👍 The staff were very nice and helpful even caring. My problem was being put on a panel where my doctor works out of the Lexington office and he signs his scripts late at night so I would have to take time away from work not only to talk to a doctor that's not authorized to sign my script but also to... The staff were very nice and helpful even caring. My problem was being put on a panel where my doctor works out of the Lexington office and he signs his scripts late at night so I would have to take time away from work not only to talk to a doctor that's not authorized to sign my script but also to pick up my%. I'm sorry but I dont know any boss that would allow a full time employee to work 3 days a week and be cool with it. My process takes 2 days 1.-day to see a doctor 2.- another to pick up my script. They do the bare minimum to keep the Gray St. office up and running.

I love this place. They have helped save my life and by far are the most caring, sincere, and dedicated team I have have ever seen in suboxone maintenance, addiction recovery. They're more than just a "clinic" and thank God for they can help put nay sayers and ignorance to sleep.

They make it pleasantly easy for you. You don't have tons of questions to answer about your life. They get you in and out. Everyone's very nice and they understand where your coming from. I would recommend Clean Slate in heartbeat.

last year I gave this place five stars... I had a review written, which I am now editing. The past 5 months maybe. It has really went down hill. I never see the same provider, ever!! I used to see the same provider every week, he knew about me, about my life, he asked a lot of questions. Now I'm Lucky if the person I seen on my appointment is still working there the next time I go. I go once a month. Everytime I go they tell me well we only have one provider because the other ones don't work here anymore. I used to spend 20 or 30 minutes in the room with my provider they would talk to me and asked me if I was doing okay ask questions now I don't even sit down I walk in they say doing okay same Pharmacy and I walked out. Now when you go in there so many people that they don't even have enough chairs for everybody every time I go and collect a urine sample at someone different taking it I have had multiple times where they told me that I failed my drug test but then they send it in and it was fine. It's just an unorganized chaotic mess and it seems like it's turns more into a money-making mail than anything I do not feel like one person that works there actually cares about what they're doing so I would usually in the past recommended this place but I would definitely think twice before going now.

This is how treatment should be! Staff members are friendly, and helpful. They make eye contact and SMILE. The providers are well educated and so understanding. I've never felt judged or looked down on. The office is very modern and beautifully decorated, made me feel welcome. With this kind of support treatment is highly effective. I'm so thankful!

I found this place when my boyfriend was getting clean after many yrs of addiction. At first staff seem to be helpful and all was going well. I have went through yrs of the addiction with him. I know when he is using and when he isn't. And this time I can truly say he is doing amazing at the whole sobriety thing. Im not one to enable because that does happen many time from family and or significant others .And out of no where his drug screens where coming back positive ,with this being said he test 3times a week where he is watched and no positive test except clean slate .Maybe these folks need to rethink the lab they use or maybe the insurance companies need to check into this practice. Because from working in the insurance field higher level of care the more money they make on patients. We have now went somewhere else where there has been no positive test . I want to wish the best of luck to anyone becoming sober and keep your head up because this isn't easy for anyone including the family. Don't give up . It is possible. He is still doing amazing and so can u. But beware of this facility because it can make you discouraged when you truly know this time that you are sober . Discouragement is what had started to happen with him so we had to found another facility. And when I say we It's because we are all in it together ❤️

Everyone was friendly, helpful and professional. I am thinking seriously of seeing your in-house therapist based on how smoothly your company has made everything. I have stress, been a long term issue for me, generalized anxiety disorder is what they said, with no insurance it is more stressful to find someone to see. Hope the process is as easy as everything else has been. By the way, they will take cash and have payment plans if you get behind, they wont just leave you twisting in the wind. If you have had a life like mine then that means something.

Clean slate has the most caring and compassionate employees. I’ve been coming here for about 7/8 months, never experienced the MAT but I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else. Sometimes they are running behind and have a longer wait time than normal but that’s because they take their time with the patients and want to welcome all new people. I appreciate all they do for me. And if your hungry, ask for a snack ;) thanks csc y’all the bomb dot come - Kenzie

Me and my fiancé both really enjoy coming to Clean Slate. The staff/employees that work here, the front counter counter receptionist, and the checkout receptionist, are both very friendly and professional, and really do make our experience a great experience, and we highly recommend anyone that needs a good place to come to, come to Clean Slate. None of the people there including the doctors or phlebotomist, or counser Jenny is very professional and very friendly and she does not try to judge you or look down on you in any way at all, and her, as well as all of the other employees, really do make you feel right at home!! Thank you all for all of your help with me and my fiancé, and we both really hope you all have a very Blessed Christmas and happy Holidays!! May God Bless you all!! :-)

No Heart business. Everyone was a rush salesman, selling snake oil. Even prescribed medication for detox. I told them I was not detoxing and not going to take. And demand that I show up suited 2times a week for 8 visits. I just finished iop. Been clean for 4 1/2 months. Only had Suboxone in urine. Show up twice a week and a 24-48 hr pill count on call which is up to them,at their discretion or you can't get medication here. My 1st day is my last. No snake oil for me, I guess. Lol...!!!

The Clean Slate Clinic has helped me tremendously with important health issues I needed to help with, I've been a client (patient) for a few years now. The providers and staff are very knowledgeable and helpful in all regards, I don't know what I would've done without them. If this sounds like the help you need and want for a solution for your addiction give them a call.

👍👍 Wonderful experience. I would highly recommend 502 Urgent Care and Dr. Lovelace. My son and his wife needed a PCR test for travel to Japan. Results took less than 30 minutes and Dr. Lovelace was familiar with the extra form needed by the Japan Ministry of Health and filled it out while we were th...
