Why is this Hampton inn so much nicer than all the others!? It makes no sense! Once I was in my room I literally had to double check that I was in a Hampton inn. The place is hip, spotless, upscale. The 2 staff members even at 1230am were professional and made you feel at home. I make the trip drive from NY to Florida twice a month and this will definitely be a go to stop for me. Keep up the awesome work! This hotel stands out from all the rest!

We have stopped at many Hampton Inns across America and have visited here in the past. We have always had a good experience. The staff is outstanding, helpful and very pleasant. Breakfast is an assortment of typical breakfast foods with a waffle maker, if that is your choice. The oatmeal is real home cooked and very good, as well as their muffins. We especially appreciated Ms. Nancy & Ms. Barbara for their care of the food area, their friendliness and outstanding service! Highly recommend this Hampton Inn…we’ll be back!

The doors greet you when you enter and say goodbye when you leave. Excellent service from the front desk, very friendly. The rooms are beautifully clean, and there is no sign of pests. The hotel is located in a very nice place, there's food nearby and entertainment.

When we arrived, we were sat right away. Our waitress had the drinks, salad and bread sticks out right away. She was very polite and well versed on the menu. After placing the order, she checked on us a few times to make sure we were ok. When the food came it was hot and well prepared. Overall, we had a wonderful experience.

My hotel stay was fantastic! The staff were incredible (kudos to Cassie, Tammy, and Lynn) and very helpful. Cassie, the manager on duty, even went up to my assigned room before I checked in to make sure everything was in working order. I was staying for 5 nights and didn't want to move all my stuff if the A/C or TV or whatever wasn't working. The breakfast was phenomenal and the updates to the hotel are beautiful! what a great property :) thanks for everything!

We stayed overnight on our way back from Florida. This was a perfect place to stay for that. We used the Hilton app to check in and it was super easy. Room was clean and comfortable. Plenty of dining options in the area. Would recommend.

This hotel was a great stop on the way to Florida. We got in late and the front desk still greeted us. The room was very nice and clean. My only complaint was I would have liked a nicer shower. Everything was up to date except that. The breakfast was pretty nice besides getting a terrible banana. The breakfast area was clean and the attendants were very nice. Felt very safe while we were there. Would def stay here again!

This is a really nice location. Clean, well cared for, and modern. Full breakfast and friendly check in. They have a very cute duck theme where a rubber duck is left in your room and you are encouraged to take a picture of it while on vacation. Needs electric car charging station. Pricier than most Hampton inns

Easy to get to location with plenty of food options around. Staff was great, breakfast was hot and fresh and importantly rooms were clean and we slept well. We enjoyed the downstairs seating area as a group and the pool was a great place for the kids to hang. Outside patio right off the pool was a nice touch with seating and umbrellas.

After a 10 hr. Drive from Florida, I was tired at 10:30 pm. Nite shift was chatting, didn't want to work late shift. Kept me waiting just to check in. Repeated instructions rapidly. Finally got keys and went to sleep. Breakfast was not great as advertised but will do. I've been stopping at Lumberton Hampton In since 2006. So, for the price. Room was excellent.

The room was very clean. Breakfast was just what we needed. The southwestern omelet was tasty. The only downside was that the ice machine was broken and had to go down 2 floors for ice, but that's not a big deal.

The staff is extremely helpful. One of many reasons that my family and I will continue to come back when traveling to Savannah. The indoor gym and computer area is also very nice. The only negative is that for me, the bed was a little lumpy. Otherwise, the room was very good and clean.

We couldn't have asked for a better room. Very clean, spacious, and it had all that we needed. Staff at the desk were very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was delicious.

We stayed one night on a road trip and were so impressed with this hotel, particularly the cleanliness and the service. The two women running the breakfast area on 9/17/23 (Lisa was one, I apologize I can’t recall the second woman’s name) were so dedicated to their jobs and all staff we interacted with were so kind. I was so impressed by how clean the rooms and all areas of the hotel were. Our 1 year old loved the pool which is perfect for little kids. Good, caring service has been hard to come by at hotels lately but this hotel nailed it. Thanks Hampton Inn Lumberton!

We stayed in Room 104 last night! It was huge! Clean hotel. Clean room. The two ladies at breakfast this morning started my day off right. They were so friendly and just wanted to make sure we had everything we needed. If you are driving on 95 book this hotel ahead of time. We got the last room last night. I would stay here again when passing through.

As an elevator enthusiast, this is a review about the elevators. These Otis Gen2 MRL traction elevators run very nicely and seem well maintained. The staff were very nice about letting me film these and I even got to see the elevator shaft in person for the first time. These are my favorite elevators in Lumberton. Question: When I come here again, may I do a fire service demonstration if the elevators aren't busy?

