Hope somebody from Saturn will read it. This particular shop delivered me an item (online purchase) with a non-original and non-functioning battery. After that they just broke all communications with me knowing that I am from another city and will likely not visit them. I hope it was a mistake and not stealing employees. In any case, such businesses are the thing from the past, so I guess I just helped them to live a little bit longer :) Not sure whether it's a good or bad thing though...

Products shown online has less cost as compared to offline store.

Never go there. Lot of destroyed items they sell as new. When you give it back first You will wait 30min to receive documents and then you need to wait next 30min in line so cashier will register cashback.

Lack of respect for customers,arogange and incompetence.Untill now I had 3 bad experiences in this store,twoo times with the service and one time with a wrong price.It seems that the store manager tolerates and encourages these things.

They sell goods that do not exist or do not correspond to the stated characteristics. When pointing out this case, the support tried to ignore the complaint. After urgent recommendations, they did accept the appeal. But a month after the first appeal they asked to send the story again. Plausibly non-existent product is still on sale. Facepalm.

for the second time i was disappointed by the same employee. The man was again very very rude,and has no interest to hear what i need and he also didn't wan to help me. Even though i was politely asking for his help.

Selection is not good in the categories I visited. In ear headphones and razors. There were no good headphones on offer at all, only cheap trash. The electric razors were serviceable but very limited selection

Big store. Lots of good items. Salespeople and consultants speak English. However, they all talk to each other a lot and no one came up to help pick out a product. Even when I asked about what I'm looking for. They just showed me where to look. But on the goods I did not find any prices or descriptions. Therefore, the store is not bad and there is a choice, but in my case there was no contact with the buyer.

Well the shop is good. Employees are friendly and the selection of products are okay. The prices are not. It's way too expensive outside the special offers. Even the not far Saturn in Mannheim is much much cheaper. Parking is a hassle, but that's because it's in the middle of the city.

Few months ago I buy a Motorola handy from Saturn and after just 1 month it start having problem in touch.when go there employee say this is not a problem and I will correct right now but about 1 hours of effort ,search and consulting with other colleagues he say u can claim warranty for that but thing that frustrated me is that they refuse to give my credit back so i can purchase another phone from ther market right there and they can keep that if they want after it alright or another phone to use for that 1 month it took to claim that warranty.so I have to buy another phone for that period but overall its good but when u want to know about something staff doesn't know that or refer u to another person.overall if u want to purchase first search and compare online and when a special offer for desire product came u can purchase that but never rely on staff advice because u can know more about product by reading on labels then the staff.
