WORST Starbucks I have ever visited. I walked up to the door at 7:45 and it was locked. So I got in my car and went to the drive thru. No one answered at the speaker so I pulled up to the window. The girl working came over to the window, got ice in her drink and just looked at me. Didn't say a word. When the door/website says you close at a certain time you should be open until those hours. Otherwise post a note on the door or notifying the public of your early closing. I work in the restaurant industry as a General Manager and this kind of service would be unacceptable. Look at your cameras to check everything I'm saying.

Starbucks is a place for coffee and a cookie. There was a long waiting lines for cars but inside you’re order is there right away. Friendly staff. At the time we were there a lot of boxes where in the restaurant so take those away asap

I was very pleased with my recent mobile order experience here. The staff were friendly when I arrived and promptly assured me my drink was in the process of being made. The store’s cleanliness was exceptional as well.

This used to be my go-to spot when I would visit family every couple months in Montgomery. The place seems run down now. Order through drive thru and wanted a ice latte with no whip and I got a hot latte. I notified her and she took the latte back and gave me a watered down ice latte with whip. She didn't really seem to care and had an unenthusiastic attitude. I didn't bother to tell her it was still wrong and just took it. I went inside to throw away an old Starbucks cup I already had in my my car and it smelled so bad in there. I love the smell of coffee and espresso and I used to work at a Starbucks. It smelled like burnt trash in there or maybe the smell from the drains? Idk but it's definitely not clean.... I will be taking my business elsewhere going forward 😥

Awkward experience. I was in an ill mood with an abcessed tooth & lots of pain but no excuse for my outburst of frustration. They were real busy. I didn't know I was standing at the "wrong" register & another customer got their order in before mine. But I had just told employee I was downloading the app so she assumed she didn't need to take my order... That's when I I yelled out "Really?! Blah, blah, blah!!!" & stormed out... Geez... I was a jerk, but the employee was a professional- I gotta go apologize in person soon... 🙄😔

Typical Starbucks. They can get very busy at this location. I dunno why folks don't go inside. It was way quicker for me. Just don't park by the door because you might get stuck by the line for the drive through. Starbucks parking lots are always weird to me.

This was a great Starbucks. We just needed a quiet place to hang for a while and sip something comforting, and this fit the bill. It was very clean, and the staff was very friendly.

Terrible service! My daughter and I stopped here, went inside and not only didn't nobody spoke to us but they didn't even acknowledge us and there were 2 customers inside already seated! Needless to say, we did not order a thing from this location!

This is, by far, my favorite Starbucks location in Montgomery. The staff is friendly, the drinks are on point, and there is easy entrance and exit to the parking lot.

Horrible! Very dissatisfied. I ordered an iced caramel macchiato and I basically received milk with caramel. Not only did i circle around to get it fixed but they basically gave me the same thing. I was a fan of this area but now I can no longer bring myself to coming back.

My server name was Dorian I believe he made my drink order and I have to say I Wait all year for this one drink and i was living in FL it just didn't taste the same till Dorian made it. It was my first time at this starbucks . On the first sip I was like yessss this is how it was supposed to taste! He was very nice hard working. Ty for

I’ve been ordering from this location for a little over a year now and each time I go the staff are always smiling and friendly and asking how my day goes. Please keep up the great work

Starbucks Drink Order No. 1 - Please stop in and order the following...I got it off TT. Vinti, Iced Pumpkin Creme, Chai Latte with oak milk. Add 1 pump of Brown Sugar and 2 Pumps of Vanilla. Extras but not needed: Add Caramel Drizzle and Whipped. Thank me later. #addictive

On July 4, 2023, around 7:30 p.m. my roommate and I went to Starbucks on Zelda Road in Montgomery, Alabama. We drove through the drive through and place our order totaling $11 and some change. My roommate pulled up too the window and the cashier open the window and greeted us very politely. She gave my roommate his total and took his debit card. She ran his card and it didn't go through. She asked if his card was locked. My roommate replied no. She offered to run it again and my roommate declined and told her he would come back and pay for the items after we went to the ATM machine. The cashier responded its okay sir I'll take care of it. My roommate said I'll pay for it when we come back. The cashier again replied she would take care of it. I leaned over and said wow thank you. My roommate said thank you and we drove off. I've been in retail for quite sometime and great customer service goes a long way. This act of kindness is a true example of treating your customers first. I didnt go to Starbucks alot but this young lady has made me a Starbucks fan. I didn't catch her name so I'm sending in a Kudos on her customer service skills. She went above and beyond to satisfy her customers.

I was in line in the drive though the helper voice tone was so rude (I said I will be with you shortly I got out of line and left. Customer service is so important. I wanted something hot but was not willing to start my day out with that kind of bad tone

Worst experience ever. Ordered ahead through the app and they were out of the items we ordered. Asked for a refund and they were unable to process a refund, acted like we were unreasonable for expecting one, and directed us to a hotline that won't open for another 4 hours! It's unacceptable that you essentially stole $15 from us and cannot process a simple refund for something that you did not have in stock!
