Had to pay to even get into use the bathroom. To give context, when I showed the lady I had wipes to use, she’s still asked me to pay and t... People often mention temple,

Overwhelmed by the scale of the temple. And the marvel of human hands that crafted something that still stands several thousand years later. What impossibly beautiful things humans can achieve. Why do we then waste our time and energy on wars and conflicts. Makes one wonder.

Ticket office. Entrance to Luxor Temple. Fast, smooth mandatory baggage check on conveyor belt and then through scanner portal like at airports.

Luxor Temple and the grandeur of the ancient Egyptians. Nothing compares to the beauty of the temple, and there are no words to describe this great edifice

Wonderful experience to see what had been covered in mud from the flooding of the Nile River for hundreds of years.

This amazing 5000 years old, the Pharos tombs deep into the mountains in respect of the kings and Queens. 5000 years later they are still good shape. The scripts & paintings are marvelous. The place certainly worth the trip for it

Dramatic temple which is unique amongst temples in Egypt. This temple has been in films like James Bond & Death on the Nile to name a few. A must if you want to appreciate the early Egyptian civilization.
