I
had
a
bad
experience
while
shopping
in
Auchan
Aubière
last
Friday,
14
July
2023.
I
purchased
a
Phillips
air
purifier
with
my
Auchan
Coupon.
I
wanted
to
return
the
item
for
another
item
because
there
is
no
polity
concerning
the
issue
“non
returnable”
marked
in
the
coupon
that
I
used
or
in
anywhere
else.
Obviously,
as
a
normal
customer,
I
thought
I
could
change
the
item
for
another
item
that
I
actually
needed.
However,
when
my
boyfriend
came
up
to
a
lady
at
customer
service
in
Auchan
Aubière
using
his
soft
voice
towards
her.
She
replied
hostily
and
impolitely
to
my
boyfriend.
I
feel
like
she
yelled
at
my
boyfriend
at
that
time
even
though
there
was
no
other
customer
at
that
time
waiting
for
her
service.
I
felt
really
upset
and
hurt
about
her
attitude
towards
my
boyfriend.
Plus,
she
didn’t
give
any
proper
solution
to
my
request
also.
Now,
Auchan
Aubières
didn’t
solve
my
problem
correctly.
The
manager
of
Customer
service
at
Auchan
Aubière
also
showed
some
cover-up
for
this
ill-mannered
employee.
Therefore,
I
need
a
proper
solution
to
the
problem,
both
to
my
bad
experience,
and
the
demand
to
change
the
item
for
another
one.
