Room was super clean, everything was in proper way as it is supposed too. Lacation is fair. Entrance a bit small but when you will enter you will be amazed to see the beauty and hospitality of reception and every person there. Without any hesitation, you can book.

Hotel Nexus, we stayed there for three days. Rooms very clean and specious. All the amenities available. Staff very cooperative. Manager I forgot his name is very helpful and polite. I recommend to choose with out any hesitation.

This is a cheap hotel suitable for migrant workers. Rooms are small and unhygienic, service is terrible. They try to fleece customers as much as they can. A room worth 1000/- may be charged upto 4000/- depending on customers status. Book at your own risk, if anything else is unavailable.

A good place for tourists and non business class visitors. No dine in. But they provide the need in room service. Cost bit on the higher side but it's fine for room service. Car parking is an issue but they help us in parking and taking away. All employees are kind. They help max. Rooms are neat and clean. Cost wise very reasonable. They provide one item of food as complimentary. At walkable distance you have many snacks and restaurants. Taking outside food not allowed. So if you want a family hotel nearby station this is the best. They also provide toiletries kit. No regrets on the rooms and service.

The Hotel is a Gem within the capital of UP. I had booked online two months ago hassle-free. Although a bit apprehensive about services. I was in for a great surprise upon arrival. Some of the salient features are as follows. 1. The surroundings of the hotel is typically busy Lucknow style but once inside you can feel the difference and are completely isolated and safe from chaotic outside. 2. The reception starting from security guard to front desk to chefs and roomboys are noteworthy. 3. The role of the staff especially the reception is praiseworthy in dealing with various aspects of costumer satisfaction. 4. The rooms were done up wonderfully upon arrival and all were professionally managed. I have been to various places and hotels but these services of Nexus needs special appreciation. All items, furniture, crockery, beds, bathroom and general cleaning was perfect in all aspects. Complacency was nowhere to be seen. 5. The kichen of Nexus needs special mention. They are prompt, professional, and discreet with perfect skills to manage your culinary request. Kudos to the men at work from 0800 to 2300 hrs relantanously. All the items ordered were having a great taste and professional touch. Prices are slightly on the higher side but good quality needs sufficient remuneration. Keep it up. 6. The general cleaniness of Nexus is top notch. You will never notice any thing amiss in the surroundings. All are placed were it should have been. 7. The Nexus has good lift, nicely lit up alleyways, fire sensors (in every room) and speaker system on the floor corridors. 8. My experience with staying here for four complete days seems to be out of world experience for me. 9. Although I preferred quoting names of individual staffs for there dedication in keeping up the hotel's reputation, I refrained owing to privacy. But anyway the reception, kitchen and the management needs special appreciation in all respects. 10. Hotel situated in naka hindola near by Gurudwara.....one can easily reach there from charbagh or bus station by taking a convenience asking to drop you to Gurudwara...They provide complimentary breakfast (pre availed package) that is very good...In kitchen hygiene is taken care of which can be seen from the food that they serve in rooms.... everytime whatever they bring is fully wrapped up in....stayed for two days....overall very good experience here....

Worst stay ever, In breakfast included, they only provide tea and plain paratha which we eat at home! Guys i suggest you to stay away from this property as owner is misbehaved and rude. Also it is better to stay at other place and skip this property in which you may get better services on offer.

Approach to hotel is not good, electric pole with thousands of hanging wire in front of entrance gives very dangerous and poor look. One of the lady receptionist is always angry and misbehaved. We had booked one of the premium rooms with tripple occupancy. However, the linens were dirty, we had struggled to get them changed. Washroom has leaking taps, no ventilation in room. Only one window, which is permanently closed with dark glaze. In room, breakfast is very bad. No choice of dishes. Very rigid on time. There is no restaurant. They refused to serve after 10:00. It will be better to book the room without breakfast. There are good places for breakfast at walking distance from hotel.

