Beatiful little things.

One of the staff is poorly trained and struggled to perform sales at an adequate level expected for a high street boutique such as Swarovski. We were charged for additional item at checkout so we have to went back to get that rectified which resulted in significant time wastage.

Beautifully furnished boutique and totally friendly, courteous employees. The products are very beautiful, unfortunately the quality of the jewelry (in our case) leaves a lot to be desired. A bracelet had to be replaced 3 times within 6 months and a ring lost a glass diamond after just 2 days. . . . A pity.

All the rings I bought from Swarovski have defects. Either they become a different color, they lose their shine immediately, or if you wear stockings you have to be careful because as soon as you pass your hand near your leg the stockings tear because the finishes of the rings are poorly made. I made the complaint a few months ago at the Lucerne store, and they didn't even try to resolve it. They said that ring was from 4 or 5 years ago. Which is not true, because I bought it in the Lucerne branch less than 2 years ago and only after 5 months it became a different color. But they had closed the branch and when they reopened it I went (after a few months), and they told me that the guarantee is 2 years but that ring was from 4 or 5 years ago. And I brought him back way before age 2. A shame. The store manager was not at all courteous in solving a problem. She didn't even apologize, nothing. I will never buy from them again, terrible customer service and very good quality. Other brands are better.
