Didn't
even
manage
to
book
a
room
at
this
place.
Took
several
hours
of
calling
before
I
got
an
answer,
and
when
someone
finally
answered
he
was
very
rude.
When
I
said
I
had
cats
as
we
are
moving
cross-country
and
offered
to
keep
them
in
their
kennels
over
night
he
sarcastically
said
"good
luck"
and
hung
up.
Blown
away
by
the
outright
hostile
service
here,
"good
luck"
running
a
business
with
that
attitude.

To
reply
to
your
response,
I
didn't
complain
about
the
policy,
it's
a
reasonable
and
common
policy.
I
simply
reviewed
your
rude
response
and
terrible
customer
service
attitude.
I
had
only
been
calling
your
hotel
for
hours
because
I
wanted
to
support
a
small
business
-
after
you
hung
up
on
me
it
took
me
less
than
five
minutes
to
find
and
book
a
different
pet-friendly
hotel
in
Truro,
and
let
me
tell
ya
the
service
was
infinitely
better.
As
a
hot
tip,
responding
to
negative
reviews
by
name-calling
someone
who
just
wanted
to
give
you
business
only
makes
you
and
your
business
look
worse.