Great location, friendly staff, wonderful experience. Offers complementary water to hilton honors members. The complementary breakfast was great, omelets, waffles, oatmeal bagels and more. This location is added to our list of road trip places to stop at. The "gift" we found in the room is awesome, and we will be taking pictures with it along our travels. What a great idea. For all you wondering about the gift if you own a wrangler, you already have some, if not stop by and check out the photos playing on the TV in the lobby.

The room was clean and breakfast was good. The employees were friendly. We were stunned, however, when we checked out. We told the hotel we had a small dog when we made the reservation. When we left, the desk clerk came outside to tell us she forgot to charge us the pet fee. My husband went in to pay and it was $85!!!! Other hotels list their pet fee which is typically $10-$20. The pet fee was not included on the hotel's website. Because of this we will never stay there again. Lesson learned: avoid this chain if you are traveling with a pet.

Absolutely wonderful hotel and amazing staff! Clean, homey feeling, great gym and pool. Super pet friendly. Can't say enough about the amazing staff- every person we met was so friendly and accommodating.

Stayed here twice in the last week or so. Very pleasant and efficient staff. Room was ready at check-in time. Public spaces and room very clean. The room was spacious, with a small fridge and microwave. Decent WiFi. Comfortable beds. Everything in the bathroom worked. Lots of lunch/dinner and gas stations nearby. Breakfast was typical of mid-priced hotels. Good value!

My family and I enjoyed our stay with you. Thank you so much for your hospitality. It was perfect for what we were in need of on our way north we are from Florida and we wanted to share this little gift that they gave us in our room. the kids have been dying to send a picture.

3.5 stars! First off the woman working in the breakfast area was amazing and sweet!!! She was so helpful and chatted with my daughter and I! The rest of the hotel is just above okay/good. The room is large and clean but… we do not have a safe! We need a safe! Every room should have a safe! Also, took the kids to the pool and there were zero towels! Since I didn’t want to go up to our room I asked the front desk and they acted surprised that they didn’t have any. Also, hung out with a friend on the Lobby couch and the front desk phone rang non stop and we got up to look to see if they were busy but it was just being ignored. We kept pretending we worked there answering the phone. These minor issues need better management. Also, Food for thought-I’m in a handicap room and there is no way someone in a wheelchair could reach the stationary lotion.

this Hampton Inn ranks up there with one of my all-time favorites. I learned from Barbara one of the breakfast staff that the owners had personally picked out all of the decorations. I was blown away by all the various art. The glass mirrored wall when you get on the elevators to the different pictures around the hotel. They did such a great job. On top of that they had locks on the new sliding doors that they use at all these hotels, our previous hotel didn't have it. They went above and beyond in the pool area. a 6'x12' shallow entry area on both sides and then a 3' deep pool area made it very long kid friendly. I know that they probably get complaints from adults that want to swim laps. But we thought that it was great. They even had a television which is a first for me in all our travels. Last but least they leave a little rubber duck in your room and ask you to take it with you and take pictures during your travels. What a cool idea. I plan on stealing this idea for my chimney sweep business. Oh, one more thing, we are part of the diamond club which gets you certain perks like a drink and a snack upon arrival, and these places will usually only give you 2 per room we have 12 people traveling. It drives me crazy 🤣 when I have to argue with the front desk. This is one of the first times in awhile that gave us all waters. Really Hilton we spend over $600.00 for 3 rooms and 6 bottle water limit.

Great stay while traveling on 95. Clean room, great bathroom, modern decor, nice breakfast and pool. No complaints! (It’s also close to a variety of restaurants if you need lunch or dinner before/after your stay.)

Love this Hampton. Staff is always super friendly. Rooms are clean and I love the rubber ducks! Very convenient to restaurants and the highway. Have stayed here numerous times and will definitely be staying again.

When I checked in I asked for the room to be cleaned daily. The clerk looked at me like I was crazy and stated I needed to tell them every morning the day before if I wanted the room cleaned . Obviously still milking the pandemic by not providing full services . After reading some of the review responses , it appears the person giving these response is on a ego trip and definitely not the quality employee, I used to seeing at a Hilton property. I travel weekly and stay at a different hotel in a different city. The arrogance of the person responding representing Hilton is astounding.

The jewel of the Hampton Inn crown. The service is outstanding. I am a Diamond member and this is the best of the many Hampton inns at which I have stayed. The hotel is spotless and extremely comfortable. I felt welcome the moment I walked in and the excellent service continued throughout and I love the little rubber ducky. Stayed here for a month. Nice and clean rooms comes with free breakfast. Friendly front desk and staffs. Especially the people in cafe who serves breakfast are all awesome Especially Miss. Barbara. They all asks each and every guest about thier needs and provided with enough food. Awesome people and great place.!

Fantastic place to stay. Convenient location. Room was spotless and quiet. Staff was very friendly. Rubber Ducky program is a cool little gig. Enjoyed our stay very much. Perfect place to stay along the I95 corridor. Good job!
