I'm giving 2 stars only for how beautiful is this shop. however, i wouldn't advise anyone to go there or even think of buying from them. they won't even give you a chance to talk(busytalking to each other), immediately their response would be nothing for sale. this branch has a lot of models for display!? switzerland has nothing to sale while my country has 😆. sadly those type of people draw unpleasant image. other branches true they wont sell u as well but the attention would make you give them 10 stars

I attempted to buy a Rolex Yacht-master but was confronted with overwhelming disappointment at morbidly inflated prices and hellishly awful service. At least the watches are pretty to look at..

The rolex are absolutely magnificent, no other brand can compete with that. Changing material doesn’t mean always better. Rolex has create an image that for whos is buying it knows that is the watch that will make head turns and people talk. It is a status simbol. That’s why i’ve ordered today 2 of them at Bucherer one submariner and a pepsi jubilee.. but cmooon 6 years of wait for a watch!!! Crazy I can’t wait to get that call when i’ll have probably forgotten about my order. Everyone in Bucherer was so nice the woman that served us was very gentle and we didn’t feel judged or something like that we felt very easy going actually. Something that you don’t expect when you’re going to buy a 10k jewel. Btw at the end we ordered 4 of them. Crossfingeeers thank you Rolex and Bucherer. I can’t wait for your call. You should also go and get one at least put yourself in the list.

Absolutely a scam. They will lie to your face of no watch available while selling under the counter with "special bundle" deal with the group tour organizer. What a shame.

Forget about getting service or your purchase in this shop unless you are part of the china tour. The place is like a wet market with all the china tour crowding around in the shop. The shop would serve the china tour over the individual walk in customers and inform you they don’t have stock but giving the stock to these tour groups instead.

Would be a good place to use toilet but not helpful at all if you consider to buy something. Don’t even want to reply which shop in Switzerland that I can go buy the watch.

We were lucky to try several pieces of Rolex. With professional advice, we got to buy our Rolex watches in Switzerland. It’s a blessed to purchased with my birthday’s date🎂 .

Selling to other customers right in front of me while denying me. Absolutely rude.

We were in the store to buy the watch when Sandy Wong (she said that is her name- not sure if that is correct) told us that there were no watches available and that no new watches were arriving at our store, and then they started selling to other customers. That was impolite and the worst customer service I have ever received from Rolex.

This store is very racist, especially the male Saler. He didn't even allow us to look at the watch.
