This is our second cruise on the Sarah II The staterooms are spacious with big sliding glass widows that open.. Mini fridge and safe are nice to have. Ample closet and storage. The bathrooms are small but serviceable. Fresh towels and bedding daily if you request it. All the common areas are well maintained and beautifully furnished. Great bar with alcoholic beverages. The food is wonderful, nicely presented and there is a good variety. Salads, meats, veggies, deserts, fresh fruit and much more. Excellent chef and assistants. Enjoy the sundeck days and evenings. Order anything and they will bring it up. We liked the fresh juices. The staff is well trained and they will do anything to make you happy. Whether you do 3 days or a whole week you won't be disappointed. Great shore excursions to temples and townships. Don't miss out. The Nile is a magnificent river to cruise in luxury.

My opinion: Don’t book this cruise. My experience: Is impossible to sleep and staff don’t care. The noise from other boat was impossible to deal in my room and staff simply don’t care. Full of rooms available but they said they didn’t have any. I saw tons of guest arriving after me. So take the best decision and avoid it unless you want to get a night with no sleep like me. Food was good although and some staff polite.

Very disappointed with the Nile, doesn’t matter which cruise you use. I’ve always wanted to see the Nile because of the history it has. The river is so heavily polluted with plastic waste (as is most of Egypt). Appalled at how this is allowed to happen to such an iconic landmark. The guide tried to point out interesting wild life, but in a setting of a sea of trash didn’t work. The last straw was when the propeller of the boat got Jammed with a sheet of bubble wrap, once freed, the driver through the offending item back into the river!

I didn’t enjoy the cruise, it doesn’t provide 5 stars experience as expected. The rooms are old and dusty, the shower is strange, the floors were full of water. There are no bottles in the room, drinks in the restaurant are overpriced. The food is great, the one thing I liked.

I agree with Alex P about the drinks. Everything is way overpriced. I knew I needed to pay extra for alcoholic beverages but cannot think that not even water is included. Not even bottled water in the cabin to use for brushing teeth. There needs to be some type of coffee machine available. The red mug Nescafé is horrible and served in paper cups in the dining hall. Not impressed. Not 5 star !!

We did a 3-night cruise on Princess Sarah in April 2021 from Luxor to Aswan and it was great. Thanks to the local Luxor agency -Classic tour services- we had an upperdeck room on the right side (Nile view in Luxor). Staff was efficient, food was good fresh and plenty, room was functional and very clean and we did enjoy the large French window with balcony. Only negativ point is the price of drinks at the bar and the only one nescafe for breakfast. All the rest was great. We were disappointed that part of the cruise happens after dark, to reach Edfu and Aswan, but all the boats have the exact same schedule anyway.

It is a small but beautiful cruise, the rooms are comfortable and with all the comforts, the food is very good, they have a lot of desserts and a lot of bread. It has a pool table, the captain is super friendly.

The Nile ship was great, you just had to book wifi. The food on board was great, there was something to suit every taste. The cabin was classy and nicely decorated. There was a small shop on board. Massages were also offered.

Not new ship, but very beautiful. Elegant, wooden interiors, large and clean cabins, excellent meals, friendly and attentive service. I highly recommend it and I thank Civitatis for choosing it for me, as an economical solution for this trip.

Would highly recommend it to any one wants to spend vacation and visit Luxor and Aswan, very friendly and nice staff, the food is very tasty never ate such a tasty food with many choices, everyone liked the food, rooms are very clean and big comparing to a boot, deserve 5 stars standard, the cruise entertained the guests with 2 parties in the 4 days trip, thank you the stuff there :)

The balcony cabin has large space and complete facilities. There are conference rooms, bars, restaurants, shops, performances in the evening, and a swimming pool on the plywood.

Okay, so what do you expect/want with a cruise? I’m usually one to be positive but…..Although the boat was ‘adequate enough’ we did have some serious issues with communication between our tour agent regarding just exactly what was to take place. We checked in at 11AM yet DID NOT sail until the NEXT DAY at 2pm?? When we did finally set sail we were a frickin convoy of 12 cruise ships ALL going to the same temples AT THE SAME TIME!! Needless to say the temples were a freaking mess with people and our given time was pathetically little. Although they fed you 3 huge buffer meals per day I’d give the food 5 stars (out of 10). The highlight of the cruise was actually…getting off. The drinks were never included with meals and grossly overpriced. It just all seemed so poorly run with EVERYONE trying to get a tip. And I mean, everyone. Should you not mind any of the above criticism then I’d say you have thicker skin than I!

