Pretty disappointed. Double bed I booked and paid for wasn't avaliable. Two beds were put together with gap in the middle.

The hotel is nice and clean. It is in the center of Lublin, very close to many restaurants and pubs. Good breakfast at the hotel. The rooms are small, and the shower in the bathroom is very small too. Also the spa is not opened on Sunday. Overall, good experience.

The place is a bit boring. Could be stylish and elegant but is missing a bit of a final touch. Room 217 is big and comfortable but has absolutely no Wi-Fi signal. Breakfast is good with a large selection of items to chose from

The hotel was absolutely perfect, it was clean, the staff was helpful and would definitely recommend! We spent New Year’s Eve there and we greeted the New Year perfectly. The food at the restaurant was tasty but it wasn’t the best I’ve ever had. The roasted duck soup was amazing but the main course which was a steak was underwhelming, undercooked and unflavoured. Overall would recommend.

Wo booked a modern room. The day we checked in, 2 light bulbs were burnt out. We called the reception and they sent someone to fix it. The shower seal was also broken. Water flooded our bathroom. We called the reception and they told us to change the room. I have to praise Mr. Radoslaw Treska for an excellent service. He helped us change the room. He also fulfilled all my request such as asking for an iron and the ironing board. Most importantly, he is very polite and always have a smile on his face which makes me feel very comfortable and welcomed. Because of his politeness and kindness, I give this hotel 4 stars despite other issues. Without him I would have given this hotel a 1 star. Other receptionists who assisted with my check in did not smile at all which is horrible. They should all learn from Mr. Radoslaw. The staffs who helped to clean the water in the bathroom and sent me water bottles deserve a praise too as they were smiling. The location wise is perfect if you walk.

We’ve been coming here for 25 years, either for business or pleasure! Service is consistent and friendly. It’s great to see people here remembering your name for so many years. Overall a great experience.

It's been 15 years I'm resting at the Grand Hotel. Crew is always at its best, breakfast and restaurant are pretty good. The atmosphere of the building is really making a single difference. See you soon.

Just across the street from the Plac Litewski (a fountain-filled plaza), this hotel is luxurious and affordable. Walking distance from the Old City, it's a 10-minute cab ride from the train station as well. Friendly staff, and a great breakfast buffet.

I was at the hotel for training. The staff is polite, but there was a problem with the air conditioning system in our conference room. It is simply not regulated from there, and in order to turn off the cooling, we had to go to the reception. For coffee breaks, they prepared very budget cookies, coffee, juice and cheap tea. This, to put it mildly, surprised, because the hotel has 5 stars. Lunch was ordered at a hotels restaurant. Presentation is pretty standard. Meat and vegetables were normal, but I didn't like the taste of potatoes, soup and desert. The second time I would definitely not eat here.

Beautifully decorated hotel, spacious and also nicely furnished rooms. Breakfast is huge with a wide selection of dishes. The street can be a bit noisy, you might want to take a room facing the courtyard. Nevertheless, we had a good night's sleep in a room facing the street.

I had one Bite of the poorly presented kotlet schabowy. I asked the waiter what could be done about the food. Krzysztof the waiter told me that's the way it comes. I had to eat the potatoes because was told they wouldn't replace the dry stale piece of meat saturated in oil. I'm very disappointed with service.

It is not quite "grand hotel" in a sense of what your might imagine from the movies, but very decent place to stay. Best selling point is superb location - 5 mins from the very center of the city with all its action, but far enough to enjoy quite sleep. Restaurant serves very good food, but it feels a bit empty. Another point for improvement - the gym. It is not to the standard, IMHO.

The staff are taking up the customer service to another level. The courtesy, kindness and manners of members of staff are something what other hotels could learn from this place. Room was tidy, really cosy with some fabulous modern features. The facilities are just amazing. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

Beautiful, centrally located, hotel with great aspirations. Service and breakfast were remarkable. However, the 'modern' rooms are still a bit stuck in the past and there's no convenient parking.

ill start from the good things: the staff was very nice. the location is simply the best you can get in Lublin. But the single room was very small, the breakfast was very average and the hotel simply didn't feel clean.

This is a very nice place to stay if you want a lovely walk to the Old City Lublin. Pleasant atmosphere, clean, house keeping staff polite and respectful. Breakfast was good but could have used a bit more spice. Excellent breakfast pastries.

Lovely classic and at the same time modern hotel! Our penthouse room was spacious and extremely clean. Breakfast was varied and delicious! (I particularly loved the egg salad) Perfect location, highly recommended!

I stayed at the IBB Grand Hotel Lublin for a week in March 2022. The hotel was very well equipped and my room was excellent! I was there for a week to arrange bus transport from Chelm to - and reception in - the Netherlands for Ukrainian refugees. Unfortunately I forgot to bring my own orthopedic pillow when I left for the Netherlands. It must have been the many life-defining impressions, I suspect. But thanks to the very attentive help of Katarzyna Szwaczkiewicz, I now have my pillow back. She has been so very kind to send my pillow free of charge to my home address in the Netherlands, so that I can now sleep just as wonderfully as I did in the IBB Grand Hotel Lublin after all the impressive days I had in Chelm that week that I stayed there. I look back with great pleasure on my stay at the IBB Grand Hotel Lublin and would like to once again express my thanks to Katarzyna Szwaczkiewicz for her extremely good service! Leon den Hollander

Comfy hotel in the heart of Lublin. This hotel is placed perfectly at the beginning of the evenue that brings to the old town. Rooms are roomy and clean and well furnished. Breakfast buffet is very rich and good.

Beautiful hotel. Excellent rooms. Friendly staff. The kitchen is absolutely solid. Very reasonably priced for the amenities. Strongly recommended, EXCEPT for the bar. Stick to beer, because some of the whiskey has been noticeably cut with water. And not just a little. I always drink my whiskey neat and have for many years. The differences in flavor and strength were immediately apparent. An unfortunate stain on an otherwise superb hotel.

Great place to stay when in Lublin. Very close to old town - walking distance. Nice breakfast with variety of local cuisine. Equipped with gym. Very helpful staff; clean rooms. We spent nice time during the wedding and I must say food served during the event was great.

Good hotel, good service, good place in very center of city. Staff also is doing their best, so I can only suggest to stay there. We didnt tried restaurant, located in hotel, but at least breakfast was good. Only small problem can be parking near the hotel, we had to park some 300m away.

We had a newly refurbished modern room and it was very spacious and clean. The carpets in the room and halway were all brand new. Staff were very helpful and friendly in the reception as well as the ones serving breakfast. In terms of breakfast quality it was okayish. Variety was not great and presentation was quite poor. I was surprised by the lack of seasonal polish fruit and any decent fruit salads. Also serving pieces of green pepper on a plate does not look very appealing. The building interiors and reception area need updating to match its impressive look on the outside. It definitely lacks in this area.