I was invited in a friend's party at Hotel Nexus And stayed a couple of days in his superior room . I couldn't believe such a great room in this naka charbagh area. It was specious and equipped with Free Superfast Wifi and delicious food they serve. Thanks to chef and staff . I will definitely visit again whenever I come to Lucknow. Keep it up.

Somebody suggest us to visit Hotel Nexus near naka hindola charbagh lucknow as They have already have the option for Family Room Where We Get 2 Double Beds In A specious Room With Economical Charges. This made our stay enjoyable and hassle-free. Our kids had a great time, and we felt well taken care of. definately we will suggest it.

my brother rahul mishra book this hotel on 5th december mr pritam hotel manager ask for advance payment my brother sent 500 rupees on the qr of the hotel later mr pritam ask for transaction details he share that too but later mr pritam denied that i will check in our bank account morning till then you have to pay full 2600 vary bad hotel and service is very bad i will reust you guys dont go for this hotel there are much more good option available like treebo

I visited to book the hotel.. there is small lift. The area is suffocating even in the the corridor. Room are too small and you can't tolerate the smell. Then I changed my mind and not booked at all

This hotel is excellent! Great price for the location and everyone is so friendly and accommodating. The front desk executive deserves a raise because he made our stay wonderful! We told him we had had a horrible experience at a different hotel before transferring here and he went above and beyond! He gave us cold water before we left, always had a smile on his face, and waited with us 45 min past his shift to make sure we got our taxi to the airport! The room was spacious and well lit.

Location- Very Near to the charbagh railway station and aminabad and prime location of Lucknow. Cleanliness- The cleaning of the Hotel is great room, Corridor, Bathroom, All are super clean. Staff- Staff Including the reception is generous...they really add value to your stay. Food- They have a inhouse kitchen and they provide quality and tasty food to your room and the order time is maximum 20 min. Others- They helped in checkin, luggage carrying and they listen to the problem anyone face during the stay. One can choose the hotel for the stay in Lucknow without any hesitation. Dolly Singh's (Supervisor) behaviour wasn't quite good just because we booked the hotel online. She needs to take the training course of hospitality. She took cash for early check-in before 12 o'clock and gave room at 2:30 PM didn't even apologize for letting us to wait this long.

I think, here most are fake reviews by hotel ..I took room for one day..I will never prefer again In my life .... 1. Extreme bad smell ( like toilet smell) in rooms ..No COVID precautions (or) sanitization (or) cleanliness .. 2. No mobile signal in room and no wi-fi ( they say wi fi is under maintenance) 3. Very irresponsible staff - they tell room is confirmed when we book in advance . Once after we go to hotel they say rooms are filled 4. They don't give hotel bill also ... I paid amount before check in into the room ....but they have not given me bill so far ..evry time when I call them.. they say we will share it by tomorrow morning ...I followed up for almost a week ..afterwards they are not lifting my phone ... This is my stressful experience ...after paying money ....

Worst service they take 20-30 minutes to serve a single order. Arogent receptionist (Amit). Pathetic food quality. If you want to spoil your family mood or any family function please book Nexus hotel, Lucknow.They are expert in this. All ratings are fake. I booked on the basis of ratings that was my biggest mistake.

We had a 4 Night stay in this location and it was perfect; the room was clean and just right for what we needed. The location is so close to Charbagh Railway Station and easy to get to. The lobby is comfortable with coffee on tap all day long and desk staff always willing to help. Without a doubt, the best part of the stay was the morning staff serving breakfast. They were very genuinely friendly and helpful. They seemed happy to be doing their job and made everyone that walked through the door feel welcome.

Location is in congested area. Parking of vehicles is restricted. We choose this hotel as we had less time and because of a pet with us. The bad point is the behaviour of front desk staff. They were so adamant for deposit of the room rent in advence. I had deposited initial Rs 2000. But stayed next night also. But front desk staff called me to deposit the room rent & pet charges in advance. When I told thrm that I will pay sll amount at the time of checkout. But they showed their rudeness.
