While in office tends to take a while. I once waited hours for a new baby appointment that was supposed to be at 10am and I was there 5 hours after my appointment time. I was lucky I didn't have my toddler with me. I was at my appointment 30 minutes early signed in and waited. And waited. And waited. They put everyone who showed up folders on top of mine. They need a better system then what they have in office. I was ready to leave that day but needed the starting benefits. I will say since they have gone to only phone appointments, it is a much better option. I think they should keep doing this even after Covid is over. It is faster and they don't have to deal with all the kids and noise and complaints. I will say I don't have an appointment until April but I lose half benefits next month. I have been waiting for a call from them for 2 days. I will be calling again tomorrow to get it fixed hopefully.
