Friendly and joyful staff! We had a 2 bed standard for 2 adults, 1 baby and a dog. The room was very big and clean. So was also the bathroom. They even setup a crib free of charge. The issue we had was upon arriving with luggage and a baby stroller we found there is no entrance without steps. Once inside they showed us a way through the bike garage to avoid the steps. Just ask inside in case you need!

Very nice, convenient, reasonably priced, comfortable and friendly hotel. 5 minutes to the train, 10 to downtown. And a great hearty breakfast! Highly recommended.

Lovely stay! Kids-friendly hotel with a delicious and extensive breakfast buffet. We got a free upgrade and our room was even better than expected. The hosts were kind and location is great, book your parking in advance and enjoy the beautiful Lübeck!

A great hotel in a great location. Very close (5 min walk) to the city centre. Very quite room. New renovated. Nice lounge where you can enjoy a beer and during wintertime a open fireplace

Very nice hotel. Well located : 5mn walk from the station (but no noise) and 5 mn from the old city entrance. Warm welcome with many smiles. Trust bar, tea room and ground rooms are very relaxing with nice atmostphere

We stayed at this hotel for one night at the end of may, and we absolutely loved it! Very friendly staff and amazing room. The kids loved how kid friendly it was! Nice location close to everything. Great parking in a secure garage!

Very good location, nice staff, tasty breakfasts. Renovation of the hotel is in progress, we got a fresh, clean and very comfortable room [junior suite] equipped in everything that we could need travelling with a child. Hotel is children-friendly, dogs-friendly [a welcome set + bowls for a dog] and offers safe parking places. There was a possibility to rent a bike, which was included in the price. Generally a very good value for money and a great option for a family stay in Lubeck.

Beautiful rooms, very comfy public areas. Candy an ice tea at arrival and a glass of wine because we booked via their own website. Really an excellent hotel with a relaxed atmosphere. When in the neighbourhood I will stay here again, 100%

What an adorable place with such nice staff, and great location. Kids actually squealed when when we opened the door and discovered our family room was Lego themed. Comfortable, cleverly decorated throughout, friendly with lots of nice touches. No car needed walked just 3 blocks into lovely city center, and walked just 3 blocks the other way with our luggage from the train station. Wish we were staying longer!

This hotel is very good if you travel with pets. We had two dogs and they were treated and received very well in contrast to many other of the hotels in the area. They gave the dogs free candy and also bowls for food/water. The rooms have very soft carpets which are great for the dogs. They also gave free drinks/snacks/water to us humans. I think it was the best hotel on my trip to Germany!

Stayed here one night. I am a bus driver and brought a small group of German civil servants. Staff are very friendly, flexible to my needs and the breakfast was excellent

When I entered my room the hand wash was about to be empty . The next day I wanted to tell about this but no need .. when my room was cleaned they cared about the small small details. Everything was clean and super. Pls the staff were so nice and friendly . Coffee always for free 😋♥️ If you are searching for a quite place to relax , LIHO is the best 🤍

Perfect location. Lovely hotel and super friendly staff! Came off the ferry and arrived late but 24/7 reception. The garage is 15 euros and well worth it as the car is safe and secure. Will definitely use again when in the area!

Staff were attentive, professional, and helpful. Parking was available on site. Reserve one parking space ahead of time, or it'd be difficult to find one on the street during high season. Location was perfect-- within easy walking distance into the old part of Lübeck. Breakfast was excellent by German standard. Our family suite was so spacious, maybe up to 70 square meters--a real bonus! Would absolutely recommend !

Stayed here for 2 weeks. Check in was OK. Room has small bottles of water and wine, but they are not free. There is no fridge in the room, being so cold i guess it is not needed. There is a nice sitting area near the lobby but if you BYO alcohol, you are advised to consume it in the room as they do have a beer. A glass of Eever beer cost around 3.50 Euro. Breakfast was nice but is really gets kind of dull after 2 weeks as nothing changes, I guess not many people would stay 2 weeks in a small city town. There is a coffee machine in the relax area for use 24 hours. If you are lucky, there's cookies too. Close to train and bus station, eateries are also nearby. Old town is only s short walk away.

Good and cozy hotel located close to the old Holstentor city gate, the old city center and within walking distance to many restaurents. They have a fantastic breakfast with a huge selection of choices. The hotel also have very good complementary coffe 24/7 in the lobby. Room was clean, quiet and nice, but no aircondition or refrigerator. The hotel have their own parking facility, which is a huge plus, considering i didnt see any free public parking spaces near the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Reccommended!

Although the hotel itself may be a bit ageing, it is extremely well run and managed - very clean rooms, very helpful staff and an excellent breakfast. I especially love the fresh wafers (self-service so you get them right out of the iron)!

The double room was quite spacious and clean, bathroom modern but for 2 people really tiny. Breakfast was great, included fresh waffles. It can be tricky to find a parking space, the hotel has some parking spaces in garage for 15 €/night.
