My first review with 5* “I am beyond delighted that sostrene has arrived on chambery! Welcome to you by the way! Warm welcome, bright and magnificent store. Small but full! Thank you for this wonderful welcome and see you soon!! » My current opinion: the store still remains attractive, I would never say the opposite and the products purchased in each department are good manufacturers. But I never understood why the staff was rude, no “hello”, not available for information, never spoke among themselves with customers. I understood when I had the hierarchy which is as unpleasant as possible and which is absolutely not on the human side. The only thing I would like to see is a Sostrene store in its home country and to tell them that they should correct things in France. Damage! The customer comes second!

Very pleasant store, great atmosphere and friendly staff. Lots of different equipment, various products for DIY at home. Candy and groceries + hundreds of other low-cost things to have fun. Lots of candles too and a really cool location under the arches!

A beautiful decoration store under the arcades in the center of Chambéry, a very large number of decoration products, candles, Christmas decoration, table decoration, chairs and many other things available High value for money, around €20 for 7 small paper decorations and a huge bag disproportionate to €0.70 from memory for so few small items. Go ahead and form your own opinion.

Super boutique certes mais le comportement de l’homme à la caisse est assez déplacer… Arriver en caisse, une dame âgée arrive sur l’autre caisse avec des serviette, prix afficher 1€ Le vendeur dit non 1€29, (ce sont les petite a 1€ ) la dame ne comprend pas, et le vendeur « bon vous les prenez? Car c’est déjà vraiment pas chère » Sérieusement…. Une réponse plus aimable aurais été plus acceptable… ça m’a fait de la peine pour cet dame d’un certain âge…

Le monsieur brun qui rangeait à l’entrée du magasin a été sympa en m’autorisât à rentrer avec ma trottinette et la laisser en caisse au besoin ,sens de l’accueil. Joli magasin avec pleins de couleurs et en plus ça sent très bon.

A pretty shop with very welcoming staff and good advice. The items sold are original and well presented. I recommend this shop to give a gift or treat yourself.

The store is very good and warm. Unfortunately, the customer service of "the parent company". is despicable. They already ask you to speak in English and then they offload to the store, saying "bring your product back to the store", even though they know very well that this is not possible. This clearly harms the stores which are good, and is out of step with the cocooning, proximity image that they try to convey.

We bought an item packaged in a sealed box for €27.90 (so it was impossible to check the product in store). The saleswoman in training asks us to print the ticket or not, we refuse but without a ticket it is impossible to do anything! The item is defective. The reception on the phone is deplorable "we can't do anything", "leave a review if it makes you happy! » There you go, so we have a little birthday train painted blindfolded because it’s dripping everywhere… The painting is matched only by the honesty of the seller 😅 Moral: I will buy on the internet, you can make a return and there is no reception unless it is unpleasant… To flee !
