This may be a small Goodwill but it is a great Goodwill none the less. I’ve lived in Fern Creek since 2000 and I can’t tell you how many times I’ve visited this location. I’ve shopped here for clothing and books many times and for both instances, I’ve come away with plenty of items to grow my collection. I’ve never had any issue with the staff, always courteous and helpful.

You can find a lot of new a used cool stuff here. Nice staff just to much stuff in a small building that size.

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!! I'm a regular goodwill shopper and this is so far the worse to go to. They like to overcharge for clothing, it's ridiculous!!!

I've been there twice and I'll never go back. I had the same cashier both times and she charged me $5.59 for clothing marked as $1.99. She was rude and used racial face expression. Worse experience ever

I used to rave about this store location. However went in on 9/2/21 and had the larger heavyset male cashier LIE to my face about pricing. Afterward, he didn’t even have the courtesy to offer a bag for all of my things. How rude? I had to ask for my things to get bagged WHILE toting around a baby in a carrier. Terrible cashier, and very unprofessional, and obnoxious. If you value customer courtesy and HONESTY, I suggest going elsewhere.

It's a really small goodwill so the selection is small as well. The thing that bothered me is that almost nothing had price tags. They knew how much it cost by the color of the tag or the tag holder. I didn't see any signs that made it clear. There were some signs around the store about what types of items were what prices, but you had to go looking for them. Other than that it's an alright goodwill.

Nice clean store. Very helpful friendly employees BUT Prices are Redicilous. Sorry, but I shop often and many Goodwill Stores. I understand the concept of the proceeds help but seriously, we that shop there, for the most part need a break as well. Not only do I shop at your stores but I also Donate. Exclusively. In FL I donated the entire contents of my home after My Precious Husband 😇 passed away. Thank You God Bless PAE

This Goodwill store is highly overpriced. Every time I come here I find items that are priced with the original stores price and the Goodwill price is just as high, if not higher! Did they forget that it's used old stuff that's been donated to them for free? No wonder the owner is a multi millionaire.

Plenty of workers. I mean plenty....they followed me off an on the whole time I was shopping. I have worked middle management and that was a crazy amount of time they took to follow me yet not enough time to separate shoes by sizes or scarves by color or mens belts from women's. I have worked retail for years so I understand the concern however as customer that was excessive. But if your someone from out of state be aware it may happen to you also.

Ice little small store no the cheapest but you get some nice stuff if you have a good eye

Definitely underestimated this Goodwill location. I walked out with a suit,tie, dress slacks and shirt for $17! Awesome!

Lots of merchandise to look through. Very clean and a very nice staff!

Interacted with a rude manager and a rude cashier. Cashier pushed past my dad, like fully shoved him with her shoulder, to get past him without asking him to move or apologizing for the shove. She was coming from behind him so he had no idea she was trying to walk through. She was very short with us at checkout, barely made eye contact, and didn’t greet us at all. We had not interacted with her before she pushed past my dad so I don’t think we could have done anything to make her upset. The name written on the survey card says Daysha. We bought a piece of furniture and went to lift the piece to bring it to the car, and the manager (in a harsh tone and raised voice) demanded to see our receipt, despite the fact that she was standing next to the cashier that checked us out and watched the transaction take place. My dad and I are the type of people to shrug our shoulders and laugh about it later in the car, but it was still a frustrating experience and I’m not sure why we were being treated like we were stealing or trying to be difficult.
