The
one
star
is
for
the
service
attitude
of
the
receptionist
as
we
did
not
get
to
see
the
dentist.
My
son
chipped
his
tooth
on
our
first
day
of
arrival
in
Switzerland
for
our
holiday
on
18
Nov
and
we
had
to
find
a
dentist
to
patch
his
teeth
up
as
he
was
experiencing
pain.
On
the
recommendation
of
our
hotel
we
turned
up
at
this
clinic.
When
I
explained
the
situation
to
the
receptionist,
she
was
very
unsympathetic
and
refused
to
even
check
with
the
dentist
if
they
were
able
to
see
my
son
as
a
last
minute
appointment.
She
just
kept
repeating
that
the
earliest
appointment
is
one
week
later
even
though
she
admitted
that
this
could
be
considered
a
dental
emergency
but
she
is
not
a
dentist
(but
yet
did
not
check
with
her
dentist)
and
usually
they
do
not
do
anything
since
it’s
baby
teeth
(which
I
verified
with
many
other
dentist
friends
later
is
medically
inaccurate).
When
I
asked
her
if
she
could
recommend
any
other
clinics
in
the
area
since
we
are
totally
unfamiliar
she
said
I
would
have
to
check
myself.
Thankfully
we
managed
to
google
and
find
another
clinic
later
where
we
had
a
polar
opposite
experience.
The
receptionist
immediately
went
to
check
with
her
dentist
and
we
were
treated
kindly
despite
the
fact
that
they
knew
we
were
tourists
and
would
unlikely
ever
visit
again.
This
shows
true
compassion
which
is
what
a
medical
service
should
embody.
I
would
know
as
I’m
in
the
medical
line
myself.
