There was pretty good food at this establishment. They forgot a part of our order so we had to go back inside in order to get it. But the customer service was nice and welcoming. The food was also very well made. On another note, their shakes and dessert products are nice to have in combination with everything else there.

I really like this place for a step up from regular fast food. They have a great selection of everything. Hamburgers, seafood, soups, salads, desserts, and I love their appetizers. I haven't had their veggie burger yet, but will next time. The two I have been to, everyone was great, and the place was super clean. Bathrooms and eating area were constantly being cleaned.

I came to culvers around 3:30 PM today and the order was a deluxe double with no mayo or tomato, I also got chicken tenders with honey mustard (their honey mustard is sooooo delicious) all my food was hot and fresh! (posted pictures as well on Google Review) Lori brought my order and she is so kind hearted ! Culvers is very delicious and I really enjoyed my meal from this location !

We probably end up eating at either this Culvers or the one on 54 twice a month. This location has some serious quality control issues. The burgers are constantly undercooked. Usually it isn't horrible, but today about 25% of my son's burger was rare (see photo below). My wife's theory is that the beef is frozen prior to cooking and during times of high volume, the burgers just don't have a chance to evenly thaw prior to cooking. I hope it's that and not that the staff is unaware of how to cook a burger to proper temp. I sent the same photo to Culvers Instagram so that they are aware of the issue. When done properly, we enjoy their food. I'm just a little tired of having to tell my kids to check their burgers to make sure they aren't pink.

We loved our experience at this location. Jacob was our cashier, and he served our food to our table. He went above and beyond to make us feel absolutely valued at Culver's he should be a manager. Thank you Jacob you made our dine in experience wonderful.

It was my first time to Culver's and really. I didn't think that there would be anything for a vegetarian to eat there. But they had plenty of selections and the ice cream and shakes are out of this world.

Culver's never disappoints. The food is fresh. They combine ordering at the counter with table service. The restaurant always looks clean. Aside from being fresh, the food is delicious. The Concrete Mixer is a delicious way to add to your waistline. Like everything else on the menu they are made to order. You owe it to yourself to try Culver's.

Delicious meal. We got fish and fries and cheesecake/cherry concrete. Everything was so wonderfully prepared, fresh and scrumptious! Very clean restaurant and restrooms. Staff was very friendly, and efficient. YUMMY!

Fun to just walk in, order your food and then go have a seat. Wait a few minutes and your food is brought to your table. This is an innovative new way of serving fast food and I like it. The burgers at Culver's taste like they came right off the fire, absolutely delicious.

Can’t ask for a better team behind the counter. Great customer service skills and very attentive. Another shout out to the cooks! Food is always hot and taste great! Owner should be proud and use this location as an example.

Now this Culver's on Nebraska and bears ave. Has it going on nothing bad to say all good things like customer service was amazing the food cook with perfection fries hot and crispy. Clean restaurant, bathroom clean as well awesome place to bring the family. And great ice cream and shakes. Awesome job guys thank you.

Nothing special. Just a fast food restaurant. We ordered our food and it came quickly, though they forgot our chocolate milk and we had to ask for them. Other than, that it was pretty good :)

Very surprised that the food was a 4 Star rating and the service was super. Very impressed with the manager encouraging her staff and make sure they stayed hydrated and told them what a great job they did during a lunch rush. She's a model manager. Lunch rush 9/23/2022. Looking forward to visiting again.

It's my boyfriend and I,3rd time eating here and love it. Ordering always easy and quick, i love that you can put number on the table and they bring you your food. This one is always not to crowded if eat there. So yes,love eating here.

Even though we came in close to closing time we were treated with respect from the cashier who was an absolute sweetheart and when we were leaving another worker was interacting with us and was so kind to give my 2 year old a cheese curd plushie 🥰 I’m so glad there are people like this still in the world. Thank you all for your kindness and fresh food. You all deserve a raise and recognition!

The double deck cheeseburger is phenomenal. The concrete as they call their ice cream was a delicious full meal in itself. Overall the best fast food place I've ever been to. 😊 😊 😊 😊 😊

In my view, the very best fast food burger. Yes, even better than In and Out and Five Guys. Plus, they hire good people. In some ways it reminds me of the Chick Filet of fast food hamburgers in terms of the quality of the overall experience. Great every time.

My roommate works in the kitchen here but we here really regularly this fast food place is a top notch above the rest. Their food is amazing. I highly recommend the cheese curds

It's a nice little fast food place. There's not much to really say. The food was good for something quick and yummy. Sadly, I don't have one near where I live, but when I do go up to Tampa again, I am going to go to Culver's for my milkshake and root beer float and a side of pretzel bites.

Subpar drive thru experience, 20 minutes passed with no order, got out of car to speak to someone and the order was ready but nobody brought it out. So the item was not fresh and ultimately underwhelming.

This was a first for me...I'd never seen, but heard of a Culver's...and I wasn't disappointed in any way! I had a fully loaded double burger with crinkle fries, and shared some fried cheese curds...it was all warm and fresh! I went a little overboard with adding on a medium Concrete Mixer as a dessert...which was made with vanilla frozen custard...and some other yummy items mixed in! There was a decent amount of parking, including handicapped...and they have some comfy seating if you have a sensitive back or bottom. Be safe all.

Steak N Shake tastes way better and is a few dollars cheaper for the exact same thing. Steak N Shake uses more butter on their butter burger and has more variety of milkshake flavors everyday (Culver’s has “Flavor of the Day” but if you don’t want that flavor that day you’re out of luck). All the Culver’s have a weird design inside because there are only trash cans on the right side of the restaurant, which is the same side as the drive-thru (and very few, if any, parking spaces). Everyone parked on the left side. They have to throw out their trash on the right side of the restaurant and then cross through the narrow hallway where other people are in line and putting in orders to exit the left side of the restaurant. Finally, Culver’s is too expensive. I was surprised at the price of my order and I will go to Steak N Shake from now on where the exact same meal is a few dollars cheaper.