This is not a bad cruise and it’s definitely great if you can get a discount on the tickets. The food was good enough, the rooms were spacious enough, and of course the views were nice. Our shower did not work well, in the bedrooms could have been cleaner, Also the staff should really ensure that people are wearing masks indoors when not on the deck outside. My biggest complaint is that there is no drinks included, they should at least give out water for free. You have to buy everything you drink. I would give it 3.5 stars since it’s definitely not a 5 star boat bury its decent enough to have a good time on.

Excellent place to visit. Recommended that you go on your first day to Egypt if you go to Cairo first. You will need half a day.

Air con a must. Ours didn't work well. Staff very helpful, tip at end of cruise stay into an envelope for all staff. Tip luggage porters separately. Internet can be purchased, not that good.

unfortunately we were scammed by extension group company which owns MS CONCERTO AND MS PRINCESS SARAH. Our clients cancelled due to covid. We were promised full refund by Ms Eham reservation manager but never refunded. I tired many times to get our clients refund with no result for so long. They are scam must avoid

beautiful, clean ship, cabins are very well kept, staff are helpful and nice, restaurant is spacious and the open buffet has a reasonable variety of food, fruit and dessert.

The worst scam Nile Cruise Avoid Them MS Concerto Nile Cruise is owned by extension group same company that owns Princess Sarah Nile Cruise. We paid 100% in advance but didn't get to Egypt cause of covid so we had had to cancel the trip. They promised to pay back the 100% of the paid amount but they never paid back and scammed us. We contacted Ms Eham the reservation manager but unfortunately she scammed us and never refunded us back as promised. Tried to contact their CEO Adel Bassily but he scammed us too and didn’t pay even after contacting number of times. I advise everyone to avoid this scam company.

The crew and the staff are very nice and everything is very clean: the cabins are excellently cleaned every day and the common areas are also cleaned several times a day. This ship has a style that we could define as kitsch: don't expect a modern cruise. The cabins are large and comfortable, the balcony overlooking the Nile is very nice and also the external space of the ship where you can sunbathe. The food is varied, plentiful and good; drinks are not included but are not expensive. It was our first Nile cruise and we didn't know what to expect, in the end we had a good time on this ship. The problem with these cruises is the time constraints and the fact that there are many ships that go to the sites to visit and they all move at the same times (thus creating crowds at the sites, crowds on the Nile and you are always in a hurry to leave). Three nights on this type of cruiser are enough, if you want to spend more time on the Nile I recommend a smaller boat.

Our Nile Cruise was wonderful and we found the Princess Sarah very comfortable. The rooms are bigger than on other cruises I have done, with a sitting area and large window that opens. Food was good, and service enthusiastic. A couple of things to be aware of - you pay for ALL drinks, even water. There are no ‘snacks’ (like chips) available to purchase on the ship, so make use of the little snack shops at the sightseeing shops (at the exits, nearly everywhere you go). If you have a food allergy to tomato, there is very little you can eat, as they garnish most dishes with tomato! Next time, we would contact the chef ahead and request they refrain from this or provide special meals. Ask your guide about the felucca sail, it’s so relaxing and pleasant. Another fun excursion was a motorboat ride to a Nubian village where you can see some small crocodiles and get a henna tattoo. Enjoy your cruise!

DISGUSTING is an understatement. Ship is old and looks older than it really is due to poor maintenance, furniture is wasted and broken , as well as rugs and carpets , hygiene is poor , very noisy , bar has poor selection of liquors , I understand that country rules are country rules however there are not local turists in the ship , all turists are from overseas , alcohol should be served. Food quality is poor , quantity is ok ( buffet ) most of the soups are instant as well as the coffee . Lets not talk about NYE party , non alcoholic cocktails offered ( basically colored instant drinks ) and a poor selection of very dry pastries. Service is fine

Due to this being our first nile cruise, did not have a reference point to compare. And as I booked this for my friends and family through a travel agent did not know what would unravel. On arriving, the staff was attentive and our luggage was handled. And the check inn was smooth. Our rooms were very nice and the whole experience was simply 👌. Would recommend. The staff, the ship, the food variety, the whole deal was superb. The nile cruise is a must do even though it might be for a few days only.
