    Called to make an appointment to service my car but the receptionist was rude. The tone that she used indicated that she was impatient and not interested to handle my enquiries. She even slammed the phone at the end of the call after telling me that the slot that I requested was unavailable.

    I been trying to reach out and ask about replacing my broken Number Plates and how much the prices. Unfortunely the Guy who answered my call keep telling me " If i tell you, we didnt not have any stock and you have to book for it'. I just about to ask about the booking, the guy just end the call. No saying goodbye or asking if i have another question. So rude... Please dear Perodua Putatan, i love Perodua so much and hoping Perodua can improve your staff attitude to be more professional.

    I have sent all two my Perodua cars for services and repair since many years ago. I found that the customer services are great but of course there are still room for improvement such as booking and payment system. Looking forward to buy another Perodua affordable, reliable and no frills car soon because it fits my personality. Haha..

    Very good service,all worker very professional, the way they give reassurance to client, answering questions and fast management. Due to pandemic Covid-19, they really follow sop, only appointment taken. Space for client to wait very comfortable, not crowded, washrooms clean. Good. Will keep on servicing my car here as i they got my trust. 😘

    This is Kota Kinabalu Perodua branch 2nd service center located in Putatan. Like with most service center they have limited parking space. And priority given to customers who made appointment at least 2 days before the visit. They provide free self serve refreshment for those who opt to wait. The average waiting time from being attended to having the car serviced is about 1 hour. Air conditioning is good. There are plenty of seats. Staff working attitude is good but could be improved. Overall experience is good.

    Service was excellent. I had such a nice, positive vibe from the staff. They helped me understand what to do and let me know which part of my car was being replaced, and how much it'll cost. I know it sounds like a normal, basic service to anyone. But, for a person who knows nothing about cars and their maintanence like me, it's a blessing.

    Make an appointment for service, just come on time. You will be entertained by smiling and friendly staff. After an hour or more,your car will be ready. Wonderful!!

    Improve your customer service, please. It wasn't a positive experience for the client arriving for a car service for the first time. Although the staff members that pass by don't even attempt to approach or engage with consumers, we arrived on time. As a result, it missed our appointment for our car's service. We can use the bank as an example, where staff members appropriately direct each walk-in consumer. Hope for the betterment of the future. Thank you Perodua. ❤️

    Good customer service. You have to book in advance, for a walk in customer, you have to wait for a long hours there. The price is standard and affordable. For some people it may expensive but when you come to the right place and right person for your perodua problem, then it will be a peace of mind and assurance. There is a warranty for every job they have done. Sometimes when you call for a booking they didnt answer (maybe busy), but you have to call them again. They will call you back for confirmation of your booking a day before. At the service centre there are free refreshment, confortable waiting area, tv etc.

    Went there for alignment service, really dissatisfied with their service. Alignment is not done properly need to return again to do second adjustment. Misplaced my Perodua service book took them about more than a week or more time to search and at the end told me that they can't managed to find it lastly just replaced me the plain paper homemade liked service book with some simple writing and chop of previous service record. Perodua is such a big corporate but can't afford to replace customer a new proper service booklet caused by their mistake. really disappointed.

    Adherence to SOP is good. Guard needs to be more courteous. Instead of “buat apa boss”, use “apa urusan boss” ok kah? Being here is all vehicle related I’m sure everyone is aware. “Ambil kereta”, “Servis kereta”, “beli parts” etc can be considered too.
