Tobias Hammer “Sir Brompton” helped me choose the best bike for my daily needs in the city limits. I chose the Cube Touring EXC after trying many other bikes that he prepared for me to test ride inside the store. He is very knowledgeable and his English was perfect! If you’re from the US and working in Germany near Mannheim, ask for him to help you. Also, if you’re interested in purchasing one of the British folding bikes (Bromoton), he is the guru - that’s his specialty!

I went in knowing the bike I wanted and I'm lucky I did, the store (Ludwigshafen) is amazing, a huge selection. I was like a kid in a candy shop, I had to control myself. Thankfully Max Fasold was an awesome dude and he got me set up on my new wheels, he a had excellent knowledge of the particular system I was after, the CDX gates belt drive and shared his own personal knowledge and experience with it. Max immediately grasped that my Deutsch was not my strong point and communicated with me in excellent English. The whole team were great and friendly. The bike is awesome, Cube Hyde Race for my commute, love it. Vielen Dank, ich komme irgendwann wieder. P.S. I had an epic urban ride back to the main station as the sun went down.

The best customer service I have experienced in dealing with 5 bike shops within an hour of this location. Johanes ensured that we were sure the bike fit and we still wanted it even though it was a click and collect situation. Then he ensured we had all acessories needed to include for a bike we purchased at another location. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience at the service department of this store. I was helped by Uwe Karsch who went above and beyond to find the part that I needed for my Carver mountain bike. He was very easy to understand being that I only speak English and I will continue to come to this store even though it is over and hour away because the service and staff is outstanding. I went in to buy an ebike. It was like a circus. I was able to find one salesman who tried to speak English however , when I went back to look for him, he was helping someone else. Horrible experience. I left without the bike after waiting for an hour.

I had an excellent experience with the service department. My wife and I were living in Germany on a delegation and had our bikes shipped over from the US. My wife's bike incurred a damaged wheel in shipping and I unfortunately I had a pretty bad crash early on in our stay and incurred a bunch of damage to my bike. The staff were extremely helpful in getting us back on the road especially considering we did not speak any German, especially Uwe Karsch who was an incredible help and we shared some nice conversation as well. I highly recommend the service department (and Uwe!)

Another great Fahrrah-XXL bike shop with massive range of everything cycle related. That said, it doesn't carry super high end gear, but so long as you're not buying for a pro team you should be set.

Very friendly service by Mr. Dadak and great choice of bikes! Trying the bikes inside the store is really nice because of dedicated bike lanes with in/declines. The Jobrad process was very straightforward. Would definitely come back.
