In 3 minutes from Ludwigshafen Mitte Bf. Beatiful and clean from inside. Ery friendly personal. The order comes fast. Koffee is tasty, BUT :) earl Grey tea is supper :) So, Im.living in Neustadt and I will definitely come to LUDWIGSHAFEN to eat new York cheescakw here in Alex. Believe me, dear friend, it is just amazing.Im cheescake addicted person. Its possble to pay with card. Menu has waffeln with a huge cream and ice. The prices are extremely affordable. It's a nice place, but staff needs to be improved. They leave the day menu on the table in the evening as well, so they risk customers to order from it. Then they are rude if you ask for 5 more minutes to select a different dish. Food wise it's OK, small portions for the price though. After some staff training it has 5 star potential, but for now... There are better options.

Stopped in here since it was one of the only places open on a Sunday. They have a good menu selection from Schnitzel to burgers and even a hearty brunch option. I ordered the Chicken Tikka Masala which arrived piping hot. The only issue was that the jasmine rice was dry but I dumped it into the pot with the sauce so it didn't end up an issue. This restaurant is listed as German however I'd think "comfort food" is more accurate. Hope I can catch their brunch service when I'm back in town.

Dear owner, Please remind yourself that it depends on the customers if they like they come but if they don't like then not only they shall regret their time but rather this shall result in bad marketing. The restaurant is clean no doubt, service staff is also ok and not bad. But the overall food quality is below average Very unsatisfactory food and taste in terms of freshness, aroma etc. Please see yourself your tomato soup and go to any German restaurant and see to it. Same goes for flamkuchen, rice which was wet and sticky and galaxies away what basmati rice is all about Yes, plate was clean and neatly decorated but food lacks everything from appeal to taste. Best is come there as anonymous and order the food yourself and talk to the cooking staff.

Update due to downgrade😢 Our table reservation wasn't found.😤 6,50€ for a wine schorle in the Pfalz 🤔😭 Toilet hygiene shocking 😱 especially in Covid times.😷 The following night/day my wife & I had very dodgy stomachs.😰 Finally no reply to an Email we sent to them.😡 Original review below⬇️ Everything works well, whether for a coffee or a cocktail, an enjoyable tasty breakfast or a full meal. Staff & atmosphere very friendly.

Friendly staff and delicious food.

The waiters are not soo good. I had to walk up to him and tell him that we would like to order. He didn't come to us to ask us what we would like to order even though we waited like 15 minutes and he saw us all the time.

This is by far the best Alex we've been to for breakfast. Like other Alex's they have a morning all you can eat. They offer more variety and they keep it fresh. There was plenty of seating and the atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable.
