just asked. But, they were busy waiting on other customers. I didn't want to disturb them. I simply left and went to a competitor that had their garden area better organized. And, more attentive employees. Also, while people watering plants should converse with customers about flowers. They could consider not discussing other topics with customers. And, be more attentive to the customers that might actually need help

    I wish I would have read the reviews before spending 5 thousand dollars at this Lowe’s. The gentlemen inside who sold us the appliances was very helpful but the people who delivered them had zero regard for our new construction home in which we haven’t even moved into yet. They damaged door frames carpet, hardwood, our counter tops, our cabinet, and our dishwasher. When a claim was submitted it was dismissed as preexisting damage. The installers lied on their notes and said that the home was still being built and that there was already damage but we had closed on the house only a day prior. I just want want my property that was damaged to be fixed.this Lowe’s has definitely lost a customer in us. It’s poor business to not take care of your customers.

    I purchased a washing machine on September 10th, 2022, at this particular store. A high priced one at that! Was informed it would be delivered on September 17th between noon and 4pm. WRONG!! They showed up at 6pm and found out I was number 20 of 23 deliveries for that day. REALLY? The delivery guy even knew no way that was going to happen. He laughed!!Not good customer service! Hopefully someone will reach out with an apology?

    I had bought a entry door knob but the rekey tool was misplaced I went in and spoke to a Marine Veteran in hardware. I believe his name was Bob or Bill, bad memory. He was very helpful and pleasant. He rekeyed our lock for us and gave us good information.

    This 5 star review is for Jarron, who helped us out in the patio furniture department 8/27. He was exceptional, and Lowes should be happy to have an employee with a work ethic like him. I stopped shopping at lowes a few years ago because most of the cashiers have bad attitudes and if you ask for help in a department they usually play dumb and I had some really bad experiences with special orders. Jarron was so personable and helpful he may have just changed my feelings about the store.

    Purchased dishwasher on June the 27th. I still have not received it. It is now September the 3rd and the wait continues. Also I feel like I was deceived, I was told that I would receive my VA discount, and then when I went up to the counter to pay for my new stove and dishwasher , I was then let known that they no longer gave the veterans discount for appliances they could have told me that whenever they were selling me the items.

    Was there today around 1pm. My husband asked if there were any baskets and was rudely corrected by your elderly employee by the door that they were carts not baskets. He can call them what he wants she knew what he wanted. Your customer service is no where near what it used to be. Hello MENARDS !!
